What? No. Nothing about the office hour and everything as I paid via credit card. Lydiana lies constantly to me and the management office workers standing next to me. She just tried to blame everything on me. For example, she said she couldn't let me move in because I haven't given her my credit card authorization. It's funny how she said this AFTER charging me. I have no comments. Lemme just upload some screenshots. From the screenshot it's also easy to see she blocked me for a couple of days - I have no comments. Not worth the stress and frustration. Just move to VYV for the same price now. Also they haven't given me my security deposit notice as required by law. So now the NJ law has given me the right to use my security deposit +7% interest to pay off my last 1.07 months of rent. I know my rights, sir, and I have a lawyer.

Newport was responsible for flooding our apartment multiple times. The final time they flooded my apartment and 20 floors below it when the water tank on the roof burst. They didn't even tell me, I just came home to find people in my apartment mopping. The next few days they walked in whenever they wanted without tell us someone was coming in to do construction. Never heard from management about the flood or construction in my apartment. I asked it they did an inspection to see if the place was livable and they didn't provide anything. I moved out and they have had a debt collector chasing me ever since!

Extremely loud garbage truck that comes twice a week at midnight that leasing lied to us about

Avoid living at Revetment if you can. I cannot wait to move out. Started off with our leasing agent who lied to us about parking prices giving us a lower quote only to be surprised at our first rent bill that parking was actually higher. We also were between two apartments and asked about noise levels on the North side of the building (facing parking lot) vs the other side.. our agent PERSONALLY suggested the North facing side of the building that it was quieter but decided to leave out the fact that garbage pick up comes between 11pm-12am twice a week making a ridiculous amount of noise since it's parked in the back for a while crushing garbage. We could have had a different experience with the other apartment but we trusted our leasing person, bad decision. I've asked residents on other side and they don't hear the truck. I hate that our agent didn't share this information as I would've picked the other unit and wouldn't be this miserable. I sit here writing this review after the truck has woken me up again. When it comes to maintenance, they respond fast but it takes 3, 4, 5 visits to actually fix things. I gave up with them fixing our water pressure and just deal with it. They kept telling me oh I'm showering during peak hours so pressure is naturally going to be low. Lies. I documented videos of low or inconsistent water pressure at all hours of the day. Works fine now after I took care of it. The AC unit in our bedroom kept making a rattling noise and took at least 3 or 4 different reports and visits by them to actually "fix it". And by fix I mean they took an AC unit from an empty apartment and hoped for the best. Apartment quality is the typical you get what you pay for. Insulation is horrendous so prepare to install your own window and door insulation tape. Other wise you're going to run your AC for eternity since the cold air leaks out and hot air comes in. If you live here and you don't believe me just close your bedroom door and hold your hand to the bottom, it's ridiculous. You'll also need this to help reduce some noise. You may also need sealant to apply yourself since the windows are not properly sealed and plenty of visible cracks let in outside air. Now I know why it's priced the way it is. The only positive I can share is the building staff cleaning the building and the doormen. They're wonderful people and I hope they get raises. Especially during the pandemic they've been rockstars.

Guy caught red handed smoking in a no smoking zone. No action from management.

I live in the Pacific Building in Newport. The management is careless and doesn't take stringent action against violators. Some of the residents in the building even though educated, don't have any community sense. There are cigarette butts and ash in the stairway and the management takes no action to catch these culprits in spite of repeated incidents. My apartment is flooded with cigarette smote and I may end up having health issues. Avoid this place at any cost. This building however has excellent staff - doorman, handyman, and other support staff. The issue that I am reporting has nothing to with the excellent service provided by the staff.

I never had a single issue while I lived there. There is a super, who resides inside the building, and he was always beyond helpful and did an amazing job. Those that oversee the additional upkeep also do an amazing job. It was truly a bittersweet moment ending this chapter of my life. I cannot recommend this building enough. It was a wonderful place to live and if you have the opportunity to live here too, you will know firsthand how fantastic a place it is to call home. During Covid, the building held the line on rents, zero during Covid and 5% when rents were going up 20% and more in Jersey City. This exemplifies how the building always prioritizes the needs of the tenants. Again, it is a truly amazing building in an extremely convenient and coveted part of Jersey City.

The building is the perfect combination of old world charm with all the modern amenities you need. We will truly miss Mercer Arms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been a resident here at Liberty House for, what would've been, 10 years, and it pains me to…read moreeven write this review...but, enough is enough. I received a lease renewal of over 18%, which I found absolutely insane not only due to the length of my tenancy, but to the fact that this increase was not, in any way, justifiable by current market trends. However, thanks to the help of Samantha, she was able to present me with a much lower renewal that was more realistic. I was ecstatic because Samantha was able to keep me in my budget so I can continue living in my home where so many beautiful memories and accomplishments have been made. Since I've been here for so long, I've seen MANY managers come and go, and Samantha has by far been the most helpful, most genuine, and most caring. However, Lordis MUST be held accountable for her consistent malicious actions and disgusting commentary. I had to write this review anonymously due to Lordis's proven track record of making any resident's living experience so miserable to the point where they are forced to move out if that resident speaks up on her behavior, and I refuse to allow her to do the same to me and my family. As I was waiting for the elevator after leaving the office to discuss my renewal (the elevator is right next to the office, by the way), I overheard Lordis say "Sam! Did they renew?" Samantha responded "yeah, I got them a better renewal offer." Lordis then responded (and I remember word for word because I was in such disbelief), "those kind of people are always looking for discounts but want to walk around thinking they're royalty like they don't stink up the whole hallway!" (For reference, I am from India and my husband is from Pakistan). There was a brief moment of silence, assuming everyone else in the office was in the same disbelief, then she continued while laughing and said "it's true! Right, Patrick? Tell me when you walk past any of those Indian apartments it doesn't stink!? Nobody wants to smell that curry all day. We could've let them give notice, sorry Sam." I pulled my phone out to begin recording, but the statements ended there since it was clear that Samantha and Patrick was not entertaining her foolishness. This was extremely hurtful and heartbreaking because I was so excited to go upstairs and let my husband know that we can renew our lease for our home that we loved SO much. But, within just 10-15 seconds, that excitement was shattered. My husband and I have given our notice to move out. How could we possibly continue to live in a place where with such a disgusting, evil, and malicious manager? 9 years. We're letting go of our home for the past 9 years. It would've been a MUCH better staffing decision by Windsor if Samantha was hired as the main manager, but instead, they decided to hire a monster. Going through previous reviews, I see there is someone from Windsor that responds. So I would like to state, since this will clearly be seen by someone higher, that my husband and I do not wish to rectify, speak about, or meet with ANYONE regarding this review as we would like to enjoy our last two months living here without being exposed to Lordis malicious and retaliatory behavior. However, just a word of advice, get rid of that monster before she causes this property to lose more residents and before she runs your business through the mud. As a resident, we always only see Samantha and/or Patrick running around and doing all of the work anyway, so there is clearly not a need for her. To anyone looking to potentially live here, it's a great property in a beautiful neighborhood. Samantha is a wonderful resident manager and Patrick is a sweet kid. But, if you come tour, ask of Lordis is still the manager. If the answer is yes....RUN!!! Do not move here until this monster is replaced.

Do not rent here if you have even one other option. The building management company at Windsor at Liberty house is unresponsive, impossible to reach, and deeply apathetic towards the people who live in the building. When there is an issue, they are not present, available, or helpful, regardless of the severity of the situation. For emergencies, they will route you to the maintenance team, the leasing office, or a call center. There is no direct email address or phone number to contact Windsor Communities or the management team for 100 Dudley Street. In the event you do make contact with them, they will not help, or assist you in addressing whatever issue may have arisen. The "management" provided by Windsor Communities is either (A) non-existent, or (B) actively harmful. A short list of issues we encountered in our 1 year tenure in this building: (1) the fire alarms are repeatedly faulty (usually going off late at night); (2) the parking garage in the south building does not reliably shut/lock, and is constantly breaking down, risking vehicle theft and damage; (3) several of the key elevators used by residents are regularly broken/out of use for maintenance; (4) there is no secure package system. Packages are routinely left outside the building, inside the front entrance, in the common area at the 100 Dudley entrance, or otherwise unsecured; (5) the management team has routinely completely disregarded communications regarding ordinary course payment disputes; (6) we were charged amenity fees for a gym that was largely unavailable; (7) we were also routine double-charged and erroneously charged for parking; and (8) even though we were only here for one year, we had multiple significant appliances break and need whole-sale replacing (fridge/freezer and dishwasher). To be clear: some of the apartments themselves are nice, and the building maintenance staff are fast and responsive for true maintenance issues. Even the leasing office personnel try to be helpful (though candidly, they are rarely ever physically present or available by phone). However, none of that even slightly compensates for the complete failures of Windsor Communities to properly manage this building and attend to the welfare of its residents. Do. Not. Rent. Here.

I will provide an update on the building and life @ 333 etc after I've been in for a few months. Cami was EXTREMELY helpful in finding me a unit that fit my needs. I went back and met her maybe 4 times to see units within 333 Grand and their other properties. I was pretty clear on my wants and needs and she was able to go above and beyond for me. Truthfully, I was debating on another building all together and when I told her the only thing holding me back she was able to work some magic and help me get in the building. She was never bothered by the ton of emails I sent and when we found my new home she was kind enough to chat through some decor suggestions :). I actually hope we can catch up once I'm in as I'll need a friend in the neighborhood. Thank you Cami!

Do yourself a favor before considering moving into any of Liberty Harbor's building: Google Peter…read moreMocco. Do your research and get educated about the litany of stories of corruption the owner of this property has been entangled with for decades. Read the reviews: the REAL ones, not the phony BS plaguing all of their platforms. Read the Reddits. Read the GlassDoor. Read the news reports. Read the court cases. I am disgusted at the way they treat the very people that pay their bills. If you think you're moving into the lap of luxury...think again. Things are constantly broken down, amenities are overrun, rents increase across-the-board 12-15%+, and property management DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU; THEY JUST WANT YOUR $$$. They have completely monopolized the area: they own their own internet company (which is awful) that you're forced to use (Hiper), they own the streets themselves, they own a liquor store that they'll offer you gift cards to instead of rent concessions when they're at fault, they own a Montessori school building nestled between 2 of their connected buildings, so you will CONSTANTLY hear screaming children in the play-yard that is situated in the interior courtyard of the building and echoes throughout (and yes, year-round, all day, every day!). They also share the amenities with these school children (pools, basketball courts, etc) because it's another one of their companies. They own Zeppelin Hall and Surf City, which have their own sordid histories you can go ahead and google as well. There are constant move outs every month and tons of vacancies for a reason. Run, run away, run far and fast. This place is a joke and so are the people that run it; it's lipstick on a pig. Shiny finishes that break off in your hand, nice smooth walls that you can hear every single thing through, constant power issues, electric bills that make absolutely no sense, management accessing your apartment without consent "by mistake," rats, lantern fly infestations, lying leasing agents; the list goes on and on. All of the residents that have gotten past the honeymoon phase feel this way. Details of a specific incident: I never imagined I would feel less safe in my own home than anywhere else, but that's exactly what living at Liberty Harbor has become. I was the victim of an unprovoked, anti-gay attack by another resident. During the incident, he repeatedly used homophobic slurs, threatened to murder me because of my sexual orientation, and encouraged his young child to "target that f*ggot with his gun" while we were at the amenity pool. The incident was reported in real-time. Building security responded, but failed to act so police were called. 3 weeks later, property management has done nothing. I am repeatedly told that they are "investigating," yet they have refused to explain what actions--if any--they have taken to protect the residents. Meanwhile, the individual who threatened me continues to live in the building, and his apartment overlooks the very amenity where the attack occurred, making it impossible for me to safely use one of the amenities I pay for every month. My lease specifically states that threatening other residents can result in immediate eviction. Yet after receiving video evidence, witness statements, security reports, and a police report, Liberty Harbor has failed to enforce the standards they require every resident to agree to. Their lawyer told me to pursue civil charges against the individual. So what exactly is the lease for? YOU, LIBERTY HARBOR, HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION. As a result of this experience, I now carry pepper spray every time I leave my apartment. I no longer use the pool or other amenities. I've stopped hosting my monthly business offering for fellow residents because I no longer feel safe inviting people into that community, resulting in a loss of income. The sanctuary that my home once provided has been taken from me. Luxury apartments aren't defined by rooftop views or expensive amenities. They're defined by whether management protects the people who live there. When a resident is threatened with violence because they're gay and management's response is weeks of silence, delays, and vague statements that they're "still investigating," that tells you everything you need to know about where resident safety falls on their list of priorities. If you're considering moving here, ask yourself one question: If something serious happened to you, would you trust this management team to protect you? Because they won't.
