Having an allergy to dairy and being vegan, I ordered the sorbet to w/o meatballs. I asked if in liu of the three included sides (cheesy bread (dairy), soup (w/meat) and salad, if I could just have fries. The waitress had to ask the chef/owner if they could do that and I was told no. This was a simple accommodation, and feel like the owner should realize there are people with dietary restrictions. And to top it all all off, the pasta came with shredded cheese on it and was really a child portion.. Are these people serious? read more

We stopped by for brunch today. We ordered eggs Benedict, butter milk pancake and corned beef hash. Yummy eggs Benedict. Corned beef hash was very light flavor good with English muffins. Pancakes was very dense side. Good also. Very great friendly service. Highly recommend. read more

Stopped here on the way to Crater Lake and we are glad we did. Great decor, service and food. Had the Hangover Burger that comes with gravy, burger, egg, hash browns, bacon, ham and cheese on Texas toast. I didn't even get the ham and cheese and this thing was still too much. We picked Nibbley's by chance and were we ever happy we did! The food was outstanding and the service was really great. My husband and I both ordered the Western Burger and we were very pleased. Delicious!! Our guest ordered the Hang-Over Burger, it was a spectacular breakfast burger!! The portions were generous and prepared perfectly. Wow. This was a total surprise. Driving up to Nibbleys, I had very low expectations. This is a perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. The exterior is 80's strip mall. Enter and you get French Quarter chic. They have a varied menu with reasonable prices. We sat inside, but they do have a nice patio. The food was very good. I got a Cobb salad and was not disappointed. My co worker got Three Blind Mice on the run in Mexico. It was quesadillas which looked awesome. They had a case of baked goods that looked fantastic and I saw people taking loaves of bread with them. The service was prompt and no nonsense. A definite 5 stars. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place was! It doesn't look great outside but the atmosphere is inviting and homey. Such great employees, they were so good & amazing food and it was so clean! The cinnamon roll was 4.99 but it was a big enough one to share with a few people it's huge! We had the mountain man omelette and biscuits and gravy. The portions are huge so I suggest to share. The place was decorated so cute, everyone was smiling and you could tell they were happy to be there. I give it five stars and more if I could! This beautifully decorated restaraunt was a wonderful find for us. The food is out of this world, the oat pancakes are amazingly delicious. They have a bunch of great omelettes and scrambles that are great too. But the absolute best thing about this place is the staff. These are tough times during covid, and they are running the dining room, and doing a great job! Everyone is wearing masks, and so happy and friendly, and doing all they can for the customers! The food is ok. The hash brown is undercooked but the service is really bad. The staffs and the business owner are not so friendly. They charge 3.5% surcharge fee which is fine but we order 4 orders but they don't even give us a to go bag. They don't even ask if we need it or not. This is a great stop! The super croi was good with crisp bacon. The homemade chips are great. You could get better waffle fries at Chik fil a. The cinnamon roll is amazing and we took that to go. We always like the cheesecake! This time we ordered the cherry cheesecake, chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake and mint brownie bars. The waitress was great and served us well. Nibbly's was a great stop during our weekend trip to Klamath Falls! Lots of parking around and the interior is very warm and inviting. There is a nice waiting area, but my bf and I were seated almost right away. The restaurant has a homey, small-town feel and was very well decorated. The staff were super friendly, and the food was surprisingly very good. Lots of options for omelettes and comfort food for brunch. FOOD: * Country-fried steak - HUGE portions! The steak was so large, it needed its own plate. Perfectly breaded, fried and topped with gravy = super delicious. It also came with a side of eggs, country potatoes or hash, and toast. I could barely finish half of my order. * Corned beef hash - Also really yummy. The corned beef was tender and flavorful, and portions were really big too. We passed by the pastries, pies and cakes on display and they also looked really good! Wish we had saved room for dessert, but maybe next time. read more

Vegan option clearly listed on the menu. This is the ONLY place I've found in Klamath Falls that actually uses the word "vegan" on their menu and has a dedicated vegan dish. Kudos to this place! [See the end of this review for an update...] I did not see gluten-free bread options. Sad. The vegan dish is called Wendy's Tofu Scramble, but to be fair, there's not much scrambling going on. The tofu comes in chunks mixed in with the mushrooms, artichoke, spinach, and tomatoes. The dish is rather bland at the outset, but adding the mushroom "pesto" makes it fairly tasty, if still a little too oily for my taste. I would like to see these flavors incorporated in a real scramble with less oil. Mash up that tofu, folks! It's worth a try, though. Other dishes can be made vegan as well. My husband tried the Mexican Scramble with tofu instead of eggs, no jack cheese or sour cream. Again, not much scrambling going on. And the dish was missing something. It was not very colorful, in fact it looked like vomit with pale tofu, pale tortilla chips strips, white onions, and green chilies. For the vegan version of this dish (or any version for that matter), where are the black beans? Where are the tomatoes? Where are the bell peppers and avocado? The salsa was good but not great, and there wasn't enough of it to brighten up the dish. It was a boring plate of food that was palatable but not fantastic, and in my opinion it needs to be less than $12.99, especially if I'm replacing eggs with tofu and removing all dairy without adding the colorful foods I've mentioned here. The cafe itself is lovely. We sat in the lounge area with the high tables and full bar. The bar is beautiful! And the mimosas are fairly priced at $6 a piece. No gluten-free beer, though. Our server was sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. I love how the staff is uniformed in tie-dye! I'm sure I will check this place out again, but I will be asking more questions about and making more modifications to their vegan offerings. [I went back to Nibbley's for another shot...] This time I modified the Mexican Scramble even more: no eggs (tofu instead), no cheese or sour cream (add avocado and bell peppers)... the dish looked better for sure, colorful and appetizing. But it was still bland. Adding cholula and salt helped immensely. When the bill came, I noticed that my mimosa was priced incorrectly at $8 instead of $6. I also noticed that the substitutions I had made to the scramble caused it to leap from $12.99 to $15.79. This bill was a mystery to me, so I spoke with the owner, Debbie, who was an absolute delight. Not only did she take $20 off my bill, we had a great discussion in which she was able to inform me about their policies and alternative ways for me to order. It might behoove vegan diners to start with a small dish, like a simple two egg scramble - sub tofu for eggs and then add what you want. According to Debbie, this might keep your price down in comparison with making changes to existing dishes, like the Mexican Scramble. First of all let me say how disappointed I am with myself that it took me almost a year to try Nibbley's. This was by far the best dining experience I've had since moving to Klamath Falls last December. The service is beyond excellent. I've been twice in the last month and both times I had a different server and they were both so friendly and attentive. Now the food...I've had breakfast and lunch. The freshly baked breads are amazing as is their cheesecakes. I had the turkey burger for lunch and it was by far the best turkey burger I have ever had. It had so much flavor and was so juicy and fresh. The choices they have for sides was another amazing feature of this cute little cafe. Their prices are comparable to all other restaurants of this type but their food is beyond measure better. I stopped in for a bit on my way out of town and felt so welcomed! The service was spectacular, and our server had such a big smile and friendly demeanor, I don't know if she's ever encountered a frown she couldn't turn upside down. The food was excellent, as well. I am not eating gluten as part of a lifestyle change, and although they didn't readily have many gluten-free options, they definitely went the extra mile to accommodate my needs.
