On our first visit to Dr Kornfield my daughter is severely disabled. She saw the Dr who significantly decreased her pain meds. She also saw a counselor who was wonderful but told us on the second visit, she was not sure why Dr. K wanted her to see my daughter. So I want back to the front desk which are the rudest, uncaring personnel I've ever encountered. We were so confused. His nurse getting us to a room had such a bad attitude, I asked her why? She left, then the counselor came in and said he was dismissing us and refused to see us. So when I requested the copy of records, Dr. Kornfield wrote "several staff thought her mom is the one taking her meds. Well, wish I could. First, I cannot have any narcotics while I am nursing, and the other is I AM ALLERGIC TO THEM. I would have gladly done a pee test - no problem there. I had very high hopes of this working because he incorporates a multi-discipline approach which is fabulous. I believe he is a great Doctor.
