I bought a new box spring to replace my broken 12 year old broken one. Mattress Firm delivery guy delivered and supposed to haul away the old one. Delivery guy said I have bed bugs in the old box spring and will not haul it away. I was in panic mode. I called Next Generation Pest control and they were here in 1.5 hours. Mitchell came and inspected the old box spring, my bed, the mattress and the entire bedroom. There were no signs of bed bugs! I showed him what the delivery guy showed me and he said it was a dead carpet bug and nothing to worry about. Mitchell did not find any signs of carpet bugs in the mattress or bed. He put me at ease because I was already thinking of buying a new mattress, turning my house upside down to steam clean, canceling Christmas because guests were sleeping over and in my head I had a bed bug infestation! Mitchell was my hero of the day. He did not charge me anything. He did not try to sell me any pest treatment because he said I don't need one. I hit up a bunch of companies on here last week to see about getting a quote for termite prevention after finding termites in a tree that blew over after the windy storm. All the companies responded like robots and asked for information I had already given in the questionnaire for the quote. I didn't want to talk to someone on the phone, I wanted a quote or at least a quote for inspection. Unlike some others, the inspection was free. The price was less than we thought it would be and they came out the same week to take care of the problem. They asked if we needed a pet friendly treatment which is appreciated since we have 2 dogs. So we decided to try a new company. when I called to request service, the technician was very sweet, kind and informative. She helped me make the decision whether or not I would like to use next generation pest control. they sent over a contact for me to view and complete before service was to be started, which I found very nice to help me in deciding whether or not, I wanted to use this company. she also thoroughly explained the process of the billing part, when they would come, and that I had the choice if needed, to reschedule if the day that they were to come out did not work. I greatly appreciate the promptness of this company and most of all, I couldn't thank Daniel enough for being excellent and thorough regarding my mouse in the house Situation. Lucky for me, the rat looking mouse that was playing peek a boo all day, decided to show up while Daniel was there. Boom, found where he was coming in at because g he ran his butt back down the dryer hose and under the house. Daniel asked can we go under the house? Yesss!!! I was hoping you would want to lol While assessing the exterior of the home, he expressed to me how important it is to close up some areas before trying to tackle the issue full blown. He officially saw how the mouse was going in and out of my kitchen. He laid some traps down , free of charge and helped me with "keeping the mouse out". I believe it was the reason because the mouse hasn't been seen since he left. And trust me , this mouse had been coming in and out for a couple of weeks. I will close up some of the cracks and reschedule for them to come out and treat the property at a later time.. sooner than later. Jeremy just completed spraying my yard for pests. I've been using this company since I moved here. They're very cooperative working with me. I'm not only notified when they're coming but also when he's on his way so I can lock my dogs in while he's here. Service WAS awesome, not anymore! The tech Adonis literally sprayed the ground under the patio but not along the house. He missed spraying one whole side of the house. He didnt get most of the house, nor the rock bed in the backyard. We tried to call to request a redo, but after 5 failed attempts ( on hold for 5 minutes), we gave up. I even tried the new customer line and was placed on hold. Needless to say, after 5 years, we are looking for a new pest control service. read more

I highly recommend Next Generation Pest control. While Stephan was doing pest control around my house, he let me know there was evidence of termites in my garage. I contacted Delk Pest Control since I had a warranty with them from the prior owner of this home. It took 3 inspections for Delk to find the termites and they only ended up finding it after showing them a picture Next Gen Pest took. I had a couple of Delk techs come by to my home but Brad Delk was the most unpleasant one. He was a bit defensive when he inspected my home and it made me uncomfortable. Guess he felt a little insecure that it took another pest control company to point out I had termites instead of him. Also found out Delk's warranty didn't cover the termites in my garage. I now use Next Generation Pest control for all of my needs since they're competent in their ability to inspect for pests and they are civil people. read more

I've had another local pest control company before next gen but I cancelled my yearly contract and paid the cancel fee because I didn't like the "I know what you need so just let me do my job" ego type of attitude. All the techs from next gen that have been sent out to my home have been great no complaints at all. However I really remember when Rayner services my home because he takes the time to talk about what he found, what and where he sprayed, and sets aside time for any other concerns I got. Also you can request the same technician to come back if you find one tech is best for you.
