What can I say about Nick and his team (Gabriel and Oscar)? Easy- simply amazing to do business with them. Came in to my house and in two days they completed what would had taken me months to do... A new bathroom fan swap for old, new gfci plugs in kitchen and bathrooms, new ceiling lights, new down lights, new plugs and switches throughout the house, nee exterior lights and more. He was able to fix my home's address light by installing a new daylight sensor, splitting into two circuits the original electrical circuit that was overtaxed, and correcting the wiring of the attic fan while adding a new shut-off switch. He was even able to fix the wiring issue I had with my awning fan and post lights that occurred when a contractor inadvertently loosened a wire within the electrical conduit. We started having power surges and failures. When Edison came out they said our Electric service panel had been recalled and need to be replaced. We call New Quest, within one day they provided us with a proposal & estimate. When we approved the contract, that same day, New Quest pulled the permits in Upland, and Edison was out to approve the replacement. Within that same week, service techs were out and replaced the panel with only 6 hours down time with power. The inspector from Upland was out twice. We never had to follow up or drive the work. They finished the project with new stucco and totally cleaned the area. The techs were courteous and efficient.
