Worst nail experience. I would never recommend this nail salon. The place is dingy and very messy. The massage chairs were falling apart and leaking, and the massage feature did not work in the chairs. My sister and I went in for pedicures and they alternated between us the entire time, using the same tools between my sister and I. Unsanitary, disorganized, and unprofessional!! For my sister's manicure, the nail tech didn't take off all of her nail polish before repainting them. Poor cuticle removal and picked at her nails, which broke them. The massage was subpar. If I could give negative stars, I would. Drive a few more miles to Sunny B Nails in Bayport and you will be VERY impressed. The only reason why I didn't go to Sunny B is because they are closed this week to continue to renovate and improve their salon. read more

I tried this place on a whim when looking to get a quick mani/pedi. My friend and I made an appointment for 1pm, and were not seen for quite some time. I'll start off by saying the mask mandate is over in NY, but the business still required us to wear masks. Okay fine. The pedicure I got was probably the most half assed pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. I picked out a beautiful OPI color (baby blue) and she decided to use whatever cheap polish was next to it on her pedicure station. Unfortunately I didn't notice until until she was almost done doing the 2nd coat. The color wasn't too bad, but she did the WORST job applying the color. Streaky, on my skin, and not even applied correctly. My friend agreed that they were so sloppy with applying the polish. Barely a massage too. Not even that, we were not offered any sort of callus remover or even the spa pedicure (which I would've been willing to try) However, with all this being said, my hands came out decent (I did have a different tech doing my hands) but again- I'll see how long this manicure lasts. First time here and I'm not impressed. I came in for acrylic a fill in and they said they did acrylic. When I sat down they suddenly said oh we don't do acrylic we only do UV. So instead of $20 fill-in they charged me 35 very unprofessional and I feel like I was lied to. On top of that it came to $40 and they charged me an extra $.50 on my card. read more

These people did a great job on my nails. Professional, color lasted, unbreakable for acrylic nails, and I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My co worker brought me to this nail salon as I wanted something different with a gel fill in. They took their time and pretty much gave me a new set with a different type of gel powder/ombré French they use and I love it!! I'm actually very surprised the reviews are not better as they seem like extremely nice people and take their time doing a really great job. I will be returning. Every time I go there i have to wait a long time. The employees are rude and couldn't understand what "matte" was they charged me 28$ for a fill in which honestly wasn't that good. I usually go to pasha and for that price they will do designs and everything. It took them an hour and a half just for the fill in. I always go to Bae Bae Nails, however when they are closed and I am in a pinch, I am forced to go here. They do nothing with care, they talk the whole time you are there, and they shove your cuticiles all the way up to my head. I can never manage to leave that place without a million cuts all over my skin where the cuticiles are pushed into. Lastly my biggest pet peeve, what j hate the most anywhere I go, is when the y paint your nails and leave an outside strip if your nails unpainted, and move onto the next nail, they then do the second coat and do nothing of it. And I wanted to add that you can never hear the tv and I if you have a daughter, they don't ask her age they just give her a baby manicure and no cuticiles or clipping or filling or anything, just polish and I don't even ask for that for my daughter!!
