My daughter requested a trip to Toronto for her graduation-from-college gift. I added this tour because I figured if she's going to be in Ontario for 4 days, she needed to see Niagra Falls. Both she and my wife loved it (as did I, but I was first here 30 years ago). We caught our tour bus from Toronto to Niagra Falls (a 90-minute drive), ate lunch, saw the falls from our boat (The Maid of the Mist), spent an hour in town (which was very nice), went to the teaching winery (where I found my new favorite wine-Ice Wine), then came back to Toronto. David (our tour guide) was first rate. He made the time fly by with his knowledge of the history of Toronto, Niagra, and Canda in general. And Brian (our driver) was a master at getting us through the Toronto traffic to and from the falls. All in all, this is a great way to spend the day if you're looking for a vacation you haven't taken before. Read less read more

YES!! I was really excited to go on this tour I hadn't been to the Falls since I was a kid, plus it was my Birthday. It meant more later in life now that my parents have passed on. The tour started by visiting a vineyard where they specialized in creating Ice Wine (it's a grape thing). Revisited the Niagara Whirlpool not a lot of people and very peaceful. The ride was scenic and the air was clear on this sunny day. The falls were as amazing as I remembered. I did something my parents said they'd never do. I actually rode the boat to the falls. I had one hand on the rail and then stepped back towards the box holding the life preservers or any flotation devices. Part of the tor included a buffet at the Sheraton with beautiful views of the falls. Another part of the tour was to stay and watch the colored lights on the fall. This started while coming back on the boat. Then there was a huge fireworks display right over the falls. Best day trip and well worth going. read more

I haven't traveled by tour bus in many years but this was a great experience. Marian is a very safe driver; David is an excellent tour guide! He provided an interesting history lesson to which we could listen, or not, on the drive to the falls. As a US citizen, it was quite interesting to hear history from a Canadian POV. A couple of people had recommended it on various sites but there are so many tours with very similar names it was hard to find enough reviews to be sure this was the "good one". Based on the few great reviews we found for this, and since the price was lower than many other tours we just decided to roll with this one. The tour was $69 pre-tax. We figured the shuttle ride alone to Niagara from most places is already like $40. The Maid of the Mist ticket, which is pretty much a must-do, is already $20. So for basically $10 more you're getting picked up right at your hotel, get to go to a few other neat locations, and have a tour guide giving you tips and history along the way. We signed up on their website and provided all the relevant info (like the hotel). We got a call from the tour guide via our hotel the night before the tour, which made great sense since most people traveling to Canada won't have a phone. He gave very specific details about the tour. Basically he told us that he would pick us up in front of our hotel at a certain time, and he would approach us knowing our names so we know we go the right tour bus. It was a light tour day so he took the smaller shuttle, but it was comfy nonetheless. The ride to Niagara was a little bit long but that was expected. And since we took the smaller shuttle, he didn't have a credit card machine. Bummer. Lucky he stopped by a credit union for those that needed to get cash, and he deducted the bank fees from the tour price. If anybody's going to do this tour, I suggest you bring enough cash just in case. Lucky I did. He also accepted USD. Our first stop was at the Winery, which was okay. Typical wine tasting, nothing special. And since it was free, the pouring was pretty stingy. Honestly we could have just skipped this part. Second stop was at the Historic Town. We got like an hour to roam around here, but it was really more like a strip since the rest of the area is residential. Very nice town. Its got a few shops, cafes, and ice cream places along the way. Good way to stretch your legs after a long ride. Third stop was at the Floral Clock. It was nice, but nothing much to do other than to take a picture and go. I think we stopped there for literally like 10 mins. Right after that was to the view of the Whirlpools. That was pretty cool and you get some nice photo ops looking down at the gorge. Didn't spend much time here though. Last stop was at the Falls. We were given a couple of hours here to roam freely. The tour guy was pretty knowledgeable and had great tips on where to go and what to do. We also had the choice of doing the Maid of the Mist boat ride, or to go up the tower to get a view of everything around. I didn't try the tower, but I highly suggest the boat ride! A helicopter tour was also offered, for extra cash. Terrible tour. The primary problem was Louie, the tour bus driver. He was rude and unprofessional. The stop at the small town, Niagara on the Lake, was only 30 minutes and the time seemed to fly by and my friend and I were 5 minutes late getting back to the bus. Once we got back on the bus, we apologized profusely to the people on the bus, but Louie decided to get on the loud speaker to scold us for a solid minute. We were appalled at his behavior, and so were many people on the bus. Once we were on our way to the Falls, he spent the majority of his time talking about how much the houses in the town cost. He didn't have much to speak of in terms of the history of the town. The flower clock was a lame stop, and afterward Louie discouraged us from exploring the helicopter tour because he didn't want to wait around. The best experience was the boat tour at Niagara Falls. The falls are spectacular and the boat tour is amazing. (I was also pleased that Louie didn't accompany us on the boat tour.) There are many other tours to Niagara from Toronto. Look into those tours first. Don't spend your money on this tour. read more

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!!!! If I could give this business a negative score, I would but Yelp doesn't allow that. I booked a tour for my uncle and his family who visited Toronto last week. I paid over $300+ US & $428.88 CAD for it all to go to waste because they refused to refund our money. However, my uncle and his family never got to go on the tour because they missed the pick up time. They contacted the Operations Manager (Mike) to inform him that they wont make the pick up time and they would like to reschedule. Mike was extremely rude and insensitive to my uncle and his family and told them they wont be getting a refund and their trip is canceled. My uncle was upset and sent the company an email stating his disappointment in the way the Operations Manager spoke to him and his family. Mike responded and said "You left us with empty seats during very busy weekend. We are in business over 30 years. You think we lasted this long because we treat people badly." My uncle then informed him that this is an "abuse of responsibility and act of insincerity" because Mike didn't let them reschedule or offer a refund. He just simply canceled their tour and stated that there is nothing that can be done to assist. They had someone drive them to the location for a different tour time but they were denied. FOR $326 are you kidding me??? For someone who claims to be in the business for over 30 years, you would think that they would treat their clients better. To top things off, Mike proceeds to call my uncle crazy or just ignorant. He said in his email "Are you crazy or just ignorant!!!". Mike then says he has already contacted PayPal not to refund us and in his words " they are 100% on our side" He also said "This matter is now closed. Please no more contact, we are far too busy to be concerned with pipelines that don't honour their word." Can you imagine this kind of insults coming from a business who claims to value customer service and also states that they provide a great experience. How do you provide a great experience when most of the comments below state that the drivers are rude and the tour was unimpressive. Obviously you aren't doing something correctly for a company that has been in business for over 30 years. If you aren't going to offer a refund or even half, at least offer them an opportunity to reschedule or pick up the phone and be kind to your customers and explain without cursing us out on the phone and in emails. I called this company when I read the emails between Mike and my uncle. I was upset and informed Mike who picked up the phone that he is extremely unprofessional and his company is fraudulent because they lied over the phone and refused to refund us our money or reschedule. Mike called me names and stated that there was nothing I could do. Thankfully, my bank refunded us our money and opened an investigation with PayPal against this company. I hope no one deals with the same issue we have dealt with, so please avoid booking with this company. It is not worth the time or the insults! read more

Just went on this tour and I was not impressed, other than by things the company couldn't control like weather and traffic. The reason I was unimpressed was due to the driver, Louie. He was a nice enough man, but he was hot tempered at motorists and cyclists, he seemed to want to keep to the schedule of his own personal errands more than he wanted to help travelers get back to their hotels in a timely matter (to the point of almost abandoning a passenger in the middle of the city no where near their hotel), he talked consistently about how much money he made, whilst simultaneously asking for generous tips, and did not give us an overly informative tour, mostly making idle commentary about how much we as passengers were paying for various tourist attractions, and how we SHOULD have spent our money (IE more money) and continously commenting on his friends fudge prices (I like fudge as much as the next person, but really?). All in all the tour was uneven, (the wine tasting was nothing special, a free taste of white. a free taste of red, and you could pay to taste the additional ice wine, it was honestly worth skipping). The flower clock was unimpressive and we stopped at a small town for 30 minutes, (allowing us to check 3 stores, get something to eat and bring it on the bus. Not fun being so rushed). The falls were amazing, but I recommend another tour service. (Although they did pick us up at the hotel by the airport which is why we chose the service, I would still not choose them again) read more
