I went on Monday to get an estimate/ look into the locks, and they came out on Thursday and replaced them! Dave was the gentleman who replaced my locks. He is super sweet and personable, and took the time to educate me on how the lock handle on my front door, which is original to the house, works! When he replaced the side door locks, he noticed my screen door didn't close properly, so he played with the speed of how fast it closed and was able to get it to shut fast enough to properly latch!! (And he didn't even charge additionally for that!!) Also!! They now accept card payments! I was slightly worried about how I was going to pay for the services, since I don't have checks, but they have a mini/portable card reader device they can use remotely!

They told me that I'd have to contact the door manufacturer, so while they couldn't help provide me with what I was looking for - they seemed to try. It did end up being that Home Depot just had the strike plate I was looking for, so while I was trying to see if I could find it from a more localized locksmith, in this instance it didn't work out. I'd give them another call for door emergencies and give them a try for other lock-specific needs, but not sure I'd check them out for door parts!

I popped over right then and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The man who helped me was incredibly friendly and the whole process was very easy.
