Mitchell Colvin (owner) made an impromptu appt for me. Saw him at a neighbors house, approached him and told him of my concern. Asked when he could come, and he said now and came over. He did and inspection and even did something no charge because he felt it would be unethical (don't hear that often nowadays!). In the end I had him perform a service and was a minimum charge. Best post control in the 209!!!!We had hundreds of thousands of ants in our house, we couldn't leave food out for more than 10 mins without ants getting on it and if you left the food out overnight, you got a hoard of ants all over it, we have been dealing with them all summer , the Tracy heat got them running in my air conditioned house. So I finally decided to make the call for quotes, they had the best price And came over within 24 hours. Mitchell came in took a look around the perimeter found a couple nest and used some eco/pet friendly ant spray (we have dogs and kids) and its improved 95%!!!! I was looking around for a good pest control company with a decent price and found Next Generation Pest Control. I called them and set up an appointment immediately, I had a huge ant problem.They were very flexible with scheduling which was great being that I had to reschedule a couple times. Very friendly, he came on time and was very informative about what he was going to do and came in to check in after too. I tried a different place before this and it was a bad service experience they were supposed to come for the second treatment and never showed up. We recently dumped Delk after 10 years with them. The service went way down hill and it seemed like we got a different person every time. My parents used Next Generation for the first time and were happy. What a difference! Mitchell was our tech and he said there are only 3 guys in the company. He was really thorough and sprayed probably 3 times the amount of pesticide delk was doing for the same price. He was even removing large cob webs off our shrubs! The next generation crew are very precessional, knowledgeable, and extremely flexible which helps us since we live in Stockton but work in Tracy and don't get home till 4pm. They take time to educate you about different pests and how they habitat in ones home. We initially contacted next generation about a wasp problem, they came over on time and told us if the wasps ever came back to just contact them and that they would come over and take care of it, and they kept their word. I have had my home for 10 years and never had a need for pest control, that was until we had a flea problem out of nowhere. The backyard was infested and we didn't even want to go back there, I looked around on the internet and saw a lot of places don't post prices and had mixed reviews. I then came across Next Generation that had prices which are competitive to what I have found and very good reviews which is also a plus, what sealed the deal for me was finding out they are veteran own and operated. I called in the AM and had an appointment 2 days later, they have excellent customer service and when it came time for them to spray the tech that ended up being the owner was super nice and informative. He confirmed we had a big issue in the backyard and even switched up the chemicals to make sure he got rid of them. It's been about a month or so and they have really been nocked down we can now go back into our yard without getting chewed to bits by fleas, I have also seen a reduction in other pests too. I can't say enough great things about next generation pest control! I was in a panic when I saw that we had a mouse (or so I thought it was a mouse). I called several pest companies, including the one I get my monthly service from and nobody could come out right away or even next day to do a inspection. They all wanted me to schedule a week out and I have a small baby in the house and rodents freak me out. Next generation was able to send someone out right away and he let us know we have a field rat and they checked our attics and everything assured us it was maybe just one an it was our dog door that may be the problem. They left traps the same day! An it got the rodent the next day! An they came back to fix our side garage door the same week as well which was the other possible entry site. Eroldo was our technician both times and he did a amazing job! I am so thankful for him and how fast he was able to get things done. I will recommend them to anyone who is going through this same issue or having trouble with any pests. They were so helpful and so efficient again I can't thank them enough! read more
