Didn't expect too much, honestly. They have a lot of seating outdoors off the sidewalk. The inside is pretty small with a small kitchen. They have 2 employees, bartender/server and a cook. You're told you can only order from the bar. I thought their Strawberry Shortcake was okay. It could have had more flavor in it. The food looked okay as it was being served to others (we didn't order food). There's one bathroom and some old magazines sitting on the bench in the hallway. It sounded like the AC unit was going to explode. It was loud. We were visiting the area, so we were just passing through. The service could have been more friendly.

The rice bowl was light and delicious. Portion is small. Service was good. Maple seltzer was just seltzer with maple syrup.

    Vienna style lager!

Great beer, great food, great service and great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our visit to Whirligig Brewing last night. Highly recommend!

Takes to long to get your food. Only smashed burgers. The food was okay, a smashed burger and French fries. The fries were all long

Went there today and 3 hours later I am sick after eating their bbq pork sandwich. Do not recommend if you value your health in any way.

Great simple beer and food. Interior dining is small. Given their focus is on their beer, not a surprise. Staff is always friendly.

After seeing the iconic Balsams, we were hungry and had the Reel Craft Pass. So we checked the brew houses and came up with Coös. Definitely the right choice. Entering the warehouse type setting, the brew mechanisms are on the left and the building's nave hosts several picnic benches , some really comfy sofas with side tables at one end, and on the other end, the service bar and kitchen. Bathrooms were at the entrance to the building and they are immaculate. The three servers on duty were charming and friendly, knowing everything about their trade and offerings. The cheerful welcome we got wars a part of the festivities. We ordered a Double Raspberry Sour - so good we had another one.... Then a Dooryard New England IPA, hoppy and aromatic. And then our last one was the Woodland Wit, a citrusy wheat beer with spices. Foodwise, we ordered the Veggie Lovers Personal Flatbread-Style Pizza, a delicious veggie pizza with a crusty base, and the Pepperoni & Burnt Haoney flatbread, delicious. We sat in their expansive outside seating area overlooking the beautiful Vermont peaks across t the river. A wonderful lunch ina spectacular place with superb brews.

Nestled right out of town, in the Industrial Complex, Coös (co-ahs) Brewing doesn't disappoint. Plenty of seating available publik-house style, with comfier accommodations around the perimeter, and additional outdoor seating to take in the beautiful Mountain views. Beer flights of 4 and 6 available, in additional to a solid 8 rotating taps in various styles. Food menu is also available if you're feeling peckish. If you're taking in the sights via side-by-side or general leaf-peeping, checking out a new brewery and getting a nice brewski doesn't hurt.

Lots of parking was available and of course best time to go is off season. We had our choice of tables. Inside, out on the patio or in a sort of sunroom that's air conditioned. Our waitress was super friendly, professional and attentive to all our needs! We ordered a charcuterie board for starters and then a brat sampler with pork belly. All the food was delicious! They have the best beer. Something for everyone. We definitely enjoyed the trails through the woods to get up to the coffee shop and visit with the cows! This place is a must visit whenever we are in Vermont!

We had a 1:00pm. reservation, and when we arrived, the restaurant was packed. Despite how busy it was, we were seated promptly and requested a table outside, which made for a great dining experience. Our server took our drink orders, and my wife had a Dunkel while I ordered a Helles. Both beers were excellent. We placed our food order, and everything came out surprisingly fast. My youngest son ordered the burger with spaetzle, and my oldest had the mushroom stroganoff. They both finished their meals without a single complaint. My wife ordered the bratwurst sandwich with a side of spaetzle, and I had the chicken schnitzel. Everything was flavorful, well prepared, and satisfying. Overall, we had a great experience. Between the friendly service, the lively atmosphere, and the delicious food and beer, this is definitely a place I'd return to. The menu has plenty of items I'd love to try the next time we're back in Stowe.

Workers were very friendly and welcoming inside. The inside had some bar seating and some table seating with someone playing piano. The menu has a variety of different sandwiches. It wasn't my favorite. The falafel was crisp but I didn't love the homemade gluten free pita. It was not fluffy and was just kinda bland. The fries were made well! Thick and very crispy. So while on a trip and looking for a spot to grab some lunch naturally we ended up picking this spot. I've been aware of Lost Nation Brewing but it's been since 2016/2017 when I had a beer from them last. To start they have ample parking and have a nicely painted mural on the side of their building. They have an indoor section we did not check that out and instead sat at the bar in the outdoor section. How can you pass up looking into the kitchen and also the wafting scents of burgers, fries and everything else being cooked. Despite a chillier day than most we have had lately it was worth it! Besides their own brews they had guest taps, guest botttles/cans, and even some cocktails including some spiked apple cider for that fall feeling drink. For beer fans they even had a rotating Hillfarmstead DIPA for a guest tap. I ended up getting their Kolsch and my wife got their gose. Both very solid beers and worth grabbing. Food wise they had a couple burgers, fried chicken sandwich, pulled pork, turkey sandwich, hot dogs, and some small plates. My wife ended up choosing the burger and I got their fried chicken sandwich. She enjoyed the burger and thought it was cooked very well. The chicken sandwich was delicious, the fact it was smothered in honey did make it a bit messy to eat but tasted so good! The fries we got were massive and well seasoned and the side of pickles were great too. Would be a no brainer to get either one again if we visit again! Bartender was friendly and we didn't wait long at all for the drinks or food! Well made brews paired along side delicious food, really what more could you ask for? If you visit during warmer weather it appeared they have a huge outdoor area further back than we were in as well! If you like visiting breweries add this to your list to check out!
