After a few minutes we asked about the salads and, finally, received them. My Caesar was very good, but had a lot of black pepper- not everyone's preference. My wife found her salad inedible. The blue cheese dressing was very spicey. It did not look like blue cheese, because it had a distinct pinkish tint from whatever heat was inadvisedly added. Our server was pleasant, but inattentive. I was never offered a second beer and my wife had to ask for a refill of her Diet Coke. I don't know how long Utility has been in business, but looks like it's in serious need of a manager who can train the front end employees.
