I genuinely feel beautiful. A little backstory because the context is important: I originally came to Skinic for lymphatic drainage the day before a trip and the treatment itself was incredible. Like 10/5 stars. I was SO relaxed afterward I felt like I was floating. Right after my treatment, Cassie, the manager, was incredibly kind and gave me tea, sat me down in her office, and asked how everything went. I was telling her how amazing it was, and then the conversation shifted into a package offer. I know this is normal in the beauty/wellness industry, but for me personally, it immediately took me out of the blissful state I was in. I just wanted to leave and bask in how good I felt. It bothered me enough that I actually came back inside and told her. I was emotional that day and definitely passionate about how much it had affected my experience, but the actual service had been so good that I wanted to be honest about the one thing that took away from it. We ended up really hearing and empathizing with each other. Cassie wanted to make it right and invited me to come back after my trip for the exact same treatment, completely complimentary. So when I got back from my trip, I came in for the treatment. Cassie greeted me with so much warmth and told me it was going to be the best massage of my life. And it absolutely was. No exaggeration. Anna is unbelievable. She told me she's been doing lymphatic drainage for about four years, but I would have guessed 10+. She showed me what a real lymphatic drainage treatment is supposed to feel like. I'm naturally inquisitive, so she explained the different lymph points and how the lymphatic system works as she went. When she was working on my stomach, I could actually hear and feel the fluid moving. It was WILD. By the time she finished, I immediately felt lighter and flatter. I had also told her my legs were sore from a workout. Without me having to ask her to adjust anything, she picked up on every tiny flinch or moment of tension in my body and changed her pressure accordingly. She has this incredible intuition for what your body needs. I felt completely safe and comfortable with her, both physically and emotionally. At one point, while she was draining my face, I actually started crying. I'd been holding onto a lot emotionally, and something about finally relaxing enough to let it out just opened the floodgates. My nose started getting stuffy and my eyes started puffing up as I cried, and Anna just kept gently working and draining my face through it. By the end, even my stuffy nose was gone. It genuinely felt like she got EVERYTHING out of me. The treatment was incredibly effective but also so peaceful. I felt like I was floating and so much lighter afterward. I left feeling beautiful, in love with myself, in love with the world, and honestly in love with Skinic. I really want to give Cassie credit too. She didn't just say she wanted to make my first experience right, she actually did it. The treatment was truly comped, there was no catch, and she made sure I was taken care of from the second I walked back through the door. What started as a moment that almost made me not return ended up showing me how much she actually cares about her clients, the quality of the people she hires, and how people feel when they leave her business. That gift ended up meaning so much more to me than I ever expected. Cassie absolutely has my business, and Anna has ruined every other lymphatic drainage massage for me forever lol. I paused my membership late last year after a job layoff and was specifically told that when reinstated, my anniversary special would be pushed back by the number of months I paused. When that wasn't honored at time of service, I spent over two months chasing down customer service, only to finally be told that their "system doesn't accommodate non-consecutive months"... -- Huh? What about a human overriding the computer? -- Despite the fact that I was given incorrect information by their staff (Tyler) at time of pause, there was zero willingness to take responsibility or find mutual resolution. This is especially disappointing after years of loyalty and referring multiple people to Alchemy 43. I completely understand policies, staff, and systems change, but customers shouldn't be penalized for wrong information provided by the company. I would not have paused if I was simply told this was the policy. It's also worth noting I continued to come here after my longtime injector Tiffany left earlier this year along with a majority of the staff. It's the complete lack of consideration and accountability that I've chosen to cancel today. Computers may not accommodate, but humans should -- especially if your humans made the error to begin with.

I cannot say enough good things about Robertson Wellness. I actually fly in from Miami for my treatments -- that should tell you how much I trust this team. There's plenty of options closer to home, but nobody does it at the level they do here. EBOO has been the standout for me. The difference in how I feel after an EBOO treatment is real -- more energy, clearer head, and I just feel "cleaner" overall, like my body is running better. If you've been on the fence about EBOO, do it. It's the one treatment I never skip. The EBOO sessions here are done right, the staff knows exactly what they're doing, and I always walk out feeling recharged. Beyond EBOO, I've done exosomes, peptide therapy, and their IV drips, and all of it has been top notch. The exosomes and peptides have helped with recovery and feeling younger and sharper, and the IVs are a great way to top off and stay hydrated and energized. But honestly EBOO is the crown jewel -- the benefits keep me coming back. This place has the most unethical Doctor and staff members i have ever met in my life. Came in for…read moreMorpheus8 and They BURNED my skin l!! during the treatment, my skin started oozing clear plasma (which should have never happened) and they just brushed it off saying it was normal. Oozing plasma is NOT normal. My skin burn marks are NOT normal. I confirmed 2-3 other med clinics (including Morpheus rep) and they were all Horrified with the procedure and the lack of accountability the doctors and staff members had in even providing information on what exactly happened. They not only refused to give any refund, they also just told me "it will improve" and started ghosting me when i was asking for medical assistance and information that i needed for the doctors to diagnose. ALL other providers i spoke to had determined that this treatment damaged my skin in a burn mark and need intensive healing ASAP in order to recover and not damage permanently. When confronted, they ONLY replied saying "they'll get back to Me" when i sent them a stern email and refused to take any sort of accountability in what they have done wrong. I sent them these photos of my skin scarring and they did not even care. as a clinic, they should be making sure their patients are taken care of and healing properly - but they can't even do the simple basics or share information for the patient TO properly heal on their own. The amount of medical negligence this clinic has is beyond me -- honestly can be considered even malpractice. Do NOT go here no matter what happens: The most SHADY unethical doctors that is causing me so much more financial grief, personal stress ( i spent almost another $1k fixing this$ and they literally do not give a rats ass about their patients. I'd rather just pay the premium with someone who cares about their patience and won't damage their skin. See below for photos for my damaged skin and the convos between me and the provider. They never replied to my email requesting detailed info (energy levels, needle settings, topical cream used) so my doctors can diagnose properly. just sent me a sticky note i can barely read. Didn't even address my questions to see what it said lmao what a joke of a clinic. [UPDATE] - The owner replied saying theyve been returning my messages & checking on refunds but that is absolutely NOT TRUE. I have threads of texts / emails of just being ignored or having minimal responses. My treatment was on FRIDAY - i started seeing immediate burn marks during/right after the treatment which worsened immediately. I was concerned starting Friday/Saturday and no responses were provided. hey doctor even confirms that he only called me on SUNDAY -- this is 48 hours AFTER my treatment where I had followed up NUMEROUS times. They only replied after I threatend them with legal action & tried to tell me what I was experiencing was "normal" even though multiple medical practioners were appalled after seeing my face & said they definitely burned me. They NEVER addressed the refund situation (I've asked 6 times now and have been ignored) and are well aware of how o refund the original payment - they just kept ghosting whenever I asked. I don't know how they're comfortable in keeping the money as medical practitioners who damaged my face ---- which I now have to spend even more money to fix. They do not care about their patients at all.

Everything from start to finish here was great! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly/professional receptionist, and after filling out some paperwork, I was escorted into the room. It was clean and comfortable. The nurse went over how many units she would recommend, and when I said I was used to getting a bit less, she agreed and did not try to upsell or push me into purchasing more. She said if I decided I needed more, I could always come back. The doctor came in shortly after and did the injections while the nurse cooled my face using ice. This felt really pleasant! The doctor applied some arnica to help with any minor bruising that may appear. As I was leaving, the receptionist even offered me pineapple juice which also helps with bruising. I appreciated these small gestures that hadn't been done at other med spas I'd gone to in the past. I highly recommend this place for Botox.

So, when my instagram feed was blessed with Skin 22's page, I knew I had to come in for a consult. Pro tip: I was a little confused about which floor to go to. The M floor isn't the 1st floor. Head to the elevator, press M and thats where you should be (this tripped me up until I actually stepped into the elevator) Arrived on time for my 1pm appointment and was greeted by John, who signed me in, escorted me to a room, and gave me a run down of how my appointment would go. He was super kind, offered me a beverage and we went over all the areas I wanted toxed and then I waited for Nurse Ted to come in and proceed with the injecting. I then got to meet, the Oh - So - Famous Nurse Ted. Such a kind soul. He looked over the areas I wanted to get done and suggested others. When it comes to tox, you can convince me of most things, so when he suggested masseter botox, I immediately said yes! Such a great suggestion too. I already can tell the difference and i'm excited to see how it improves my face shape in the next few weeks. Before heading out, they sent me home with a few goodies which was such a nice touch. I'm a sucker for some good customer service and Skin 22 had it all. Totally loved my appointment and I think I have (finally) found my new tox home.

I got a…read morefew things done- botox, filler, and laser hair removal For Botox, I got some units in my forehead and around my eyes as a preventative measure for wrinkles. While I don't have deep wrinkles, I've noticed it really has helped to brighten my face and makes me look more awake and less tired. For my chin, we added some filler to elongate my face and make my face less round. I feel like it's a subtle change, but I've gotten so many compliments on how it just makes my face look more dainty. (Most people think I just lost weight in my face, but when I tell them I got chin filler, that's when they say how good it looks.) For laser hair removal, I was a bit apprehensive to get it since I have dark hairs and a lighter skin tone. I was afraid that I may get dark marks from the laser machine, as I had once experienced before. However, they listened to my concerns and reassured me that they would go on a low setting to prevent that. I didn't get any dark tracks afterwards, and I now only trust them to do the laser on my face. As far as professionalism goes, their staff is great at that. Dr. Jeng, Adrienne, and Sherry were great at listening to what I wanted at my initial consult and made me feel comfortable by addressing my concerns. For example, with the chin filler, I wasn't really sure how it would look and was a little curious if if would fit my face. They recommended to inject only half of my syringe first to see if I would be happy with the outcome. 2 weeks later, I came back to inject the rest and was happy they gave me that option. Some other places may not give you that option, so I can tell they really want their clients to have a positive experience.

The space is so chic and inviting; super modern but cozy all at the same time. The star of the place has to be Yasmin though! Soonest we walked in she is super charismatic and engaging you feel like you've known her forever; which makes any procedure go even smoother. Yasmin sat me down, put down a blanket (because yes it was cold even though 104 outside lol). She asked what my problem areas were and I told her and then she grabbed her magic marker and dotted the areas she would be injecting and then the magic happened. The poking didn't hurt felt like a tiny pinch but nothing crazy. I'm sure if you needed numbing cream it's available. After that, she answered all my other questions about all her other services I was interested in and I can't wait to come again! Thanks for such a great first time experience Yasmin! Parking is available in the building; take cash! It's was $4 for 30 minutes and $16 after that. But street parking is also available but it's always hard to find in that area.

It's intense, like super intense. Be prepared to see a lot of your own blood/fat and to be very sick after the surgery. But 13k later and my "results" look pretty much the same as before. Not only was the surgery like I said intense, but recovery was crazy painful. This surgery was definitely the hardest thing I've ever done and to not even be happy with my results is extremely infuriating. My biggest concerns were my hip dips and lifting/enlarging my butt. Now (months after surgery) my hip dips are still there and when I told her about it she said she likes it better that way because it looks more natural.... I didn't pay $13,000 for it to look natural nor did I say I wanted that look. I know some people do, but not me, and she was told that. I also still gain a lot of fat in my stomach area, more now than I had before the surgery, she said she did that so it would look more natural as well.. why would I get lipo on my stomach if I still wanted to gain weight there... they completely disregarded my concerns after and told me if I was unhappy then I could get another surgery done and that they "have new financing options".. why would I pay for a 2nd surgery when I'm super unhappy with the first one?? Other doctors do touch ups for free if the results aren't what they should be and they didn't even offer me sculptra to temporarily fix the hip dips. Not to mention my left leg is botched and has a super weird and noticeable indent. I understand I didn't have a lot of fat to move, even though the surgeon told me I had enough, but when I tried moving my surgery date to later that way I could have more time to gain more weight they convinced me to keep my surgery date and that it would be okay fat wise. Well it wasn't, not at all, so I'm sure they just wanted me to hurry up and get the surgery so they could lock some sales in. Not thinking about how it would affect my results, especially when I told them the look I wanted. Surgery aside they were not helpful with post op care, faja knowledge, and anything else that would help with my results. It's like I went in for surgery and that was it. They also said I could sleep on my back/butt the 1st night, I have never heard any other dr say that, everyone says you can't sleep on your back for at least 6 weeks cuz it could kill the fat and flatten your results. I didn't sit on my butt for 10 weeks and I still have a flat butt! My one week post op was done over FaceTime and the doctor was on vacation, at a restaurant in public while FaceTiming me (nude). Also their endermologie treatments are not real endermologie treatments, they do lymphatic drainage treatments and say it's endermologie. 2 completely different treatments and they are trying to get more money out of you by calling it that when it's really just lymphatic drainage. If I paid 5k for this surgery fine, no big deal, but 13k and awake for that price I should absolutely be in love with my results. I'm just as insecure with my butt as I was before.

Definitely a change in my body, but in all fairness after 2 1/2 months came by and my swelling went down I noticed during the surgery I felt more injection on my right side hip than my left. I didn't think anything of it but like I said as the month went by I notice that my left hip dip was coming back so when I went in for a follow up , I felt completely disregarded unheard but most importantly, just disappointed this wasn't just no thousand dollar procedure. I spent a good amount of money on this to feel good about myself so for me to find something that I was insecure about and to see it come back it was very upsetting, but not as upsetting as the doctors response, she denied seeing it and of course grabbing one of her assistance and her stating she doesn't see it either. Of course she's gonna say that she works there, it was sad hearing them deny something that is clearly there. After that they didn't follow up with me anymore. It took literally almost 6 months for me to get my paperwork because I wanted to see everything that was done that day unlike some people, I like to keep my medical records for any case. It wasn't until I threaten them and stated that I would report them to the medical board for neglect of patient care. I've contacted them and they canceled my last six month Follow up, and I mean it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a reschedule, I'm pretty sure it was because Dr. GEVORGYAN didn't want to see me anymore due from our last visit. Pretty sure they didn't want to hear how I was still upset about my left side hip. While I was awake during my surgery, I noticed that she inject more on my right side than my left side I mean and all honesty I was AWAKE so I know what I'm talking about. I'm not trying to milk this medical office for more money, I just wanted what was suppose to be done the first time get corrected but if you have unhappy patients about certain things. In order for your practice to look good and succeed, you should take a listen to those patients who are spending a good amount of money on this. My suggestion if you're considering this place don't do it find a doctor that will really truly hear you out and if you're unhappy, with certain result, they'll do best to fix it, this office doesn't care about you once you've done the procedure it's like a kick out of the door. I wish they really heard me out and fix my left hip dip, that's all I wanted free of charge bc again, I told her before and DURING the procedure I want my dips gone, bigger hips. I guess I got the price of one lol just SO SAD SO DISAPPOINTING. I hope this review encourages you to find a doctor better than this doctor I worked with.
