I have tried many nail salons around Pflugerville, but hadn't tried this one yet. I'm so glad I did! Atmosphere is really nice and classy. It's a big space with one large section for nails and one for feet. Lots of huge TV monitors all around. Customer service: friendly, efficient, take their time. I had Katie for my nail tech. Nice selection of complimentary beverages. I had a really yummy boba milk tea! Hadn't seen that at a salon before. I got a Gel X manicure, which cost $55, about $10 less than the regular place I go to. They also offer a discount for first timers. They use DC gel colors, which is a brand whose colors I am partial to. All around a great experience! I will be back. read more

This is probably my fourth or fifth time coming to this location came in for a refill was not offered water a soda or any sort of a beverage. Everyone around me received a drink. In fact, I saw someone that received a few hot beverages. I watched as the lady was taking orders of customers even before their service began. Disappointed After Years of Loyalty I've been coming to this salon since 2021 and have always valued their service--but unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I won't be returning. I booked an appointment in advance specifically to avoid wait times, yet still had to sit around for almost 25 minutes before being attended to. I came in for a refill and to fix a previously discussed patch with the exact same design I had done a couple of months ago (which cost me $80 at the time for a full set). Shockingly, this time I was charged $95 just for a refill--which is completely unreasonable. When I asked for a breakdown, I was told it was: * $55 for refill + cut down/reshape + switching to white powder * $25 for the line design * $15 for chrome on top of the line design So basically, a simple design and a refill somehow totaled $95, which felt outrageous--especially since I was charged less for more services in the past. On top of that, the last time I visited, my matte nails started chipping badly within days due to poor work by the technician. I was told I could come back in for a fix, but even when I did, the experience was far from smooth. It's really disappointing to see prices skyrocket without fair explanation--especially for a returning customer who's been loyal for years.
