I came here strictly for COVID testing. I was not symptomatic and only needed it done for a surgical procedure I have coming up as it's standard for the facility I'll be at. With that being said I called and got an appointment for same day. I accidentally went to the wrong location and the woman at the wrong location made a note stating I had shown up and on time, just not at the right office. I jetted over to this location and after filling out a quick form was seen within ten minutes. The medical assistant checked my temperature, applied the pulse ox on my finger and asked me some questions. After that it was the quick and uncomfortable nose swab. The doctor came in within five minutes after that and I was out the door. I was there for maybe 35 minutes altogether. Very quick and efficient. I left this review because there weren't any regarding COVID testing. There were people coming into the office to make an appointment for one. I know the automated number will hang up on you if the line isn't answered. Just keep calling back. I did probably ten times in a row before I was able to get someone on the phone. But that's better to me than loading up my kids and going into the office to make an appointment. Also the cost for a COVID test and being self pay was $150, FYI. read more

From calling and speaking to the call center, to walking in the door and my visit and exit, I am SO very impressed with the services rendered. Im so nervous typically , and the ladies really made me feel comfortable and safe. They answered my questions with a smile and genuine concern. Jessica, Koko, and Beverly were amazing!! These ladies genuinely care about what they are doing and it shows. I feel comfortable coming back if I need to , and they truly did what was necessary to make the visit easier for me. I'm the annoying friend that "never gets sick" or "it's just allergies." However I knew that today, I was sick. I couldn't get into my dr. So I went to Next Level Urgent Care right when they opened. They were welcoming and thorough from the moment I arrived. Janyll, the technician, made sure I got my discount for my insurance, and was very thorough when she took my vitals in the room. I had a very short wait time before I saw the nurse practitioner, Lisa. She was fabulous! Very rare do you find happy and welcoming people at urgent care establishments. They exceeded my expectations, and though I hope I never get sick again, if I do, I'm definitely coming here! read more

I would like to put this out there for the safety of others. I went to get tested at Next Level Urgent Care in Katy on Katy Ft Bend Rd on 7/11 due to the fact that my dad had tested positive at work. I got tested 7/11 with my brother and mother. I received my results two days later (Monday 7/13) via text and was told I tested positive. No word for the results of my mother and brother. My mom made a run to Katy and decided to stop by the office and ask about my results being sent fast but not theirs. They didn't give her a reasonable answer so she asked if someone had a similar name and maybe it was a mistake but they assured her there wasn't. So she asked for the report just to have in our files. I started to quarantine in a single room with my father who is positive so we wouldn't expose our family. So it's been 7 days (5business days) and still, nothing about the results of my mom and brother from them. My mom did research and noticed that the lab that does the testing for them is closed on weekends so how would they have received my results if I went on a Saturday? I read through the report and noticed that my DOB was INCORRECT. I immediately called the number provided to confirm and the lady I speak with proceeds to tell me that this is a different person and that my correct results were NEGATIVE. They completely mixed up my results and put me at risk to being exposed while I was in a single room with my father who was positive. I feel they are completely unprofessional and negligent. I got a simple "I'm sorry" while I was full of so many emotions of rage and upset and worry. How could they mix up a completely different person with a completely different name and phone number?? I'm sure I'm not the only person who has a similar name to someone so I can only imagine what other mistakes they must make to put someone's health at risk. I had to go to a place near me and pay to get a test again because of their negligence. Please look for another place before you think of going here. I've never left a review, so it's hard for me to leave a bad one as my first but this just made me so upset. read more

I came in for a very sensitive matter. I am always apprehensive about doctor's visits, particularly urgent cares because I have had very bad and uncomfortable experiences at some in the past. From the moment I came in the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I made an appointment and was seen earlier than the appointment time. My tech was so friendly and easy to talk to, I was able to be completely honest without feeling uncomfortable. The PA was so warm and welcoming, they listened to my issues and offered me great treatment, help and advice. This place is 10 stars!!!!! I have gotten a covid test from this place about 4 times and my son 2 times. Every time they are so nice about everything. I recommended my mom to go there after beating covid because she had a continuous cough and she told me that she had an amazing experience and the people were so nice. They found out she had pneumonia and treated her ASAP with a couple of boosters and prescribed her medication. She said wow that was a great experience and we will both continue to go back. Came to next level urgent care in Katy Texas, they told me I was logged in and they would let me know when when I would come back in. About an hour before they close, I have been waiting for 3 hrs in the parking lot, they contacted me to tell me I wouldnt be seen today!! My wife was injured at a local store today and we went to NLUC on Katy Fort Bend Rd. Dorothy the NP, and the Techs Sam, Cindy, and Montrica took very good care of her. We were seen right away and the staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Dorothy even took out time to address other medical concerns that my wife wasn't aware of. This place does not seem like a professional facility. There is no hand sanitizer and the Dr. that texted me did not was his hands in front of me either as is typically done. Who knows if he carried something in to me from another patient. I went in for a test and was assured I would have the results within 3-5 business days and it has been 10 and I still do not have results nor will they answer their phone or return messages sent on their app. Do not waste your money at this place! read more

I had cold/flu symptoms that were becoming worrisome so went in. I saw Beverly Edigin I believe (she signed the paperwork). She ran a strep test- came back inconclusive which is understandable but I feel she handled the inconclusiveness very unprofessionally. But the main reason for my review: I am nursing I told her that. She prescribed me a cough medicine- I reminded her I was nursing. She said it was fine. She gave me the prescription. I mentioned again that I breastfeed my daughter. 'It's fine for nursing' she said. I checked with the lady who walked me out. 'It's fine' she said. Prescription is for Bromfed. I asked the pharmacist- no - bromfed is not recommended at all when nursing. A quick google search reveals the same. Bromfed is NOT recommended for nursing mothers. AT ALL. That it was prescribed to me is inexcusable. INEXCUSABLE. This is my baby. If there are adverse reactions to a baby you as a doctor or nurse should be aware of them and inform me of them before prescribing them. Thank God I checked with the pharmacist. Totally inexcusable. **update: as the business was very professional in their response to my review, including an appreciated phone call apology, I've raised this review from one star to two. Also I should add that the service at my appointment was very prompt, and everyone (including Beverly) was very nice and friendly. read more

The medical care I received at Next Level Urgent Care was excellent. The wait time was minimal -- as soon as I was seated. The provider, Beverly Edigin, was very professional; yet, warm and knowledgeable. Tech Javier was personable but maintained professionalism as he performed his medical role & duties. I'm recommending my daughter to seek medical care as warranted at Next Level Urgent Care. It really is next level care, and not merely a catchy phrase. read more

It's okay. The online check in feature is a joke or maybe my expectations were too high. I waited for an hour at home then got the text and came in and still had to wait for almost 45 mins. I was only there for a pre-employment drug screening so I'm not sure why it would take so long for me to just pee in a cup. I sat there and watched two ppl who came in after me get taken directly to the back meanwhile my bladder is screaming to be released. Apparently they were short staffed which I understand happens but don't send me a text saying a room is ready but instead sit me in the waiting area. I could've stayed at home until they were actually ready to see me. My time is valuable and I thought I'd hit a goldmine with the online app and check in feature but instead hit a landmine. They need to do better. One suggestion would be having healthy ppl not seated with those who are not since they take appointments for screenings, physicals and sick visits. Who wants to go for a screening and get infected? NOT ME!! read more

I went in this evening with a migraine. I was given a shot of Toradol and Phenergan, with a prescription that needs picked up at Pharmacy. I went to the local CVS, they said the drug is on back order for a month. I called back over to speak with my provider,Lexi, and had the very unfortunate experience of listening to several prompts, as well as elevator music ( all while still having a migraine) only to find out that I would need to call around to all the local pharmacies to find out which one has my medication. What kind of "care" is this?! I come in with a terrible headache... only to have a worse one after dealing with all these issues! I do not feel like the providers really cared much about me to send me home, and then tell me I should just take some ibuprofen. Thanks Next Level Urgent Care... I did that before I came in. Came here on a Friday evening. Was able to "get in line" on the app before I left work and was sent a text when the room was ready. Super clean facility, very comfortable atmosphere . Everyone was very nice and attentive. Tech Julius and Dr Beverly were extremely friendly and caring. They both took the time to explain everything they were doing, finding wrong with me or sending me home with. I was in and out in about 30 mins. I will definitely be back any time I need an urgent care facility. read more
