Run far away from this company. They are lying, cheating scumbags. They NEVER show up on time not even within the timeframe they themselves give you. They NEVER answer the phones or return voicemails and emails. They charge you for the service BEFORE they actually service your property. Why would you charge me for something you haven't even done yet?? And to make things worse their technicians lie and say they showed up and already serviced the property even though they never showed up. I stayed home one Saturday waiting for the technician to show up. He never showed up, they still charged me and they didn't answer their phones for that entire day. I called every 20 minutes, left voicemails and sent an email also. Now I'm just waiting for someone to get back to me and try to feed me some lie about what happened. read more

I highly recommend Next Generation Pest control. While Stephan was doing pest control around my house, he let me know there was evidence of termites in my garage. I contacted Delk Pest Control since I had a warranty with them from the prior owner of this home. It took 3 inspections for Delk to find the termites and they only ended up finding it after showing them a picture Next Gen Pest took. I had a couple of Delk techs come by to my home but Brad Delk was the most unpleasant one. He was a bit defensive when he inspected my home and it made me uncomfortable. Guess he felt a little insecure that it took another pest control company to point out I had termites instead of him. Also found out Delk's warranty didn't cover the termites in my garage. I now use Next Generation Pest control for all of my needs since they're competent in their ability to inspect for pests and they are civil people. read more

I hit up a bunch of companies on here last week to see about getting a quote for termite prevention after finding termites in a tree that blew over after the windy storm. All the companies responded like robots and asked for information I had already given in the questionnaire for the quote. I didn't want to talk to someone on the phone, I wanted a quote or at least a quote for inspection. Unlike some others, the inspection was free. The price was less than we thought it would be and they came out the same week to take care of the problem. They asked if we needed a pet friendly treatment which is appreciated since we have 2 dogs. I bought a new box spring to replace my broken 12 year old broken one. Mattress Firm delivery guy delivered and supposed to haul away the old one. Delivery guy said I have bed bugs in the old box spring and will not haul it away. I was in panic mode. I called Next Generation Pest control and they were here in 1.5 hours. Mitchell came and inspected the old box spring, my bed, the mattress and the entire bedroom. There were no signs of bed bugs! I showed him what the delivery guy showed me and he said it was a dead carpet bug and nothing to worry about. Mitchell did not find any signs of carpet bugs in the mattress or bed. He put me at ease because I was already thinking of buying a new mattress, turning my house upside down to steam clean, canceling Christmas because guests were sleeping over and in my head I had a bed bug infestation! Mitchell was my hero of the day. He did not charge me anything. He did not try to sell me any pest treatment because he said I don't need one. Lucky for me, the rat looking mouse that was playing peek a boo all day, decided to show up while Daniel was there. So we decided to try a new company. when I called to request service, the technician was very sweet, kind and informative. She helped me make the decision whether or not I would like to use next generation pest control. they sent over a contact for me to view and complete before service was to be started, which I found very nice to help me in deciding whether or not, I wanted to use this company. she also thoroughly explained the process of the billing part, when they would come, and that I had the choice if needed, to reschedule if the day that they were to come out did not work. Gave him a quick rundown on the wildlife situation I needed his help with and luckily he was available for an in person estimate the next day. Service WAS awesome, not anymore! The tech Adonis literally sprayed the ground under the patio but not along the house. He missed spraying one whole side of the house. He didnt get most of the house, nor the rock bed in the backyard. We tried to call to request a redo, but after 5 failed attempts ( on hold for 5 minutes), we gave up. Full Update 6/23/2021: Disclosure : This was our own personal experience and our opinion of this company. I rarely make updates and especially downgrades any of my reviews but, I have lost sleep over this particular review/Company as I believe and feel in my heart that the public & readers need to know the truth through my eyes What this company did was just wrong in my opinion on so many levels. 1. Like most I did a lot of research which involved reading many reviews and after careful consideration hired Next generation Pest control because of there many 5 Star reviews, Signed a year contract for a set price. A contract I expected both parties to adhere too RIGHT ? Yea, Not if your the company. (one sided contract) So far like my previous review the company did awesome job! We where very pleased and they helped eliminate our mice, bugs and where extremely responsive, showed up at last minute to take care of any pest issues. A dream company right ? 2. Then due to major construction on our property and for the safety of all we had to put Next Generation on hold . After all they where unable to enter my property due safely & construction That went on for several months (out my control & delayed due to COVID) 3. Construction concluded and Next generation continued as per my contract even without contract we had planned to continue much longer than contractual obligation because we where extremely happy with their services and we support small independent businesses. ** 4. Then - I had unexpected medical issues that generated unexpected medical bills and as most due to the pandemic extremely late Federal Tax return we where expecting that would have helped pay those bills so we had to "pause" Pest services something we where reluctant to do. I sent text message explaining our situation to the company praying I could delay pest service until we could take care of our medical bills and they reacted not in the normal compassionate communicating way as with a phone or text message or what could we do NO! That would be too much to ask for BUT, by UNEXPECTEDLY and abruptly CANCELING our account and hit us with a bill (199.00 ) cancellation fee! 5. Then when I called company to ask why and tried explaining our situation I was meet with rudeness, No apology No explanation Nothing. it could have been handled WAY better by the company but instead she just said, they called me when they DID NOT she didn't even believe me and had to look and read my text message I sent which should have been done before taking the drastic step by canceling my account and send me 199.00 bill. Then when she realized their mistake she STILL NEVER Apologized or said, we will reverse cancellation fee but just reiterated that they charge early termination fee when I was not terminating services. -Company true character and honesty is coming to light 6. Then I posted a honest and less than favorable review since company never responded or reversed charges too my knowledge 7. I text ready to restart service as we FINALLY received our tax refund honoring the contract and I wanted to see if Next Generation would improve in communication, honor there word/contract 8. The company reacted by my Yelp review and canceled our account , waiving 199 early termination fee, dishonoring there own contract and rudely telling me via phone message to go somewhere else! TRUE COMPANY CHARACTER ------in my opinion They don't want to communicate with customer or earn their reviews but instead break there own contract which is there word or bond (honesty) if I can't break contract without repercussions why could company ? Wow ! What a slap in the face ! Talk about knocking the customer down when there already on the ground with medical issues, financial hardship in time of national pandemic and NO compassion. Geez we always paid our bill with them on time and always treated all there workers with respect, honesty and kindness. We just needed a few weeks to take care of our health/medical and praise God! we received our refund and as promised we ready to resume pest services and ready to change review to reflect any positive changes Next Generation would make and instead we meet with rudeness, not honoring there own contract 9. In my opinion and experience this company doesn't keep there promise or word even if it's in a contract as they could break there own contract at will without any warning! 10. Also, They don't communicate with customers efficiently as this entire situation could have been avoided if management would have been more involved, honestly informed and most importantly effective communications with the customer! But because they have proven not to keep their own words by honoring there own contract , not communicating with the customer we are forced to lower review to 2 stars (Could have been better by yelp standards) honest and communication is huge with us .
