I hired All in One Pest Eliminators to deal with what appeared to be a skunk living under my house in the Oakland Hills. The skunk was spraying so frequently that the odor had become overwhelming and was actually making its way into my bedroom. Living in the hills, wildlife is simply part of life. Most of the time it's one of the perks of living here. Unfortunately, this particular wildlife situation had become unbearable, so I called in the professionals. OR, what I thought were the professionals... I should have just called a Doberman. I will start by saying that the technicians themselves were professional. Unfortunately, the actual service was a complete failure and complete waste of money. They came out, set a trap, filled it with cat food, covered it with a bag, and instructed me to check it every morning. The problem with that approach is obvious: if the trap actually contained a skunk, the only way to find out was to walk right up to it and look inside. Nothing says "professional wildlife management" quite like asking the homeowner to potentially get skunked. Over the course of the next week, I was repeatedly assured that the bait being used was specifically designed to attract skunks and that possums supposedly weren't interested in it. Yet somehow, the trap managed to catch three possums and exactly zero skunks. ZERO SKUNKS! The skunk that was actually causing the problem remained comfortably under my house, probably laughing at them and apparently completely unimpressed by their "specialized" bait. Meanwhile, the charges kept appearing on my credit card. By the end of this adventure, I was out roughly $700 and left with the exact same problem I started with. Three possums had been trapped and removed--none of which were bothering me in the first place--I honestly feel bad for these poor possums, what did they do with them when they took them away? While the skunk continued living its best life beneath my home. Three possums later, I'm convinced the trap's only qualification was "contains animal." I'm honestly surprised they didn't catch my own cat, a squirrel, and the neighbor's golden retriever while they were at it. The skunk, meanwhile, continues to live its best life under my house while I funded this expensive wildlife exchange program. Thank you All-in-One. If your goal is to spend hundreds of dollars catching harmless possums, this company may be for you. If your goal is to solve a skunk problem, All N One Pest Eliminators are a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! read more

What a scam! They quoted $800 to vacuum up the remains of a racoon latrine on my roof that I had already largely cleaned up -- and the quote came almost a week after I requested the estimate. Norcal Wildlife Removal, on the other hand, came the next day and did the job for $375 -- and that included a travel surcharge of $75 from San Jose to my home in Oakland. Don't get snookered! I would like to second Carl S' comment about the front desk/office manager, Chris, at this place, being extremely rude. When we called to complain about the same issue (services not being rendered that we paid for), she immediately got on the defensive and spoke over me in a very condescending tone. She spoke to me like I was a child needing to learn about "exactly what pest control means". Um, Chris, pest control means that we pay YOU to eliminate OUR pests, not talk down to us and over us when we're trying to speak to you. Like all companies, I am sure they have some great employees and technicians, and I am glad to see that many customers here are happy with them, but sheesh, this Chris really needs to find a job away from dealing with other humans. read more

I've heard that there are companies out there that take advantage of elderly customers. This has never been more evident than with All N One Pest Eliminators and how they've treated my 85-year-old mother. Originally when my late father found this service, All N One seemed to do an ok job. Apparently, there was some sort of reorganization within the company a couple of years ago and things have really deteriorated as far as the quality of service. Several weeks ago, my mom noticed an increase in rat poop and damage from rats in her garage and crawl space. She called All N One to have an inspection done to find any intrusion points and have those areas abated, along with having traps set and checked. An inspector came out and, in his words, was dismayed that there were rats that had been decomposing for weeks and traps that were coated with mud, indicating that the technician coming out to service my mom's house wasn't doing their job. A tech was then sent out to do a proper abatement of the intrusion points. He supposedly did the necessary work but didn't check the traps because, as he told my mom, 'that wasn't his job.' In the days that followed, my mom noticed even more evidence of rats getting into her garage and crawl space. Clearly, the work that was done wasn't satisfactory and she continued to try working with them. A week later, a technician came out to supposedly check the traps and remove any dead bodies. At this point, I had my doubts about All N One's commitment to serving their customers. I sent my own pest control person to my mom's and did a walk through with him. We found 2 decomposing rats that had obviously been there for a few weeks. The smell was ungodly. This was less than a week after the last technician came out to check the traps. I am at a loss to understand how a RAT ABATEMENT company would miss a decomposing rat rotting in one of their own traps. Furthermore, we discovered 2 gaping holes in the crawl space (see photo below) and garage that are basically a freeway for rats which were not abated by the tech who came to supposedly seal up the areas. I was furious. Clearly, this company was taking my mom's money and not doing their job. My mom and I decided to cancel her account with All N One and use a more effective exterminator. I called and spoke to a representative, who then transferred me to Chris, the office manager. Chris could not have been less sympathetic or more rude. This is evident by the chorus of complaints about her on Yelp. When I tried to explain why we were cancelling our service with her, she proceeded to talk over me, indicating that what I was telling her about the rat issue was not a problem because her 'system didn't say so.' This sent me reeling. Admittedly, I lost my cool and began yelling at her to try and be heard. I'm not proud of my behavior and admit I was out of line. When she promptly ended the call, I took a minute to collect myself and called back. When Chris answered, I apologized. She went on to tell me that while it was our prerogative to cancel our service, we'd be wasting our money going with someone else who wouldn't be able to have more success with the rat abatement. From our perspective, we've been wasting our money with All N One for the past few years so frankly, anything would be an improvement. Chris also said we'd get charged for one more service regardless, She offered no compensation, no apology, and no effort to make things right. The "customer service" All N One provides is neglectful, negligent and appalling. The fact that they took advantage of my elderly mother by charging her and not doing even the basics of removing dead rats from the traps they themselves set borders on criminal. I am sure that my mother is not alone in being treated this way by this company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of All N One. read more

I looked online and found All N One Pest Eliminators, and really liked the company bio information, and contacted them for help with the small (this season) raccoon family living in the cypress trees out front and using my pool as a 'sink' and my roof/yard as a latrine. Called the office and inquired about the service options and chose the smaller package for $550. The service parameters were explained and the contract I was sent was simple and clear to understand. Mario came out and set 2 traps, and starting the first night, caught a raccoon, then successively each night another was captured and so on until I met my package limit. However, knowing there were sightings of four (two adults, two juveniles) I asked for a cage to remain to capture one more (knowing it was an additional $175) and because this was scheduled over two weekends and the Christmas holiday, I had to reset the trap myself a couple of times, but it's very easy. I did have questions over the course of two weeks and every time I called the office (shout out to Toni and Nicole!) they were very helpful, as was Mario and the other techs who came to my property. When setting up, Mario took the time to walk around my property, pointing out potential areas for where mice or other small rodents could be getting under the house, and how to address the gaps. As a single woman and homeowner, this extra help was very kind and appreciated. Overall, it was a hard decision to "end" wild animals' lives, understanding humans are encroaching on their territory, but them literally using my pool and yard for their personal habits created a serious health risk, and made my pool unusable, so knowing that they do their work very professionally helped ease my concerns. Highly recommend this service, and hope I don't need them again, but know they'll get the job done if I do. read more

I decided to use their service a third time for wasp treatment this spring/summer and it has been the absolute WORST. The staff was unprofessional and inconsistent. And one of them used the water from our hose but didn't turn off the water. Just left it on and we didn't discover it for about an hour. It was 172 gallons of wasted water according to the water company. They would schedule technicians to my house without giving prior notice and later said there is a "no call" clause in the "contract" but there wasn't. The contract literally just says "TERMS OF AGREEMENT: If a service is incomplete due to locked gates, dogs in the yard or any other reason. Please call to schedule a no-charge 'Customer Not Home Service Call'. No deduction to your bill is given if you receive only a partial service, you have until the month of your next service to schedule." There is zero details about randomly scheduling services without notifying the homeowner. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE??? Why would you schedule a service if the customer isn't available???? And it's been over a month but no word from the office manager. read more

I tried to hire these guys to solve a gopher problem at my house. I scheduled time with them for an appointment at my house from 3pm-5pm on Tuesday. They confirmed the time a few days later. Tuesday came around and I took the day off work to make sure I'd be at the house from 3pm-5pm. No call, no show. At 530pm I get a text from their office that they cannot come out today because it's too dark and they won't be able to properly examine the gopher mounds and asking if we can reschedule. Hmmm. No. The reason it was too dark to examine the gopher mounds is that they didn't show up at the scheduled time. I understand that things can happen -- but that's why we now have telephones, so that you can call (ahead of time) to let the customer know that you'll be late or won't be able to make it. Needles to say, I won't be rescheduling. I'll find another service. read more

They were quite fast with their responses on Yelp, for a project that I requested to get quotes from multiple providers. They were also professional and to their word they have come back and sprayed whenever I have requested them for additional service. While I think all of these providers, they charge quite a bit for a 15 to 20 minutes service at home, that's the going rate and they all need a contract of 6 months to one year, which is understandable. After the service, the silverfish bugs that I was seeing are no longer appearing. I think their solution is doing something which is meaningful and valuable to me read more

They found the source and we have not seen ants since Elijah was our tech and he was awesome. I've been working with All N One Pest for awhile now. I started working with them for spraying bugs outside our backyard every other month. Our same kind technician always comes and even knocks on our door to let us know he's there so we aren't weirded out that there's a random person in our backyard. This winter for some reason has been mice season x10000 all over the Bay Area. Have never dealt with mice in our garage ever until this year. They were so quick to get Devon out for a quote and got use scheduled for work right away. Johnny and Devon did an amazing job sealing up our garage. Anytime we catch a mouse, I call up Ashley (she and I are BFFS now) and she gets a technician out to dispose. I'm so grateful for them and the peace of mind they give me! read more

For the price they charge, they are hard to get a hold of and take a long time to respond. I'm not very happy with the service and would recommend you try someone else. They charge a package "deal" that doesn't actually seem like any sort of deal when I add up what the costs would be ala carte for the same services and number of animals. They also were not very helpful when I tried to get advice about the best way to handle our specific raccoon situation. And when we did catch a raccoon I called before 8am and they took all day to arrive - the animal was in the cage until nearly 5pm. When you call they never answer. Adding an update after my last review as the business left a comment and called me to tell me a difference in service type was the reason my technicians kept changing but, as I discussed with them, I am very clear that Marcus, Frank and Jordan all performed the exact same ongoing service I have and that roughly every three services my technician changes. Devon and Armando and Mario were for a different type of service. No complaints that the second three were different but my experience has been technicians performing my ongoing service change frequently and that's less favorable. They stated it was out of their control which is fine but the review is intended to capture my experience and share it with others and that has been my experience. I am leaving the 4 Stars only because my regular technicians are great although I have had some misses. read more

This is the second time I have used All N One Pest Eliminators. The first time was for the removal of a squirrel in a stove hood. There was no wait time when I called and they were friendly, sympathetic and nice on the phone. They were quick to respond to the problem. They sent out Sheldon and he was on time, very nice, very experienced and had some good advice. This experience was what led me to call this company back again. The more recent call I made to them was for rats under the house. They were very nice, understood the problem and sent Johnny out to investigate. Johnny was very nice, experienced, knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done. He discussed all the details with me before the work began. First he sealed up all the areas where rats could enter outside the house and cleaned up everything under the house. He set live traps to check later. He returned a couple of times to make sure there wasn't any rat activity under the house. The rats had caused damage and he was able to make all repairs after he made sure the rats were gone. Throughout this process Johnny explained in detail what needed to be done and I was able to communicate with him whenever I had a question. The estimate that was given to me on the first day was the same as the final bill. I'm happy with my experience with All N One Pest Eliminators! I very highly recommend them. read more

I called to get an estimate for rodent control in the walls, laundry room, and tool room of my house and control of the raccoons in the crawl space underneath. Geread came out and thoroughly reviewed the situation, told me what was needed, what they could do, and the cost. We did the sealing and replacement of the access doors ourselves and had Geread return to check the work, add the rodent boxes and anchors, and set me up for a year of rodent control and monitoring. I called All N One Pest Eliminators after discovering signs of a rat infestation in my garage. I chose this company because it was in the 2025 Contra Costa County Diamond Certified Directory. Sheldon, the company's inspector, came out and discovered rat droppings not only in the garage, but also in the attic (has an opening to the garage) and also in the crawl space that was not connected to the garage. The garage and crawl space had damaged vent covers and there was also a defect in the garage door gasket. In discussing traps, I told Sheldon at his initial inspection (which per the company, was free) that we wanted to use live traps and that I had my own. I got a contract which stated that a charge of $885 would cover "repairing crawl space and garage vents, sealing garage roll up door corners, setting traps at $35 per trap and to be checked every three days." The contract also stated: "This is a one time service: includes trap checks for 4-6 weeks as scheduled." When service is completed you have the option to have additional trap checks at $35-45 per service call." The man who came out to do the exclusion work completed this in about 75 minutes. He indicated that he was prepared to set two traps. I reminded him that I had my own traps and didn't need his. I figure then that $70 of the contract price of $885 was for the traps that I didn't get from All N One. I did my own trap checks every day. Over the course of 23 days, I caught only one rat which happened to be dead in the cage. No rats caught in the last 16 days. I had two subsequent visits by Sheldon, who signed off on the job after the second visit today. Per the contract, All N One's service included a visit every three days for up to a minimum of 4 weeks. So 9 visits. The contract language implies that a visit (service call) costs a minimum of $35. In my mind the seven unmade visits has a value of $245. Along with the $70 for the two traps that were not provided, I feel the company has not fulfilled $315 of the contract and that I am due a refund of that amount. I have talked to the office person and they indicate that they will discuss my refund request and will have Sheldon call me back. To be continued... final review pending. read more

We had a rodent issue 10 years ago, and they came out and fixed the problem. A few weeks ago, we could hear something in the attic, so had them back out. We had an inspection, and Johnathan came out today to patch the holes and set traps. Johnathan is the best, very friendly and knowledgeable. They will come check the traps in a few days. We hired All N One in March 2023 to manage a rodent issue. Through the process they were great - communicative, transparent, speedy and reassuring. Their contract lists a 1 year warranty. Verbally, we were told that the warranty begins after your 2 clear trap checks signaling that your rodent issue is under control. We were not able to retain 2 clear trap checks until mid-August 2023. That's FIVE months after our initial treatment. We called today to request our warranty only to find out that it apparently expired in March 2024. Apparently the warranty of their work and pest control is already enacted WHILE they're still performing the work. So our 1 year warranty for all-clear pest control was really a 7 month warranty. When I talked to the service rep today, they said that we should have considered the maintenance plan which would have extended the warranty. We were not notified of ANY maintenance plan... We are now scrambling to get service on the property on short notice since All N One won't re-consider the warranty plan. read more

We found All in one pest after having some major issues with our current exterminator who was very unprofessional so I went looking for a company that was professional and easy to work with but also affordable. When I called in originally the gals on the phone were beyond helpful and set me up right away. Marcus is our bi monthly rep that comes out to spray and he is sooo delightful, accommodating and easy to be around. He is such a great guy and we enjoy when he comes over with his huge smile and he is just happy to be there. Last month; we had mice! Yuck I know, I called All in one pest right away and they scheduled a nice specific rep to come out to assess. That morning right on time, Devon showed up and he was also such a sweet heart and took a look, gave us a quote to fill the holes and lay extra traps to control the situation asap. He really worked with us to make sure we could afford the work that needed to be done and followed up with us pretty much each week after. I was thrilled to have someone like him to help us with this process because it's not fun to say the least. A few days after, we had the work done and they patched the holes and laid the traps and the came out twice after (every two weeks) to check on everything to make sure there wasn't any more activity. We had a nasty stink from a dead rat that was going to put a damper on our family Christmas Eve Celebration. No other pest company was able to come out until after Christmas. We appreciate that you squeezed us in on Christmas Eve. Your technician, Michael arrived promptly and was professional and friendly. He went under the house, looked in the attic and could not find the little bugger. It appeared to have died in a wall. Michael did find a nest in an enclosed space under our water heater in the garage and an opening to the wall where the rat probably died. He used disinfectant / deodorizer in that space and under the house until the smell was gone. Thanks for saving the day! Stay away from this business. Claimed they did a late pick up and tried to charge me $75 and there was no late pick up. They picked the animal up on Monday in the afternoon. They will refer to the contract that is highlighted and bolded, but they only referred to it after they charge me. This is dishonest and underhanded and it's important enough that they should tell you about it at the beginning. That you have to actually go out there and close the cage on sat and reopen it on Monday. Do you really wanna be doing that when you pay a company this much money? Do you want to take the risk of snapping your hand or something worse. The office manager is rude and disrespectful. She's terrible. I would call Contra Costa County or another company. They do the same thing for a lot less money and you don't have the rudeness I would give it a zero star if I could. read more
