No call at all. And if try to call them during business hours you get a machine. Asked for the actual Doctor that oversees this business was told he doesn't talk to patients. Tried to get an answer also for what they are charging my insurance for it and couldn't get a straight answer. This entire experience which has been many MONTHS long has been a disaster. I sent an email and even talked to their chat assistant Which turned out to be a total waste of time. It took until Tuesday morning before I heard from the center. They did not care that I was sick and want to charge me another 200 dollars for not showing up. In my mind I did them a favor. The last thing I wanted to do is expose their team. If your doctor assigns you to this place, called them back and do what you can to get out! They told me they don't accept Medi-Cal and then all of a sudden now they do.
