The quality of his work was superb, and he was very methodical in his approach. Franklin Tile sent their overboss out at the beginning and ending of the job to make sure everything was going well. If you get tile done by these folks, I would suggest you as they send Luan to do the work. The guy's only 23 but he's already a great craftsman. I was surprised, however, that the price was so high. It works out to about $110 per hour for the labor. But, as they say, the pain of a poorly done job lasts far longer than the pain of paying a high price. I would not hesitate to use these people again, especially if they agreed to send Luan.

I picked out a bright white countertop for my island and instead got a dingy dull beige color with a crack. I was told the crack was a dirt line that could be soft scrubbed out but as it got bigger, I realized it was a crack. The countertop by the sink must have been damaged when they cut the sink out and repaired but no said a word or offered a discount for the damage. It was installed and I saw it later. We went to several independent counter places and they didn't seem very interested in taking the business unless they were redoing the entire kitchen, one place even told me we had to remove my counter tops to get a good measurement and could just put them back when they were done. We went into World Marble and Granite expecting more of the same. The place was small but still had quite a selection, the woman at the desk seemed relatively disinterested but when we started asking questions it was clear she has been paying attention to us the entire time. I had measurements with me and it took just minutes to provide a quote and they had the actual piece of granite on site so I didn't have to travel across the state. Did I mention the price was significantly lower than all the other places we went? They came within the time scheduled to do create the template, they were quick, efficient, and professional. They day of the installations they came first thing and we could not have been more thrilled with the results. We were so happy I made it a point to call and say thank you.

About a week later Yama from Home Depot called and advised that the order and installation was being cancelled. Yama advised that a refund would be issued. On 5/8/26 a refund in the amount of $2,756.62 was received. An inquiry was made as to why the full amount was not refunded. Yama advised that it was a restocking fee and that the restocking fee will be refunded. As of 5/31/26, the $363.95 has not been received. I should not have to pay a restocking fee for an order that Home Depot canceled.

There is a lot of space, and they fill it with a wide variety of merchandize. The paint department is very nice, and there is a good sized are for home decorating. Service is good, and they do have a rewards program. It is cleaner and much nicer inside than one of the big box hardware stores, and it is worth giving them a try. There is plenty of parking on each end of the store, and a variety of other retail stores in the plaza.
