They told me $195 for electrical inspection. They found the problem was replacing an outlet. We asked for a quote they quoted us a rediculous amount of $1200 to replace a wall outlet that costs $5. We had another person come out $150. These guys will rip you off . I asked them for a cost breakdown they said they'd send it to me. They did not. I do not recommend them. read more

I needed some work done as soon as possible as we are halfway through a remodel job at our house. Unfortunately I learned that the outlet on our wall was not suitable for a new induction range that I had ordered. I read the reviews and decided to request a quote from Nick. I was so impressed with how quickly he was able to respond and discuss the job with me - literally same day he was able to give me a timeframe of when they can come out and do a pretty significant amount of work. Basically I needed to have my electricity rewired to accommodate A 240 V outlet which involves writing some cables through an attic to the outside of my house. The following day to crew members showed up they were professionally dressed polite and very efficient. They had to go to multiple stores to purchase the materials but they did not let this slow them down at all. The work that was done outside of the house was cleaned up and they were able to leave pieces of drywall so that my painter could re-patch the wall where the work had been done. I would highly recommend Nick and his crew due to their excellent communication, value especially since I think they had to do some extra work and stuck to the initial quote and overall professionalism. [Initial Contact] Nick, the owner, was very on-time to do the estimate, and it didn't take long for him to get back to me. The work involved installing new lines, fixing existing outlets, and installation of some new center-piece lighting. And, they were on-time both days. [More Requests/Work] They did such a good job that I asked them to do EVEN MORE work, involving recessed lighting, yet another new line, and even a change of all outlets to decora. We went from 2 days of work to 8 days of work, with 2-4 people coming every day. By the time all was said and done, they had touched EVERY SINGLE room of the house (including the kitchen and garage), both outlets and lighting. And, they did the work in a timely fashion as well. [Attention to Detail] I was remarkably impressed with their attention to detail. Changing ALL of the outlets in the house is REALLY EASY to miss. They even found the ones behind the laundry and inside closets to change. Gabriel was extremely thorough to ensure that the work done was done properly. [Service] The service was great too! I had not known what I was doing on recessed light positioning, and I ended up changing all the positioning. Highly recommend for electrical issues. I compared prices at 5-6 other locations in Anaheim, Yorba Linda and Riverside, and they had the lowest or similar cost, but Nick was the fastest to get back to me via Yelp messages. New Quest Electric helped me install a new electric panel and NEMA 14-50 plug for my ev vehicle. I had a few electrician come out for an estimate. My electric panel was located on the 3rd floor and to install an ev charger in the garage was not an easy task. In addition, they were the only company who brought to my attention that 2 wires in the panel were double tapped to the same breaker which is a fire hazard. Many electrician who came by threw outrageous quotes compared to New Quest Electric. However, after speaking with Nick (owner) in details on how they plan to run the wires through my attic and down along the outer walls into the garage. Nick's crew was very polite and nice as well. They were very respectful of my home space and made sure they didn't leave the place messy. I heard some humming from my panel and asked Nick to come out to take a look.
