What a great place to buy a car! New or used, zero pressure. Tucker was a wonderful person to work with!

Great experience with the sales person, but the finance manager swapped the financing from my…read moreprequalified financing to Chrysler financial. To be fair, I said I was open to switching of the rate was BETTER. I guess I should have clarified that I meant better for me, not better for them with a HIGHER rate and more commission for them. I also didn't love that they just added the extended warranty without even asking. Finance manager just said, "your payment I'd $x and you have a 150k mile warranty" for when we were introduced in the waiting area. He was very fast to slip the paperwork in the middle of the other documents too. I have the same coverage on my other car and was going to add it so I didn't argue there. The more I think about how sleazy and unethical this guy was, the more I think I'll cancel it just so they don't get the money. Bottom line, RUN or play to immediately refinance. The finance guy is a crook, so use them for a good vehicle plan to fix the back end stuff later.

I had a lot on my mind when I went in here and instead of showing me cars that were in my price range, he picked a car for me, had me sit in an office for two hours, established the financing and then showed me the one car. I felt dupped but I needed a car that night and he kept me waiting so long that it was close to closing. The car was overcharged as well but again, I was desperate and felt totally taken advantage of.

After hitting a deer, I was in the market for a new car. After trying another dealership south of…read morehere and receiving horrible service, I saw a used 2015 Encore that I was interested in. The saleswoman I worked with was Lauren. She sent a helpful e-mail before I ever visited the dealership showing me the interior of the car and a walk around. I thought that was pretty cool. When I arrived at the dealership, she met me at my scheduled time, something that seems to be a rare commodity these days. She didn't use any insulting or patronizing techniques such as the four square. I was able to negotiate a lower price for the car too. The finance guy, Jeff was pretty cool and didn't get pissed or try to hard sell me on service plans, etc. Very impressed with Matt Saxe and will likely be making future purchases here as well.

Been here 10 years and the first 6 years of taking our vehicles in for oil changes and service I…read morewould of given them 5 stars, Last 4 I have had multiple issues from over filling the oil several times, Rotating tires and not resetting the tire monitor system then trying to sell me new sensors when all they needed was to be set (8months ago all good) Then we went to sell one of our vehicles but decided to get an oil change first and have them check it out to make sure no issues, Well we sold it and told the new owners Matt Saxe has done all service and just did it again, New owner brought it over to ask something then they tried to tell her it was unsafe to drive a week after they just had it in for service, On top of that they tried selling her a new car, Last thing was as someone who has changed oil all my life in different cars I was wondering why when I change oil it is clear when they do it it is all dark like used oil, Then I just noticed after 6 months the oil filter was all rusted with bubbles no way that was changed 6 months ago, Also if you are going to buy do your research they are always more for same vehicle than other places
