He is super sweet and personable, and took the time to educate me on how the lock handle on my front door, which is original to the house, works! When he replaced the side door locks, he noticed my screen door didn't close properly, so he played with the speed of how fast it closed and was able to get it to shut fast enough to properly latch!! (And he didn't even charge additionally for that!!) Also!! They now accept card payments!
