The employees here are always welcoming, and kind. I usually get a spa pedicure, and either a gel manicure or a full set. My pedicure is always up to par, and very relaxing. The pedicure I choose includes a foot scrub with callus removal for any rough spots I might have, hot stone rub with essential oils, followed by a 10 minute foot rub. My feet always feel like a baby's bottom after. My gel manicure or full set always turns out great, last for weeks, and after or during your manicure they give you a back massage as well! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only have a few employees(3) as far as i know, but yet so many clients. So wait time can feel like forever. Also it's easy to miss, and if you do miss it, it's a bit of hassle to drive back because you can't make a u-turn, you'd have to drive all the way around then bust a u-turn. When I called to make an appointment, I let them know I was a first-time customer for them. I was warmly welcomed and given an appointment that worked with my schedule for the next day. That excitement was quickly deflated when I was advised that they were not honoring it any more and they have asked Yelp to take it down but they haven't. Terrible experience…read more The technician that did my helps took 2.5 hours to do my nails. He was clearly inexperienced. Kept asking me if he was taking too long but continue to work very slowly. All I wanted was 2 fingers with French yellow and he had to look at the picture I showed him 6 times to be able to do it. It was just regular French. Everyone does it. Shape was off, nails color is uneven, and they're already chipping. After I paid and when to my car he came outside knocking on my window because he forgot to charge me $6 extra for the French nails. Terrible terrible terrible.
