I had a short wait and the registered nurse was excellent and very knowledgeable. Very good experience.

The nurse is just as attentive with the medical informations. The only part less appealing is the front reception. If we did not check our phone to register we would have been sitting waiting and nobody would've help us. Please no eating, no hiding, no ear buds, be friendlier, be more help when patient are sick. That's the only reason they are at your facility. Otherwise, perfect!

When we asked the receptionist, she claimed she called my brother's name four or five times (later changing it to three), but we never heard it. We had been sitting there the whole time waiting. Instead of listening, she rudely insisted she was right and offered no accountability. Even if it was a simple mistake, her attitude was unprofessional. She also had a consistently rude tone with anyone who seemed confused or had questions. Customer service is a key part of this role, especially in an urgent care setting, and it was clearly lacking here. Other staff we spoke to were very kind!

Seems there are a lot of therapists who claim they do lymphatic but I feel it's rare you actually find someone professionally trained. Dali knew exactly what she was doing and was comfortable the entire time. A lymphatic massage should not hurt, it's pretty light pressure and I wouldn't consider it a massage. Yes things are happening but it's not super pleasurable like a Swedish massage just so you know what to expect. The office was super cute, there is a little shop in the lobby with crystals and such which I had to check out as well. I've actually bought a few things from the crystal shop in the past but this was my first visit in for Dali. I plan to go back in a week or so too. *oh and a nice surprise, making it much more likely I will quickly return, she doesn't take gratuities. My lymphatic massage was $125 all in. I was having a hard time wrapping my head spending that kind of money on a light touch massage since I'm a deep tissue fan, but now knowing I don't have to add a tip it is super reasonable. Takes the stress out of what to do as well which I love for staying stress free during and after

I am honestly heartbroken and furious about how I was treated during this visit. After waiting for…read moreso long, I stepped out of the room to ask the front desk a simple question because I had an online class I needed to get to. As I was leaving, I saw Dr. Gray walking toward my room. He said he was about to come in, but he already seemed upset and flustered and from the moment he spoke, I could tell something was off. He didn't ask what was going on or why I had stepped out. He didn't give me even a moment to explain how I was feeling. He asked two rushed questions, barely listened to my answers, and shut me down when I tried to speak. He looked in my ears and then told me, with no empathy at all, 'There's nothing we can do. You can call ENT and Google exercises at home.' It felt dismissive, cold, and completely unprofessional. What hurt me the most is that my blood pressure was extremely high dangerously high and he treated it like it didn't matter. I know I have to be responsible for my health, but he is a doctor. Why choose a profession centered on caring for people if you are unwilling to actually care? I was not rude, not difficult, not disrespectful, yet I was treated like an inconvenience. I could have walked out of that clinic in a medical crisis, and he didn't seem to care at all. As I was leaving, he said, 'Your blood pressure is a little high, try not to stress,' and then chuckled. That moment broke me. I felt small, dismissed, and completely uncared for. I work incredibly hard. I'm in school finishing a master's program in clinical mental health. I am not illiterate, I am not unreasonable I was simply asking for help with my health. And Dr. David C. Gray absolutely failed me today. I left feeling angry, sad, and scared. Thank you for taking the time to read this, because he certainly didn't.

When I asked for two additional lab tests to be added to my lab order she started to make snide remarks about the doctor office not being a McDonald's and that I would have to interpret my own lab results.
