This urgent care is top notch! The best I've been to and they accept all ages. First, they let you avoid the Petri dish that is a waiting room! You can download their app and let them know how far away you live, and then wait in the comfort (and safety) of your own home! They call or text you (based on your preference) when you can start driving, that way when you arrive, you go straight to a care room. Second, no manual paperwork! They let you enter all of your medical information through a secure system either on your own phone or on a provided tablet. Third, expert and attentive care! My 7 month old was not himself, so being a new mom, I asked my mother in law to come and help ask any questions that I don't have the experience to ask. This was a major difference versus other urgent cares I've been to - I didn't feel at all rushed. Honestly, it was like we were the only patient there and they gave us so much attention. The tech and doctor were both incredibly patient and answered all of our questions fully with politeness and understanding, even though they were cut off multiple times with new questions. The doctor even came back to answer additional questions - they were so accomodating of the uncertainty of this new momma! Fourth, they care enough to call a few days later to check up on you/your little patient. I've not had that from other urgent care facilities. They not only called to see if you were doing better but to answer any other questions you may have forgotten to ask, encouraging you to call back if you came up with any others. The amount of patient concern and customer service has officially made them my choice in urgent care. I had a truly frustrating experience with my daughter's care. They failed to inform us that she had a broken bone in her foot, rather than just a sprain. We faced a four-day delay in care until we called for an update, which left us feeling quite upset. It was concerning that they didn't notify us about her condition. After we discovered the fracture, we were advised to see a specialist a few days later. When we followed up with urgent care, they claimed that we had been misinformed and that our child was fine in just a boot for a fractured heel. However, we chose to disregard their advice and followed through with seeing the specialist. The specialist placed a cast on my daughter's leg and instructed her to bear absolutely no weight on it. This whole situation has made it clear that the urgent care facility really dropped the ball and seemed indifferent to the consequences of their oversight. Imran Shafi, PA-C, was the individual referred to as the doctor during our visit, but his supervising doctor, Shoeb Khalid, was not on site, only available by phone. I plan to file a complaint with the medical board regarding this matter. read more

Dr. Sigler saved my life! I went to Next Level Urgent Care for what I thought was allergy-induced asthma- shortness of breath and coughing with minimal exertion, fatigue. I had just gotten over a respiratory infection and I assumed I would get an inhaler or steroid and be sent home. After a thorough exam and a failed attempt at relief with a breathing treatment, Dr. Sigler ordered me to go to the ER just to rule out pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lung). Around 7 hours later at the ER, I was diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary Embolism (clots in both lungs) and learned that without immediate treatment the condition could have been fatal. I was admitted immediately into the hospital for two days and placed on blood thinners. In addition to a very clean facility, kind and professional staff (thank you Cynthia and Tammy and all the other wonderful support team), and an efficient and quick admissions process, it turns out that their doctors are rock stars and very thorough and conscientious. Waking up on a Sunday with no voice, cough and sinus issues is no fun. We all think, I'll wait a day or two and go to the doctor. I decided I wasn't going to wait and go try Next Care. I walked into a beautiful, bright, clean lobby and was immediately greeted. Quick verification of insurance and then called back to complete registration on my phone in the exam room. These are not your normal exam rooms; I was sitting in a relaxing comfortable chair!! From Julie, Katie, Tammy and Dr Seay, the visit was seamless and quick and I was on my way. I've Been there twice, once with no appt for my sons toddler fracture and just today with an appt for respiratory issues while pregnant. I can't say enough good about the facility and staff, from front to back office. Jose PA is incredible, wish he could be my pcp and pediatrician, knowledgeable and discerning and so very kind and patient. I am a registered nurse, with Er experience, I know what it's like on the other side of the table, and I'm the mom of lots of kids and 2 significant special needs kiddos, so I have tons of dr and specialty clinic and ER time as a mom. Went twice in the last 48 hours (daughter tested for flu and then my husband started having symptoms when we got home). Had a wonderful experience from check-in to walking out. All of the staff are super nice and welcoming and made you feel like you've known them all for years. The front desk ladies (didn't catch their names) were so hospitable and sweet. The nurses (Tina and Donny) were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. We saw two different doctors (Dr. Chris and Dr. Ivan) and they both took the time to talk with us and addressed all of our questions. I HIGHLY recommend this place! We will for sure being going back when we need medical assistance. read more

Brought our 8 year old son in with a one inch laceration on the back of his head. He hit his head on the bunk bed playing with his brother. We were immediately brought into a room for a consult to determine the course of action. Quick tube of numbing ointment to the wound and wrapped it for 15 minutes. Got him on the table and deadened the area with a few injections, three staples and we were done. The staff, Donny (tech) and Dr. Seay were great and professional. They explained everything to my son and made him feel at ease. He got a popsicle and a bag of animal crackers and walked out smiling. So this is were we go anytime anyone in my family gets sick! From my 1 year old to my 80 year old grandmother and everyone in between! Hands down best nurse is Donny! He always makes you smile even when you feel like death! He is always prompt, very knowledgeable, and has to be the kindest sole on the planet! We all love him and know when we are sick we will be well taken care of as long as he's our nurse! The drs and rest of the staff are also outstanding! I have nothing negative to say about this location! If you aren't feeling well or have a member of your family that isn't feeling well this is definitely the place to go! read more

My daughter cut herself in several places after falling on a glass vase. Dr. Seay and Donnie got us through her getting stitches in her right leg. My daughter is terrified of needles from a previous procedure that went very wrong. Donnie and Dr. Seay were very patient with her even though she was quite the difficult patient. We are extremely thankful for their patience, tenderness and professionalism. We highly recommend them! I forgot to mention that we arrived at 8:45pm on Sunday night - just before they were scheduled to close. Even at the late hour they were very gracious and caring. read more

Great FAST service! My husband and I both visited Next Level Care on 3083 last year for the flu and they were super. Even called a couple of days later to check on us!! When I fell in Stafford on Saturday and was told I may need stitches I decided I would wait till I got back to Conroe and visit NLUC again since they treated us so well last year. Super service from the receptionist, Kim C., and Karen Faust PAC. Was out in an hour and they used glue instead of stitches. I found this place online when my son needed to see a doctor quick. I couldn't believe the service we received. Kimberly, Katie, and Tammy had us checked in and ready to see the PA in no time. We were called back for a room before we even sat down! Jose Etienne PA made sure all of our questions were answered. Everything was clean and sanitary too! While there I realized they have the option to register online and they will notify you when it's time to see the doctor. Excellent service from the moment I walked into the door. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I had no wait and went straight to a room where I was greeted by a pleasant tech named Tina Weeks. She was easy to talk to and had very good bed side manners. Could not be happier with the service. I walked in with a nail through my finger and was seen by the doctor within 1 minute. He started caring for my hand immediately as I was filling out the paperwork on my phone. The facility was well equipped and they were able to take care of my hand without any problems. The entire staff was helpful and attentive. Dr. Seay even took the time to call me personally a couple days later to check on the healing progress. I would highly recommend this facility. read more

I contacted via Yelp this urgent care office. The office manager responded to my request literally within minutes, asked a few pertinent questions, I answered and she worked with the clinic for the issue I had. As it turns out my general GP was able to fit me in so I did not use their services, but wow, was I impressed with how quickly they responded and helped solve the issue I had. My primary care doctor said I needed to go to Urgent Care and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I received much better care at the Conroe Next Level urgent care than I would have at my doctor's office. Everyone was very caring, professional and compassionate. I was treated by FNP Karri Sykera and MA Ulyssia Tillis. They were able to do a chest x-ray on site rather than having to send me elsewhere. I highly recommend this clinic and wish this was my PCP! The staff was friendly, helpful, efficient, and the clinic was very clean. Karen Faust, the PA, took her time during the exam and was very sympathetic and caring.
