My go to spot for a couple years already to get my film developed. + actually my favorite spot to buy film! always worth the price & staff is always so nice. you always have the option as well to pick up the negatives, receive prints or get them off Dropbox. I always do Dropbox, they also send out reminder emails to pick up your negatives. Honestly love this place and as long as I live out here I'll always come here to develop my film. Also included a few of my film photos, they always look nice and crisp. :) I had gone somewhere else one time before I found this spot and they just weren't the same quality. read more

This review is long over due but, essential nonetheless. This film lab is second to nonev when it comes to got they care for your film. If they can do it, they will try. If they can't do it, the reason is probably because whatever the issue is it can't be done. Not only do i trust them with any rolls i shoot, many seasoned photographers that avidly document do as well. The staff is super knowledgeable w years of experience. Prices are fair and anyone who disagrees is typically lacking or new. Judging from the bad reviews it seems like the biggest complaint is "attitude" but being that you do what you want when you're poppin' I think ppl just aren't used to having someone meet their energy when being rude to service workers. From the color and grain captured in every photo, to the customer service, Nice 1 Hour Photo will ALWAYS be my go-to film development spot. I've been shooting on 35mm film for 5 years now and have tried other film development services (in state and outside of state) and nothing beats this place. Tina truly knows the ins and outs of film and print. The turnaround time does vary from 1day to the following weekend - depending how busy/how early in the day you bring your film to be developed. Although camera lens and film choice have a say in the photo you take, the quality of film development truly says it all. read more

Literally have been trying to take pictures here since 2021. The studio is always close every time I call m... the owner is short and rude. Covid is no longer going on and so there's no Covid protocol in place but she still has Covid protocol in place four years later! Always telling us to call back a month later to check for openings and then when I call the studios closed for the year. Can never get in when I can walk in never, when I call. I just wanna know when is tbe the best way to book here? Because every time I try I never have luck. There's literally no opportunities to take photos here unless someone can offer a better way to book for photos here. read more

Nice 1 Hour Photo is my one and only GO TO. I've tried something like 5 other labs, both in person and mail-in. This is the only lab I know that can develop film in 24 hours (same day if you drop off your film by 2:00). The price to develop is pretty normal, something like $16. On top of that, the scans come out fairly well. Have you noticed film prices increasing at shops and online? Not here. Nice 1 Hour Photo offers ilford, Kodak, cinestill, and all of the usual film stocks AT WHOLESALE PRICING. Yeah, name another place you can get Ektar 100 for $13. Love these guys so much, they're one of the last safe havens for a dying art. read more

Whether you're coming in to develop some disposable film or from your own personal camera there is no better place than Nice 1 Hour Photo. I just started shooting 35mm and any and all questions I had regarding film or my camera itself the team is SOOOO incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! Holy Moly!!! I am so dang impressed with this spot. I made the stupid mistake of taking my film to Walgreens first where they kept me waiting an entire month, only to to just give me negatives with no explanation as to why I didn't receive photos. But today I went in to Nice 1 Hour Photo and received my photos by 6pm or so... SO FREAKING FAST!!!! Amazing!!!!!! Will be taking all my film here from now on .... Very quick service. Went in for Passport photos. Very helpful in taking a few shots to get a good passport photo. Place was busy but we were in and out in about 20 or so minutes. Didn't require a reservation. And the price was very reasonable considering other places won't allow multiple picture attempts for a passport photo. read more

I drove a distance (about 40 min) to have some 120mm color film developed. I was hesitant because it was for a very important project and I'd never done business with this company before. I made a mistake on the form with my email address but I reached out and got a response very quickly. I also received the digital copies quickly. Stopped by here this week for the first time (was visiting out of town and wanted to find a local place to develop some photos after a Joshua Tree trip). Customer service was great, Tina gave me a friendly heads up about how my 2005 expired roll may or may not turn out "well", but she would do her best ensuring the best scans. The photos came back not more than a few hours later through a Dropbox link and they are fantastic! It's hard to find same-day turnaround places nowadays. Additionally, they sell a small range of different film stocks that are priced below pricing you would see on Amazon or other online retailers. Will come back again when I'm visiting! Yesenia was in charge of editing and presenting our photos. From the moment we arrived, we were met with an attitude. We said hello to her, and she completely ignored us while staring at us with a straight face. We decided to brush it off because we were there to celebrate my niece and were excited about her first birthday photos. However, when Yesenia presented us with the photos, I was completely disappointed. My niece had cooperated throughout the entire photo shoot, so we were excited to see the final results. Instead, several of the photos selected showed her blinking or looking away from the camera. We politely asked if the gentleman who took the photos had taken any additional pictures with the same backdrop that we could choose from, preferably ones where my niece was actually looking at the camera. Yesenia rudely responded, "What you see here is all there is." We were confused because it sounded as though there had been additional photos taken. Rather than trying to help us or explain the situation, she continued to speak to us in a disrespectful manner. Eventually, my sister asked Yesenia if she was always this rude to paying customers. Yesenia responded, "Only to the people that deserve it," while laughing under her breath. The situation then escalated when Yesenia called my sister a "f*ing bitch"** and used other derogatory language toward her before storming out of the store with a picture of my sister. This entire interaction was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We were paying customers who came in expecting to celebrate my niece's first birthday and leave with beautiful memories. Instead, we left feeling disrespected and upset. Customer service should never involve insulting, belittling, or using profanity toward customers. We sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the way customers are treated in the portrait department. We came in to celebrate a special milestone for our family. We should not have had to deal with this kind of behavior.

I love coming here for my family photos. When my son was 3 months old he came out smiling in all the pictures thanks to her effort. I used to live in Fontana and we would go there for everything! Baby pics, passport photos. Now with our second baby we drove 30 minutes to come back to the same place and the girl once again outdid herself in making sure our kids smiled in all the pics. This place is great! Their pics come out super adorable!They were very patient with my kids and posed them great. Other places just have us stand there. Granted we had to wait a day to get them back but reasonable since the day we took it, it was prom for some high school & the place was packed. Felt sorry for the two girls working. I just knew it had to be the image sensor. I didn't want to touch it again, so searched for a repair person who could deal with camera image sensors.
