    Hands down, working with JD and purchasing a car from Patriot Motors was the BEST EXPERIENCE! I've been in the middle of a used car search for my mom that had all the makings for a potentially disastrous experience. Here's the gist of my experience. I do not live in Utah and my mom lives in Sanpete County without a car making the process of purchasing and test-driving a car quite complicated. On Tuesday at around 5:30 pm, somehow all the stars aligned, and we found a Honda CRV at Patriot Motors, that was within our limited budget, the mileage & condition were very good and, close to where my father-in-law lives, and he was able to test-drive it for us. I called Patriot Motors and spoke with JD to arrange the drive and explain the purchase was actually for my mom who wouldn't be there. JD listened to our specific needs, remembered all our names and details, understood the situation, and was willing to do whatever he could to help us secure the loan that night, staying after they closed to work on it that evening rather than bumping it to the next business day. At 9:00 the next morning, I received confirmation from him that our loan was approved, and the monthly payment was lower than we were expecting, even including a 5yr/100K mile warranty. I cannot say enough how GREAT it was working with JD at Patriot Motors. They turned what was a scary and difficult process for us into a smooth, easy, and unforgettable experience. If you are looking for trustworthy and excellent service that is above and beyond, look no further! You'll be in good hands with JD and Patriot Motors. Thank you, JD!

    Stopped by offering B2B relationship and management was not welcoming, stated inventory was low and the roadside lot was overflowing with vehicles. I was all but asked to leave. Not recommended. Visit Riverton Chevy for a much better customer service experience. Ask for Nick Adams- the best!

    They don't sell quality cars. Save yourself your time and money. Do not buy from here!! If you do, make sure you get the vehicle you're considering inspected by an outside mechanic and make sure EVERYTHING works. Test every button, seat belt, door, etc. They claim each vehicle has gone through 3 different 100+ point inspections. However, they have no record or documentation proving it, nor can they tell what is actually inspected in those 100+ point inspections. We thought we inspected it fairly close ourselves and test drove before purchase but found out several things that did not work on our van (electric sliding door stopped working a week after purchase, found a backseat seatbelt literally cut halfway through, heated seat button, and rear axle problems). We had to put $3000 into this car to get it fixed and now the sliding door is acting up again. They sell crappy cars and try to sell you on their warranty package instead of actually selling quality cars.

    This passed a Frame Inspection from a 3rd party company that Patriot Motors paid for.....

Drive auto was really chill, really flexible and friendly as well. No pushy salesman tactics or techniques - just a very transparent shopping experience. Very little if any wiggle room on pricing which is probably the only downside, but overall it was a pain free buying experience. Would definitely recommend them as they have great reviews, are friendly, and don't try and force you into anything. They even have something called 'overnight test drive' which means you can take the car for 24 hours to see if you like the vehicle! That's probably one of the nicer aspects!

My airbags weren't working and they said it's because I put aftermarket wheels with spacers on it. They refused to cover the work. I drove directly from there to Ogden and they fixed it with no issues telling me "your wheels have nothing to do with the airbag system. I just brought it in because the interior camera and gps aren't working. He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. I know they care about people - and will treat you fairly. This is the kind of business we should support, celebrate and invest in for our communities. It is refreshing to see a sales associate who treats the customer like the requests they are making aren't crazy or sensational. John proves that simply being a newer associate doesn't place you behind in terms of the quality of the experience you can provide. Simply put, John is excellent and definitely cut out for the type of job where a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn are a must. Gabe in the finance department is also responsive and knowledgeable, which are two great qualities to have. I would recommend John to anyone looking for a quality sales experience.     I took my X3 to BMW of Pleasant Grove for an oil change. I arrived for my appointment a little…read morebefore 11:00 am, and two hours later the oil change had not been completed. The service person finally told me that everything was complete, but she was awaiting paperwork before I could pay and leave. Then the service person disappeared and I was eventually successful at getting another service person to help. At a little past 1:30, I was finally able to leave the dealership. To make matters worse, I was quoted $129 for the oil change, but the invoice added about $17 for "hazardous waste charges" (which has always included in the normal charge at other oil change places) and $4.43 for a "surcharge". I will never to back to this dealership for another oil change. There are too many other options that don't require a 2 1/2 hour wait and over $20 in mystery charges.
