This place has been a bucket list item for a long time and can't believe I finally made it. Voted World's Favorite Pinball Arcade! And I totally agree. There are almost 700 pinball and arcade games. $23 per person for an all-day wristband. Unlimited Free Play, hundreds of vintage and modern pinball machines and arcade classics (excluding select prize and claw games). The worlds largest lunchbox collections, re-entry privileges, snack shop or order door dash an enjoy your food in a designated eating area. They even have a party room. There are soda machines that require exact change in dollar bills only. I have to say I am so IMPRESSED with how CLEAN it was. Not 1 drink ring on any glass top pinball machines. NOT 1!!! Love the drink holders on the games. And not 1 broke down game, that's super impressive. From the minute you walk in the door everything was in tip top shape, for the volume of people they serve and how many games they have it's all really impressive. Also, amazing ventilation, I expected it to be hot and it wasn't, in fact bring a jacket. And the people that were 'boo hooing" about the "service is terrible", it's them that have to be "terrible". The guy who greeted me at the counter (black beanie and beard) was lovely and informative. And no "it's not sensory friendly" .... asking if it's "too noisy" is ridiculous. There're almost 700 games!! No Karen, it's not going to be "quiet". Their website says "everyone needs a wristband to enter", those are the rules, what is so confusing about that?? I can see why they wouldn't let anyone in to wonder around for their kid...the place is huge... How about - tell your kid to meet you outside at X time. That's not difficult, and if your kid can't follow that direction maybe they shouldn't be there, and/or you go with them. Whiney crybabies!

She and I chose King Pins. Well I technically chose them as the bowling was the least expensive in the area. And for us two, for 90 minutes, it was almost $70. Yes. That's EXPENSIVE. So we made the most of it and had a great time. We played with all the options in the bowling area for games and were silly and had fun. And clearly didn't bowl well lol But despite the price - fun was had. Service is okay at best over by the "Tap house," but at least the option exists to have "table service," while you bowl. This trip was just bowling. No arcade! Still 4 stars.

From start to finish, service was spot on: we were met by Coleton who walked us through the logistics & timing, as well as helped with some changes I requested due to attendance, and our server was Paige who made sure the boys never went without beverages. Pizzas came out quickly so the kids were able to eat & bowl, and everything was timed to perfection so they were able to sing to the Birthday Boy and enjoy cake before heading over for some Laser Tag & arcade time to end the festivities. It was also great to have a table reserved in the arcade area for belongings & whatnot, which also allowed some pitchers of beverages for the rest of the time. The space itself was immaculate and staff was buzzing around to keep tables turned over, bowling balls replaced to their rightful homes for future bowlers and the restrooms (at least the ladies!) were also clean (I know that can be a big deal for families, especially with Littles). All in all, I'd say this was money well spent, especially considering everything that is included in the package. Food: So, I got a free small pizza and a drink because of my workplace. I could pick one topping and I picked pepperoni (to play safe). It took awhile for them to make/heat up so when I got it, it was piping hot and it was pretty good! I mean, this place focuses on games and toys but it wasn't bad! Can't make reservations for mini golf, and depending on the time of the day the parking fills up and you end up in the overflow section. Those are really minor downsides. The bartender definitely acted like he wished he was somewhere else. Pool tables and the electronic games took up a LOT of real estate. Pool tables were not in use while I was there. Seems like there was always at least one person standing at the front door smoking so be prepared to inhale a lung full of second hand smoke whether you want it or not. That's why only three stars which is probably generous on my part. No specific complaints but this was just a dark, depressing venue with tobacco-addicted patrons who looked and seemed like they were just sitting around waiting to die.
