Purchased a almost new Ford F150 from them end of 2025. Purchased the warranty as well. Thank God.. All seemed good until I noticed a leak under the truck. Turns out someone welded the front passanger drive train.. Took it to Ford and what makes me laugh is the part was $300. Why would you weld a part that should be replaced for that low of cost. Epic Fail here. Ford also found issues with the Camera system harness. Incorrect one was used. They fixed everything up and Warranty covered a good amount I think total repairs was $5000. I assumed you guys were being honest. If you are going to buy from them make sure you have it checked by a outside machanic. Typical shady used car dealer. I was dumb and purchased a mustang from these guys sight unseen except for videos and pictures. They lied and showed one wheel had curb rash when three of the four do. They said the clutch was great and it's stiff as hell. They said the brakes were fine and they squeak. The car needed waxed desperately when I got it. They are great while they're selling. Everything goes super fast, probably so you don't have time to come to your senses and change your mind. Once the deal is done, They don't return calls on questions you have. Then to top it all off, the knuckleheads titled the car in Utah when I'm a Montana resident! We've purchased many cars out of state, including Utah, and no other dealership has done that. I honestly feel like I dodged a bullet not doing business with this company. I almost bought a car last week here. Everybody was nice and fine until they noticed I wasn't going to be as easy to deceive as they thought. The niceness was a mask that disappeared when I started raising questions and showing hesitation. Then they just got short, frustrated, and hostile with me. Omer kept pressuring me to sign purchase paperwork before I knew the interest rate. He kept handing me the pen to sign the dotted line. Kept asking for my business. (Why are you asking for my business when I haven't even received transparency of the financial details?) As I'm looking at the paperwork to purchase this 24k vehicle, it's showing the monthly payment to be $484. Doing the math in my head this kind of payment doesn't make sense for a 24k vehicle and I'm realizing there must be a high interest rate. So I keep asking what's the interest rate? Nowhere on the paperwork did it say what the interest rate was and he also refused to tell me. He said that's just the way they do business. Kept saying "I'm not trying to hide it we just don't disclose that." Well, I have news for you, he WAS trying to hide it. Then I told him I won't be signing paperwork without knowing the interest rate, to which he got angry and stomped off. (So professional) Finally after seeing my refusal and that he wouldn't get the sale without telling me the interest rate, we were then miraculously allowed to speak to the financial woman there, Natalie. She told us the interest is 13.7%. I decided to walk out because I've never had an interest on a loan that high. They kept shaming us telling us it was because we didn't have enough credit. (My husband is 25, I'm 24. We don't have that much credit but have both purchased a vehicle and a home. Our credit isn't bad it's just not amazing) but their constant telling us the interest rate was high because of our credit made us feel really bad! I would also like to add that a day after this entire experience at Nexgen, I ended up purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership for 3x less the interest rate. The car I did purchase costed several thousand more and is still less in a monthly payment than what these guys were telling me. Overall this company seems incredibly shady. I now realize that they are adding hidden fees to the interest rate so they can profit off of you, then blame it on your credit, make you feel bad, and deceive you. I'd also like to add it's illegal not to disclose the interest rate and intentionally hiding it. The whole ordeal was so incredibly unprofessional and I would never recommend anybody go here. My response to your response: To whoever wrote that reply.., You seem to not understand. Omer refused to give me the interest rate. It wasn't seamless the way you're making it sound, "when finance questions came up, the finance manager stepped out to walk through everything" I was HEAVILY pressured into signing paperwork without the proper disclosure of the interest rate. I literally had to fight to speak to the finance manager. He told me we don't get to talk to her before signing the paperwork. He got angry when I kept insisting that I actually do need to talk to her. The way you put it is almost comical. Perhaps the worst purchasing experience ever. Given an unreal low ball offer on my trade, a totally insulting number. Then they came back with a somewhat more realistic number, only to have the inventory manager Greg, demand my time to talk right then, complain about them going out of their way and then be overly aggressive and threatening. Complained that he bent over backwards to make the deal when they clearly didn't and didn't want to give me a fair offer to start. Then claimed to have the car sold to another person by noon today. I hope they do, because I sure as hell won't be in contact with this business ever again. read more

We did not buy a car from here but did stop to look. It was a low pressure situation and the salesman we talked to was very open to the fact that they sell branded titles. My negative review is what we told. We were told a story about a minor accident where there was no frame damage, truck was totaled due to airbag deployment and that they just replaced a few things. We were able to see pictures in the accident damage report and the front end damage was significant. Clearly the car had been in a very serious accident with heavy damage. When we test drove the car the seat was broken and the car creaked and groaned when opening the doors. The salesman tried to gloss over the facts which is his job I guess but we won't be back. We were also not impressed that the Salesman couldn't find the car we wanted to look at. NexGen is growing and they have a satellite lot that we eventually drove to but he had to drive around clicking the remote to try to find the car. It was not a good look. Lastly the SUV we drove down there had broken AC despite being newly offered for sale. Not all branded titles are the same folks. It seems like these guys are trying to put lipstick on a pig and gloss over cars with some serious issues. Do your research and if you buy a car from here take it to a mechanic for an independent verification. read more

if I couldn't give no star to this dealership I would !! they were so eager to sell me a vehicle and send me on my way that when I got home the motor stared smoking up, called them back asap but never could get a hold of victor the sells rep. I ended up having to take it to a shop and the extended warranty they sell you only covers a small portion of the cost and labor. the diagnostic reveals that the whole front motor parts and all are more damaged than I imagined, but they promise no mayor damages to their branded vehicles. please be aware of this scammers. read more

Our sales agent was friendly enough and initial prices are descent but buyer need to be aware of their practices that tend to hide additional costs until you are fully into the signing phase. 1) after you pick a vehicle, they will sit you at a table and bring a price and monthly payment sheet to the table for you to review and sign. The paper only has the principle and interest listed, but the monthly payments listed on the paper are more than the P&I (they have already hidden several additional fees and up-sales into the monthly payment to condition you). When I questioned them about the discrepancy in their numbers, they acted like they didn't know what was going on, 2) we were taken into the closing office where I had to drag out of the agent the additional costs they had hidden into the monthly payment, 3) the additional costs included several thousand dollars more for a) a theft deterrent sticker they opted to put on all their cars which they said was already done, so we had to pay for it (why is this not in the price of the car?), b) a higher than normal document fee (why is this not in the price of the car?), c) a warranty service they did not even ask me about. For these and other reasons, I will not visit this establishment again and cannot recommend it to others. Go somewhere else more transparent. You would think that in this day and age car dealers would learn to avoid the tired old practice of pressing people with hidden fees, but this establishment just leans into it. read more

To my own detriment, I tend to put a lot of faith in what a person or company tells me. I like to think I'm valued as a customer and person. Unfortunately, Nexgen Motors reminded me that capitalism and profit above all is what motivates and drives most of this country. A country I served 4 USMC combat deployments to Iraq for but lose faith in everyday. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Cherokee from them. 20K miles. Yes I understand the salvaged title aspect however, what they are REALLY good at is providing lip service about their extremely rigorous 3rd party inspection that deems the vehicle good as new! They'll show you a document that shows all green checks: "INSPECTED BY: CARKETA CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN"!!!! Who is that technician? What company actually conducted the repairs / rebuild and what exactly were the repairs? They don't know but nevermind that it's GOOD TO GO! They guarantee it! This green marked inspection document says so! I had the vehicle for about a month before I took it to the car wash for the first time and water began leaking into the cabin from the rear door on the left side. I'm not talking just a few drops, I'm talking streams of water. I found that odd because they had claimed the corrected damage was only affected on the front left area of the car (point of impact was around the left front tire). Strange...water leaking into the cabin must have been missed by that rigorous inspection. To their credit they fixed that in about 10 mins. I suspect they didn't address the real issue but just bent a few things into place to get by. Fast forward a couple of months and I start getting alerts about the power steering needing service. Then the wheel started making a strange sound. Then the power steering went out completely. I had it towed to a Jeep dealership thinking it was related to a recall. Lo and behold it wasn't related at all. They briefed me that the damage was clearly due to some type of impact: "Power Steering: Found damage to power steering rack, piece broken off and damaged inner tie rod, boot, steering rack and cv axle. Recommend replacing electric power steering rack. CV Joint Replacement: Found front let boot damaged and dirt/debris in cv axle. Damage from power steering unit breaking. Recommend replacing left front cv axle and alignment after replaced." A $5000 fix!! Take a wild guess as to where this damage was? In the exact area that was supposedly fixed by their 3rd party "rebuilders". Bottom line: the failure of the power steering was due to the original accident that was NOT fully corrected. Of course they were quick to remind me that I purchased the vehicle as is and signed a waiver. This is true and factual. However it's next level of scummy to advertise a car as being rigorously inspected and deemed back 100% status, then sell said car to a unsuspecting customer at 85% status, then attempt to upsell a warranty package knowing they will need it, and then fall back on "as is" status and a questionable - non transparent green marked inspection document. Fast forward 3 months and my car still hasn't been fixed. Instead of them simply paying the Jeep dealership for professional work, Nexgen warranty package consists of linking you up with their warranty company. They recommended towing it to a separate mechanic shop because they "trusted them". Long story short, their mechanic shop could not fix the issue. It's back to the dealership. I stopped by today to take a look at my vehicles current status and was blown away by what the dealer is actively discovering as they disassemble it for repairs. There are stripped bolts, broken pieces, wood screws....yes you heard me right, WOOD SCREWS used underneath, multiple cracked welds in subframe, and an abysmal welding job which compromises the integrity of the frame that holds the engine. Now I have no idea whether this was caused from the original accident or shotty work from their trusted warranty mechanic. The truth of the matter is Nexgen's car selling practices are completely unethical and dangerous. It's very clear that their "rebuilders" are using low quality parts from junk yards in order to maximize profits. The inspections are more than likely signed off by any Joe Schmoe. I do not appreciate being sold a vehicle at 85% and then gaslit for the damage that has been hidden there all along. There were / are issues that were overlooked and not considered during your 3rd party rebuild process. read more

I regrettably purchased a car from NexGen Motors in Ogden in April 2024. Within a week of owning it I realized the horn did not work and all four tires needed to be replaced. If you buy a car here do a very thorough inspection of the vehicle yourself, they clearly do not. I've waited to write my review to see if anything else would break. Not surprisingly, the AC isn't working properly either, the wiring was done wrong. They were able to fix the horn and gave me a check for a portion of the new tires I had to buy. All four tires had flat spots when I purchased and had to be replaced, due to the previous owner slamming on the breaks in a collision. If I wanted the NexGen shop to replace the tires, I would have had to wait a month for an appointment....for something they should have noticed before listing the car for sale. read more

I bought a vehicle from these shady characters last year (2024). Don't be fooled by these swindlers what they are selling is salvage cars that had minimal work to fix the defects from whatever incident that lead the to be a salvage title in the first place. They say they have all the vehicles inspected before they are but it's complete bs, the vehicle that I bought had major defects in the drivetrain, brakes, exhaust. The vehicle was not cheap and I had to put another 10,000$ into it to make it safe and drivable. So unless you have an extra 10 or 15k laying around DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! read more
