So we had a leak in the roof the next morning we started calling roofers and Superior was the first to answer the phone. Bill came over and looked at the roof and told us we needed a new roof, we told home to give us a price and we would send it to the insurance. I contacted the insurance company they sent a guy out he went up on the roof and did his thing said he would write up his report and get back to us. Later that afternoon we received a call and insurance was paying for the roof there was lots of wind damage. We called bill and he came over we signed a contract, it was over a week before he started he called said a crew would be here in the am to put the new roof on. The next morning they were here at 0730 placed tarps around the whole house then tore all the old shingles and paper off replaced with new synthetic underlayment and Lifetime shingle. At 1830 they were finished with the roof they came back the next morning to clean up. Hopefully they got most all the nails out of the yard. They did have to take the dish off the roof after taking the single off and then a few minutes after they put it they replaced it I had the same signal I thought I was going to have to have the dish people come and realign it but all was good. Unfortunately, the cleaning solution bleached the cushion covers beyond repair. The throw pillow inserts also had to be discarded because they were not salvageable. Looking back, I wish the crew had reminded me to remove the cushions before they started, as replacing them ultimately cost me more than the cleaning service itself. In addition, the windows were left with a noticeable film, several areas of the siding were still dirty with pollen, and the gutters still contained pine needles and other debris after the work was completed. After I contacted the company and shared photos of the damage, I was told that I should have read the fine print. The company offered me a small discount. I was also told that if I hired them again in the future, the job would cost several hundred dollars more because my house had been underbid. Overall, I was disappointed not only with the quality of the work but also with how my concerns were handled afterward.

We paid John a substantial amount of money for unnecessary work tied to a misdiagnosed problem. We had a couple of water leaks that he thought would be fixed by a very expensive ice guard under the shingles. When that failed, we called him back to reevaluate and actually fix the issue. He charged us more for additional work that he never completed (And admitted as much in a note he left us at our home). Our roof remains un-repaired as of this writing, as this entire ordeal has gone on for nearly one month. On top of that, he damaged several shingles on our roof while doing work he claims to have done. The worst part is that after collecting an upfront payment, he refuses to return phone calls or texts. He took our money and ran! Please do not work with him and heed the other reviews on here. I agreed and gave him a deposit of half for him to come out a week later to do the work. After thinking about it, I decided that it was too much money to pay out of my cash flow so I called him a day and a half later and cancelled. I told him I would do it in the spring after I got my tax refund. He said he would call me back. He deposited my check and has kept the cash. I have called him several times and left messages and he refuses to answer or call me back. I guess I will have to take him to court to get my money back!! He is a basically a thief!!
