There use to be a very nice women that answered the phone who was peppy and welcoming but she went away years ago and the new phone support could care less. The delivery use to be very fast. Like when you hang up the phone they're at the door. Not now. And when you do get the order it's almost always wrong and missing something. When you call back they tell you they'll send it out again but the driver takes his time knowing it's a mistake order. But the biggest problem now is the food quality. It drastically went down. Everything used to be fresh. The meat good cuts. The veggies crisp. And great sauce creations. Now, the opposite. Food is soggy. Over cooked. The fried items like crab Rangoon and egg rolls are twice cooked and mushy. The breaded chicken is 75% breading and no chicken. Like fried dough balls. We liken the food quality to frozen dinners from the grocery store. The last thing to put this over the top and we'll never go back, while we were waiting for our food in store, we noticed two bad, gross things about the kitchen. One, someone cooking was hacking and coughing all over the place. No face mask. No gloves. Two, we watched as one of the cooks took crab rangoons from the counter, red cooked them, then dumped them back in a box. One fell on the floor and they picked it up and put it back in the box! Not sure what happened with this place but sadly it's not what it used to be. We've given them years of support and praise in the past and tried continuing with them even after things went down thinking they would get better again or it was just an off night. But no more.
