I considered making a scene but realized that the waitress was put in a terrible position. She clearly knew exactly what was going to happen and was preparing for the worst possible reaction. I suspect this is her experience all day long. I feel sad for the employees who want to deliver a good product but are completely powerless due to the ineptness of whom ever is managing the store. If I could give this place a zero rating I would. I hope the good employees find some place else where they can be proud of their work. TLDR; Don't waste your health, time or money dining here.

Otherwise, the omelette mix INCLUDES their pancake batter!!! So those with a severe gluten sensitivity like me, make sure you are aware of this. And it's not unique to that particular location, other IHOPS also add pancake batter to their omelettes to make them taste better and fluffier. Not something most people would think of. So, while my conclusion is that overall I had a great experience, I feel like I can't give more than 4 stars simply because they took gluten free pancakes off their menu. IHOP managers/owners: I get demand, but maybe have some dry mix (shelf life is pretty long) on hand and tell customers that if they want GF pancakes it will take a little longer to make? Yesterday we'd driven to K Falls to purchase a vehicle at nearby Klamath Falls Subaru, (see Cassie!) and after that lengthy (and exciting) process, we were hungry! Nibbley's was only a hop down the street, and other Yelpers loved it. For whatever reason, meals were slow coming out of the kitchen, and both our server and the owner were aware. (We hadn't said anything.) Just before our meals arrived, the owner dropped by to let us know that dessert of our choosing was on the house. I wish I had a picture of the vast array of homemade goodness available! Because we were so full from lunch, we opted to take home our pieces of Coconut Cream Pie and Pecan Pie Cheesecake. And our server even gave me a to-go cup for my iced tea and filled it up. In addition to the meal being delicious, they understand customer service and were quick to make it right. read more

This is our "go to" restaurant for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. If you haven't tried their homemade soups, you are missing out! My husband's tri-tip was filled with gristle and his seasoned fries were unbearably salty - and he over salts EVERYTHING. Maybe it was just an off Thursday night because the food and the live music singer's pitch were kind of sketchy. It was rough!
