Waited about 20-30 minutes in line prior to going in, we went on a Friday late afternoon, it was cold outside so going into the store was very warm and toasty, there is many clothing options from crewnecks, hoodies, shirts, hats, postcards, and more. There is staff members to help you with sizing and you're able to try it on prior to purchasing. Staff was friendly and welcoming!

good location but parking is a challenge as always with NYC. Inside was neat and bright and goods were nicely arranged. It was their "Yankees" drop during our visit and they had most items available then. Design and quality are good and I like that it feels somewhat exclusive for now as this is their only physical shop (if im not mistaken; although they do have an online store). There is no fitting room which is kinda weird when what youre selling is mostly clothing. Staff we encountered during our visit was nice though and even gave us a complimentary sticker!

I'm pretty bummed because I've loved this brand in the past - I think I was one of their first 200 instagram followers back in the day when they launched and were nowhere near a physical location. But my most recent purchase killed my brand loyalty. I'm a totally average sized guy - 6'2" and about 230. Pretty fit, not sloppy but also not tiny. Broad'ish shoulders. I know the sizing runs small - so I ordered a 2X to be safe as I generally wear an XL other places, and this is what I've bought here in the past. The crewneck sweater was basically a crop-top. It barely reaches my waistline, and is wide enough for someone who weights 300+. I acknowledge the oversized look - but it was so short it was off putting and feels unwearable. So I decided to look into a return... I paid $22 for shipping to get the sweater originally now that I live in Western NY. According to their policy, I have to pay the return shipping (let's call it another $22) and they're only giving me $103.97 in store credit back for my $145 purchase. So in the end, I've paid $85.03 for the opportunity to try on an ill-fitting jumper...and the remaining $103.97 must be used as a store credit on other clothing that doesn't fit me. Excellent cherry on top. Guess I might as well keep it and deal with the sucky outcome. What a total shame. I absolutely loved this brand and how they represented the city - now they represent the wannabes who exploit it's people. Such a bummer.

Nice layout, however the worker was rude. Should not be in customer service. The clothing is nice and not horribly priced for the value.

FIRE OR RETRAIN YOUR SECURITY GUARD…read more My boyfriend and I stopped by this store with one goal in mind: buy a couple of tshirts that only this store has. We ring the doorbell, as the sign says, and out comes the security guard who says the store is at capacity. My boyfriend looks over his shoulder and says there's only 5 people inside. To which the security guard replies "do you understand how shopping works?" ....... Um yes we do.... That's why we are trying to visit this store to buy a shirt....from a clothing store? He finally lets us in after someone leaves. The store now has 6 people total. We enter and immediately my boyfriend sees the shirts that he planned to buy. The shirts are in a plastic sleeve and he is only touching the fabric. He's not taking the shirt outside. The security guard comes over and tells him if he needs help. To which my boyfriend responses "no, I just wanted to know how the shirt felt". The security guard then says he can't take the shirt out of the packaging and my boyfriend responds "yeah I'm not." The security guard then calls a staff member to help my boyfriend out. Remember, this is a SECURITY GUARD. He's occupation and attention should be on managing the front door. We then speak with the staff and my boyfriend's asks for a size L and they say they only have a size M but he can try it on. And then proceeds to walk us to the back of the store and tell us to stand in line. My boyfriend and I are midway through the store and we are contemplating if we should wait in line. I'm not exaggerating when I say the security guard leaves his station and comes straight to boyfriend and then proceeds to tell him he can't be at the back of the store because they are at capacity. There's 4 people in the back! My boyfriend explains the staff brought us here and said to stand in line for the fitting room. The security guard then speaks over my boyfriends, says we can't be here and belittles him. Another staff member gets involved trying to deescalate the situation and says he's sorry. The security guard should have informed the staff if there was a policy in place. I sincerely ask him if this is a normal experience to be followed and harassed by a security guard? My boyfriend tells the security guard that he made shopping here very unpleasant. I cannot express enough to not come here. If you are looking to browse, or with any intention of buying, go somewhere else.
