Location: Their location is a little further away in Battle Ground but worth the trip for what you will save and Oregon residents can save on taxes. Product: They have almost everything you could want or need if doing a new flooring project. Hardwood, engineered, laminate, vinyl, stair noses, etc. Prices: Lifestyle had the best prices on every item I was looking for and I do extensive research prior to any major purchase. Not only are their prices very fair but they are always willing to negotiate and work within your budget. Just don't be afraid to ask.. Customer service: Other than their price their quality of customer service is what brought me back for a return purchase. They are friendly, knowledgeable and never seemed annoyed with questions and helping me. Last but not least, I simply prefer to purchase from a local business within my community versus Home Depot or other giant corporate stores. Lifestyle costs less than and provided significantly better customer service than those mega stores with 100 aisles but no employees to help. I know where I'll be going for my next flooring purchase.

Where should I start, I'll just list…read more.. 1) started later than agreed to and finished way past the stated work timeframe 2) artificial turf, was not finished along the edges where the turf meets the mulch, I had another company come out and finish the turf 3) several plants have died while others right next to them have thrived which tells me they were not planted correctly or the drips are not near the plants roots. Also, when they plant they do not use any kind of soil amendment like most companies automatically include. 4) Edges of the turf have been consistently peeling up along the pavers, not sure if this is the high-quality turf I paid for or a cheap imitation, but I never had this happen on prior turf that I had installed that looked as good as new 6 years after it was installed 5) one of the irrigation low voltage lines was cut, and when this was pointed out to him, he stated I probably did it. He worked out a cheap workaround with a battery operated timer (not connected to the one in the garage) to get the backyard irrigation running. The junction box was not buried like it should be but left on top of the mulch with exposed wires. Valves stopped working about six weeks later and when I contacted him, he said it was not under warranty, but he could come out and repair it. I hired another company to come out and fix it, and they indicated that the work was some of the worst that they had ever seen. Speaking of irrigation, I have a leak somewhere as you can see in one of my photos where the water is still running and the drips are off and I have one area where the connection came apart and had to repair it myself. I'll be having the sprinkler company come out to bury the junction box, fix the leak, and fix the area where they connected the drip system to the sprinkler head. (Great company by the way) 6) as soon as he had finished the work he was demanding payment. He was contacting me repeatedly, and I felt his tone was somewhat hostile. I told him I wanted to check everything out before paying him and when I did, I found out that the irrigation in the back was not working. He still demanded payment stating he had workers to pay and I told him I wasn't going to pay until he fixed the irrigation. I agreed to pay him part of what I owed, and I would pay him the balance when the irrigation was working. A week later he did his "work around". 7) communication was very poor throughout the project. The six day project ended up taking over three weeks and was incomplete when I had family visit in town which he knew about prior to starting the job. These are just some of the reasons why I do not recommend this company in anyway . I've done a lot of renovations in the many homes I have owned, this is by far the worst contractor I've ever worked with.

Aaren scheduled us for a couple days after the storm for the clean up, his crew was here in time and did a fantastic job. Can't wait to bring them back in spring to relandscape the yard.

Your time has a value however $25 for gas in the four minutes that he was at my house should've been sufficient enough. As well, there was no informing me that I would have to pay a service fee when I called just to come look at the recliner. So Note To Self if you ever need this gentleman for his services and I'm sure he would've fixed it if he could have, you're going to have to pay a service fee. I then went to their website link. I filled out a form requesting service and described my repair. I have an electric recliner that was coming loose. I could tell that nuts needed to be tightened and it was to the point that one had worked its way off. I received a text on my phone, fairly quickly, that said we do these kinds of repairs all the time. When would I be available on Friday (the 20th) which was the next day. I responded and they said the repair would be $150. I thought that was very expensive, but it needed to be done and I did not know who else to contact. So I agreed. Yesterday morning the young man who came was a little late but did get to my house, within the appointed hour. He was respectful and well mannered. He was well prepared with tools. He was Ukranian and spoke little English. He did have a translating app on his phone. He quickly did a good job, tightening all the nuts and I paid him in cash. I do think it was a bit of a pricing gouge, but the work seems well done and quick. And in comparison to the money spent on my chair and the life I will get out of it, it is a small price.
