I just bought a house and at the time of receiving my keys, the house had been vacant for over a month. The house was absolutely infested with roaches and spiders. If I had a choice of giving 10 stars out of 5, I would have happily given to this company. Stephen and Mitchel came in yesterday to do a pest control treatment at our house. I was amazed at looking at their professionalism and how well they treated us as their customers. They not only just did the treatment from outside but also cleaned all the webs around the building and even on the fence to make sure no bad eggs remain there. So we had a rodent issue that we needed to get rid of fast. I found three babies in our garage so I new there was a nest somewhere. Had a different guy come out earlier in the day to check my garage. He said the rodents were gone and there was no nest so it was probably nesting outside somewhere. I got home and pulled off a standing shelf that was screwed to the wall, and bam, nest. Mitchell came a few hours later, and in less than two minutes of being there instantly said he smelled a dead one, and found it. The other guy was in the same place and couldn't find it. He tolde how to fix the problem. He also looked in my backyard, and instantly seen my garden was being eaten away by afids and earwigs, so I had him spray. He was such a sweetheart, he even interacted with my three year old who is VERY talkative (and a bit annoying sometimes) and pushy. The first time I met Stephen was at a vacant house and we needed him to double check another pest company's work and without him, we would have got a house that had roaches in it. The other time we bought something used and didn't know it had cockroaches in the electric box.. the minute I saw a couple of them, I messaged them and they responded very quickly and came out the same day! We just recently moved to Lathrop, and some annoying bugs started appearing in our new carpet. I called Next Gen Pest Control, and they sad they will send someone to deal with our little friends. I thought we would need to cover furniture and everything that might get contaminated, and that we would need to spend 50 hours outside the home until the chemical evaporates. I also pictured a couple of big, mean dudes showing up with their giant equipment that would destroy half of our home, and that the whole home would look like a war zone for 5 hours. Well, I was wrong. Two big mean dudes turned out to be a very cool young lady, Erica; 5 hours of war time turned into 10-15 minutes; and 50 hours of wait time turned out to be 1-2 hours (just in case). Oh, and apparently that chemical is not harmful to humans, so we didnt need to worry. Anyway, no more bugs.
