If you ever go to the Asian Garden Mall you will no here a word of English. This is my trusted family jewelry since 2000. However I was disappointed and doubt about the honesty and integrity and trusted LOGO for Ngoc Quang anymore. I bought my earrings with 2 looses diamonds and earrings settings in the past and on the receipt printed 10% for trading back the diamonds and 30% for trading back the earrings settings. HOWEVER, when I traded back I was told that they can buy back with 25% LESS for Diamonds and 50% LESS for Earrings settings despite printing on receipt.
