We wanted a new band because it was representing a different marriage and also because my husband needed a bigger size. Mr. Andraos's idea was to stretch it out and overlay my father-in-law's band, which was yellow gold, onto a new platinum band. He advised us that the dual tone with the platinum band would make the yellow gold band more "modern." My husband is so very happy with it.
