Derek Ham out of Cape Girardeau, MO was our servicing agent and arrived within the in between scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and at no time did we feel pressured. He was able to direct us to the size generator and what the difference was between sizes. We also inquired about financing and he showed us several options to best suit us. He also showed valuable clips of what the company is about etc. after signing the contract we were scheduled for the installation of the generator two days after. It was installed, tested and ready within 3 1/3 hours. Very impressive.

We are preparing to sell out home and I had a home inspection done prior to listing and the inspector took one look at the Sylvania electrical panel and flipped his lid. I was given Charlie McCarty's name from a construction contractor friend and called. He answered and scheduled to meet me at my home the next day. He not surveyed the electrical panel, but inspected each and every outlet in the house. He agreed with everything the home inspector stated in his assessment, and even added a few things that needed to be addressed before St Louis County sent someone for an Occupancy permit inspection. Charlie's computer died the night before his visit, but it did not stop him from meeting me at the agreed upon appointment time. He kept in touch with me as he got his system restored. He sent a crew to the house to handle all the work required after getting the necessary work permits. The proposal was fair (far less than I imagined) and the work was handled in swift fashion. there were a few minor things that got missed, but were corrected with just one phone call.
