We are in town visiting, and dropped by Nibbley's for breakfast. Almost by accident. We were on our way to someplace else, but decided to give Nibbley's a try. Breakfast was pretty good, and very reasonably priced. On the way back from hiking/exploring Lava Beds NM, we were pretty thrashed, just wanted something simple..... Well, I don't know who had it in their mind to name Nibbley's a "cafe", but seriously, cafes usually don't have prime rib, seafood, and pasta dishes. They ARE really "cafe", only in their non-pretentious presentation, but not in their menu selections. No way. My "simple burger", became a "Kobe burger", my wife had a "half and half" (soup & sandwich). That burger was outstanding. My wife thought the soup was excellent (barley, sausage, and kale, in a "cream" soup). And all VERY reasonably priced. If Nibbley's was actually a cafe, I would easily give them 5 stars. But they are, in fact, a VERY good restaurant. I wouldn't feel right giving them 5 stars after only sampling their breakfasts and burger. We are in town a couple more days, I would bet money this review gets kicked to 5 stars.....we will be back. read more

Food is good. Horrible trying to get seated. Good service ONLY if you get the right waitress. We stood for 5 minutes waiting to be seated, many employees looked at us, never even said hello. Then got seated and waited while waitresses passed us by. Finally started staring and one came over. That was also after over 5 minutes. This is in the morning when they weren't busy. Our Oregon vacation will stand out because of this lovely place (and oh yeah, the sun going out in a blaze of black!) We ate here soon after the amazing eclipse and the food was so tremendous we returned the next day to take food with us on the way out of town. My favorite cake is German chocolate, and they have the best German chocolate cake I've ever had, The strawberry lemonade is superlative. The Ciobatta Apple sndwch was a treat for the tastebuds. My husband took a picture of the HUGE cinnamon roll with a bill beside it for scale, before he devoured it. Very friendly and attentive service - the waitress thought of things I had never considered before, including asking if the cranberry-citrus vngrtte would be sufficient and travel well for my leftover pear-pecan-feta spinach salad. I'm just sorry we only had 2 lunches and that our hotel offered free breakfasts which meant we didn't get to have a Nibbley brekkie! Loved the humor on the menu, too! Having missed lunch to watch a soccer match, we got so hungry by 4 p.m. that we stopped at Nibbley's for dinner. Unfortunately, the cafe does not serve dinner until 5 p.m.; so we had lunch. My rubuen sandwich on artisan bread was very good as was my Mexican meatball soup side--it was thick with meatball, potato and other veggies. The meat was lean and salty and the Nibbley sauce was good. Although there were few customers, the wait staff were slow to refill the drinks. read more

Beautiful art work, kind waitress & the food they take care of you. I have food allergies so if you do too they will substitute. There hashbrowns don't have pepper, so anyone with mold issues probably can have them. Lastly and most importantly they give you a generous amount of meat in your omelet. read more

The weird thing is I never order pancakes at restaurants, but on the first visit my hubby insisted I taste his...I was blown away. So next visit, first time in my life, I ordered pancakes. One of the best places to eat anywhere. We visit Klamath Falls once a year for about a week and we always eat here at least 3 times. So far we have had waffles, pancakes, omelettes, cakes and sandwiches. All were so good. read more

After having poor choices for food in the last few days, it was nice to finally have a decent breakfast. Specials are noted on a removed vintage door turned into a chalkboard when entering. Cute design ideas throughout but it feels mixed up a bit. It's a 70's farm thing! :) great place to go for breakfast! Pancakes are great, the corn beef was delicious, bacon was substantial (not a thin piece of fried fat) fruit usually is a bowl of cut up honeydew and cantaloupe but not this place. This is the best quality and generous portions ever! They make all their baked goods from scratch. The marrionberry French Toast has berries inside and out. There was bananas and whip cream and more than you can eat! You don't even need the eggs and bacon that came with the French Toast special. My husband had their eggs and bacon and potatoes with onion with red bell peppers. Out of this world! We have enough left for another meal! Love this place! read more

This is the second time I have tried this restaurant. Not impressed at all. Ordered the prime rib at 28.00 and it came out with no seasoning. Plain and over cooked. The mash potatoes were just full of butter. I ended up eating my sons food because his kids menu tasted better than my 28.00 dollar meal. And then to top it off the owner or manager was arguing with her staff about what tables they were going to have. Not professional at all. Our food was absolutely delicious, and plenty of it. Several in our party ordered the homemade hash, and if you are a hash lover, I would highly recommend it. Went here cause of yelp. Got the vegan tofu scramble which is listed at top of house specialties which is weird seeing as waitress confirmed nobody really orders it. She offered me option of eggs which I declined & my meal came out as basically a plate with a very small portion of cooked spinach, mushrooms & tomatoes. This is a nice clean restaurant. My husband and I are staying at the hotel directly behind the restaurant. We we were greeted promptly and given a nice booth. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. We both enjoyed our meal. I had the deep fried fish and my husband had the the deep fried fish dinner. My husband ordered hash browns instead of the fries and he really enjoyed those too. We paid around $25 for both including one coffee.
