Not even a week has passed and the polish is completely off 2 of my toes. Unacceptable for a $50 pedicure.

I go in to get my eyebrows waxed - told the woman just shape them up DONT make them too thin... the way this lady did the exact opposite. So upset but whatever, theyll grow back I guess. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!Very dissatisfied with this nail salon. Paid $100 for a full set when the sign says $65. I did get French but don't understand how the price would go up $35. The nails did look nice so I paid and did not question it. 3 days later 2 of my nails broke, from the acrylic being too thin and not done properly. Went and got them fixed and 2 days later another 3 nails broke. I went back and got them fixed which I was charged $10. Today now 3 of my nails are lifted. There are times when they have lots of customers so there were a wait. but usually i would call ahead to put down our name before coming. they tell us the honest wait time even though they know we may leave. it's very convenient that my girl can get her nails done while i'm doing grocery or shop around. overall quality is good. hi recommended. read more

I had a terrible experience with this establishment prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff were unprofessional and rude. I went to this establishment to get my nails done. Once seated, I asked the nail technician to do my nails a certain way. When I noticed that my nails weren't being done the way I liked, I gave feedback. The technician's attitude grew as I explained how I would like my nails done and asked questions. She then told me that she wasn't going to do my nails. She went further by telling another technician to NOT complete the job she started. After being refused a complete service, I left. I wouldn't recommend getting services from this establishment to ANYONE! The staff at this establishment are rude and lack professionalism. read more

I have given USA Nails my business for years and am very disappointed today. I had an appointment this morning at 11. I called ahead to make sure they were open and were told yes. When I got there, the one technician could not have been more rude. She acted like I was a huge inconvenience, took the person after I walked in and was very sweet to her. I was told to go sit in the chair. I was completely ignored and no water was ever run. After 15 minutes, I left and let the other technician know why I was leaving. read more

It's funny how people leave all bad reviews but this place is always packed and people need 45 mins to wait unless an appointment is made. This place does really good work on my nails and I'm never mad, if I break a nail they'll fix it no problems. Also their anc color selection is large. Been back after trying other salons. I really like the non-Asian woman (sorry I don't know her name), she does my nails very well. The only thing I don't like is the hand cream product, it has a lot of fragrance in it. I wish they had an unscented option, I always forget to bring my own. Anyway I still really like this place much better than the others. read more

Terrible customer service. Where do I begin--I chose a color, the girl painted on a completely different color. When I told her that is not the color I picked out she realized her mistake (she chose a different brand with the same color #) she said nothing can be done. She proceed to mess my nails up even more by adding a different color on top of the other polish. Just a disaster. No wonder this place has terrible reviews. read more

I had my nails done there and two nails broke within a week. I returned for the nails to be repaired, I was told that they were too busy while the technician was taking out the garbage. The staff is friendly but I am super disappointed with my nails. I had made an appointment for gel mani and regular pedi because it was my birthday and I decided to treat myself. I will admit last minute I decided I wanted acrylics instead and so I asked if it could be done cause I understand I am not their only client and appointments are made so they can manage time correctly. The lady said yes and she started with my pedicure. Everything was great until they got a little busier. Long story short, the paint job was super rushed and sloppy. I also had 2 nails break on the same day I got them done. I made an appointment to fix them but then I didn't even bother going as the next day another nail broke. I tried this place couple times and always picked Britney to do my nails. She is the best and can draw any design I give to her. Most other nail salons just do the basic, but Britney is the go to person at this place if you want an awesome design. I'm not sure of the other services since I only get nails done at this place. Highly recommend if you want above average nail design and ask for Britney if you can get an appointment with her. She is always booked. Where do i start with this dump?! For starters this place isn't very clean it has old nasty paint and pictures randomly placed onto these walls. The heated towels they use are dingy white and don't have that clean smell like at other salons. The girl that did my daughters nails didn't even help her get into her boots after drying she just left her sitting there. The girl that was doing my nails told me AND I QUOTE "they are not my nails, they are yours" when I asked her to file a sharp edge. She also argued with me about that edge when i asked her to smooth it out for me, telling me that it was the underneath part of my nail and not the filing. That wasn't even the worse. When she was done painting my nails she didn't even take me over to the nail dryer she just got up and walked away and started waxing someone's eyebrows. Even the girl next to me was like " are they serious ? I had an appointment too at 12 and wasn't seen u until1245" she had Britney so I'm sure that's the only reason she stayed. Then this lady finally gets to my nails I just wanted plain white gel. No design, no cut down , nothing crazy at all . Been coming here for two years by the way. She rushed through the manicure and there is paint everywhere on my hands, nails are uneven, some are round some are pointed. I pay and start further investigation and was like "a five year old could have done this" I was then yelled at and cursed at to the point I had to leave. I couldn't hold my anger of disservice so I had to remove myself. What a joke. How could you treat a recurring customer this way? Going back tomorrow when I calm down for a refund. She didn't even lotion my hands after. The worst! They obviously have a reputation. So just go to ANGEL NAILS they all are attentive at the very least. read more

SO DONE with this place. Got there at 3:50 for a gel manicure. At 4:00 they "wrapped" my nails. At 5:15 I left. This isn't the first time this has happened! Tell me it's gonna be an hour- I'll come back (or go elsewhere)- but don't put me in a chair and have me sit 1 hour plus...AND CHARGE ME to take the old gel off!! Another time I went for a pedicure...same thing..had my feet soaking- and 20 minutes later I walked out with wet (but clean!) feet! NOPE...done! read more

The way I'm feeling right now even 1 star is being way to generous. This used to be a great place. I went here for about 7 + years to get my nails done. I only went to Britney as she always did an amazing job. But lately the atmosphere has become so rude, and rush rush. Just so they can get the next customer in the seat. I'm a paying customer as well. Always talking in there language, which I find to be rude when its followed by a laugh or a smirk. I went in to get my nails done today. Was told that she booked up. Been going to USA Nail for two plus years with my friend to get a pedicure. Today we went there and I was asked as usual it I wanted a manicure or waxing. I usually do not get these but since I had not be able to get my waxing done at my regular place I said okay. I asked the price and she told me $7.00 so I said okay. While she was waxing my eye brows she noticed some hair on my chin and upper lip. She said she would take those off as well. ( My regular lady always does this as well) So to my surprise while paying the woman says it was extra for the few hairs on my chin and lip and told me the waxing was $20.00!!!!!!! So I paid $13,00 for a few hairs on my chin and lip. I of course was not happy and told he she did not tell me that it was more especially THAT much more. She would not bend only kept telling me the sign says it more. Not that I could see or think to look at the sign. I tried to explain to her that it was her who should have mentioned that before she did the waxing. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was and then told me someone else was. I thought a discount on my next pedicure would have been a nice thing for them to do since they had just ripped me off. NO they were not doing anything about and thought nothing wrong with robbing me. Well both myself and friend will not be going there anymore after over 2 years of business. I have been here several times in the last 3-4 years. Sometimes I have to wait because I am only getting a regular mani/pedi. They do take those w/ appointments 1st and also those getting gel manicures. That being said, if you have to wait it's cuz they're very professional & popular, otherwise there would be no wait, NO???? I much prefer this salon to those in Kingston where I do NOT feel they really care or are very clean. Salons in Kingston are much more interested in chatting w/ ea. other & getting you out the door or they're busy watching movies on their TV! read more

They were very busy and told me to return in 20 minutes. Upon my return, I waited another half hour. Finally nearly an hour later I sat down for the manicure. But when I asked for a specific kind of French Manicure with white gel on the tips and regular clear pink nail polish on the rest of the nails, they rudely and flatly refused to do it. So I asked for a simple French Manicure with regular polish. The technician did a good job on the French Manicure, but when I asked her to put a second coat on the white section, she rudely refused. I'll be lucky if the manicure lasts for 2 weeks, whereas the special manicure I requested lasts for 1 to 2 months, because, as the nails grow out, the gel part stays intact and I can easily remove the polish from the rest of the nail and refresh it. I will never return to a place that makes customers wrong and that refuses to do what customers ask. No matter how good a manicure is, it isn't worth the stress of being in a tense atmosphere with rude technicians that make their customers feel worthless. A nail salon should be an atmosphere of caring and pampering, not a callous, inhuman factory. read more
