This review is based off of the service they said they were going to do and decided to either lie or claim ignorance to it. We went to this location a while back and paid $346.50 for an all around ceramic tint on my wife's Prius. I remember mentioning I wanted the little trunk window done as well because I didn't mention that when I went to the Compton location with my car and I had to pay extra. Back to this location...The girl at the front desk understood I wanted the little window done and charged me and the guys took my wife's car and gave it back to us WITHOUT that little window done. I then asked him to please tint that window since we were told this was the price for it and that I had mentioned it before giving up the car. They spoke to the girl and realized I was right. They took it in again and tinted it but they used the cheaper tint instead of the ceramic one (in the pic you can clearly tell). I was annoyed but my wife was over it and told me to let it go So I did... Until today I just bought a Honda CRV and I called a few days ago for a quote. I told them I wanted all SEVEN windows done with their darkest ceramic tint. The guy quoted me $300 and I said perfect let's do 9 am on Sat I came in on time and let them know I had an appt and the guy said it'll be $550. What the hell? I told him that's not the quote I got and this is the second time they have tried to screw me like this and I walked out. I tried remaining loyal to this place but not anymore. I went to another tint shop in DTLB and got it done for $340 with a lifetime warranty. They quoted me a price on the phone and that's what I paid at the shop. Since this is the 2nd time they have played with my money and time I'll be reporting them to consumer affairs. Don't come here I have no complaints about their Compton location read more

I had a miscommunication but it was addressed immediately it's nice to know when you go through a business and you spend 2-3 hundred dollars each time you go- been coming here 7 years now and 2025 I've had 3 cars alone all done by this business that when I have a problem it's a free removal and 20$ off if there are any problems that was what I was offered. But yeah over all I've only had one problem and it's because the tint wasn't what I expected when referring off my other rides all done by the same place. I was talked to like I was trippin. I was in touch with Cesar who gave me a quote. I agreed but when he came to my home he changed the price and wanted three hundred more. The dimensions on my windows did not change however he said the windows are considered five windows instead of two. I did not accept the quote, he waisted my time. It was not the money but given you are the professional in this field you could have explained this prior to wasting my time. Pretty obvious. you probably had another job to go to and trying to this before your work hours at the shop. But thats the impression I got since your only available times were 7am or 7pm. read more

I live in Inglewood. I called to get an appointment at the paramount phone number, no response. Then a few minutes later I get a text message saying "Hello we will open today at 9am let me know if I can help you" so I send in my information and get an appointment setup for 9:30. I take the 30 minute drive, show up, only to be told my appointment is in Compton. How the system is setup to have Compton text you when you clearly called the 787-1881 number is beyond me, but that needs to get fixed. I have brought 3 different cars here but this was the first time I make the 30 minute drive for nothing. Then to top it off, they said they gave me a price of 450, but wanted to charge me an extra $150 for tint removal, when in the past I've only had to pay an extra $50 for a full car? After all this I tried calling the Compton location, but they wouldn't even answer! Never taking the 30 minute drive out here again. It's hard to find a business that respects loyalty. At the very least, have Compton answer the phone. read more

Came in originally for a strip of vinyl but the guy was so hesitant to do tint instead wanted to avoid that line in the center I didn't even ask for a price I just wanted it done and he said "I recommend tint is cheaper" I didn't ask for something cheaper anyways told him didn't want that cus theirs the mirror and cam " we will remove that it's just one screw" His words They didn't remove anything So I ended up going with tint and wow do I regret it I Just removed the tint next day They didn't cover or remove my dash cam and it got damaged took in my dash cam for warranty luckily I had just got it 3 weeks before hand. read more

It was an inconvenience. I don't think this place is professional, they even left one of their bottles under my seat. Also the young woman at the front desk was on a personal phone call the entire time I waited, and was very annoying to listen to her for almost two hours. So I brought my 2021 Tacoma to get my front window tinted to match my rear factory window shade and the results are very satisfying. I made an appointment on Wednesday for a Friday at 2 p.m. When got there they took my keys and started on my truck and stayed in the lobby for 40 minutes and when I saw my truck I was very happy with the chalice I made and the work that had been done to it. Very pleased with the work that Winning Window Tints did on my silver 2020 Optima. 15% all around looks really nice. Not too dark, not too light. I waited about 2 weeks after the tint finished curing to leave a review just in case there were any issues with it, but there have been none at all. They would be 5 stars if they would have cleaned up the liquid mess they left on all 4 doors and even the back trunk door, it took 2 hours to get the stains off of all doors and almost messed up my black paint. But other than that, the window tint is great it was done great and it looks great, just wish they could have cleaned up their mess! Would recommend based on price and the quality! read more
