This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. They plugged up all the ingress/egress holes thoroughly and each employee, from answering the phone and email question, to Mitchell, Eroldo, Bernardo and Alex on site, has been nothing but helpful and kind. Even "loosely" going over "details" of your agreement and conveniently scrolling past the fine print when they need you to sign. I should have known better. Then, they show up for 10 minutes every couole months and specifically ignore the work you ask to be performed. Then if you try and cancel your services they throw back at you that you signed up for a year and if you dont keep paying them there is a cancellation service. Do not ever use these people. Very poor customer service, and very sketchy business practices.
