Honestly, I don't think I will ever get over the experience I had here getting a smog check for the first time and picking a place last minute to get a smog check at. The place is in a quiet area and the office is really cute. They have a lot of things to entertain you while you wait for your car, puzzles, magazines, brain games, everything!!! It was really quick and they always try to start a nice conversation with you. I recently moved here from Vegas, and one of the conversations I was having with the employee was about how I just moved, they asked if I was looking for a job and I just told them I've been applying to places and just finding a job in anything for now, the lady said good luck and that she hopes I will find something. The other lady her name is Adriana, she comes into our conversation and she hands me a book titled,"Don't Sweat The Small Stuff", which seemed pretty ironic because I would stress myself about running out of money and not being able to find a job and she gave me the book as a gift. Adriana asked me what kind of job I was looking for and I told her just anything right now, I didn't care what it was, just anything. She told me the place next door is always hiring and that she would ask them and give me a call to let me know what happens. It's been 2 months since I've been applying everywhere and I wanted to tear up but I kept myself together because it was my first time being here. I gave both of them a hug because I was so thankful and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. But, when I went behind the desk to give Adriana's mother a hug (I never got her name and I feel bad) there was a big beautiful husky and I love huskies! So I gave Rocky the husky a hug too. Sometimes the chores you have to do in life--like getting a smog check--turn out to be wonderful and memorable experiences. Yesterday I was meeting with the seller of an out of state 2010 diesel Sprinter Van to purchase the vehicle. We agreed to meet halfway in Temecula when I realized that I would need to get a smog check. I contacted Nice and Easy Smog (one of the few smog places I could find open on a Sunday) and told them my dilemma: we would arrive after their designated closing time. Owners Adrianna and Diego (I hope I got the spelling of their names right) said they would be willing to stay open late for us! It was unexpected and gracious and so appreciated!! They did the routine smog check almost 45 minutes after their closing hour and stayed on while we finalized the sale, even providing us with copies of the sale documentation. We all laughed and had fun swapping life stories. This was not a chore at all; it was an opportunity to meet wonderful people who provide a valued service with competency and good cheer. Thank you! Having not lived in CA for very long, when I went to sell my car, I realized that I needed a Smog Test before I could sell it in CA. The buyer wanted to pick the car up and I was leaving town on a trip the next day. I looked on line and thankfully found Nice and Easy, one of the very few Smog Test companies who were open later in the afternoon. I called and they told me to bring it in. They completed the Smog Test immediately and it was exactly as the name suggests...nice and easy. The owners are very friendly and efficient. They truly believe in excellent customer service. I just happened upon Nice and Easy Smog Check as I was looking for a place to get my vehicle smog checked. I was immediately impressed by the friendly demeanor of Adriana, the associate who answered the phone. Long story short, she met me out front to check my vehicle and explained a few issues my car had that would prevent it from passing its smog check. I came back after the weekend and thanks to her advice was able to get my car passed. I love when I find a business that the associates/ owners are friendly, honest and helpful. Needed a smog check for Class C motor home. Called around to a bunch of places and found Nice & Easy was the least expensive. I was a bit concerned about getting the RV in/around the parking lot, but should not have worried - it was very easy. (Another place had told me to come first thing in the morning, or I wouldn't be able to get out of the center.) Folks here are as pleasant and professional as can be. Extremely nice and friendly. They live up to their name, Nice and Easy Smog Check. I was in and out after a short 15minutes on a Saturday. After this experience I don't think I can go anywhere else. I am very happy with my experience here. They make you feel comfortable while you wait for your car. Very friendly local business. The owner has a great collection of license plates and Americana in the waiting room. He was helpful and quite quick in his service. As required per the DMV, I had to take my car in for a smog check. Afterwards he explained that all I had to do was now pay the DMV since all the paperwork and pass certification was sent. Called at 9:A.M for an appointed was told its a first come service. Dropped my car off at 10:A.M and was greeted with a big warm welcome. The outstanding thing about their service is checking your vehicle to see if any repairs are required. If no repairs are required the smog test is completed very quick and within 30 minutes you're out the door. My overall rating is 5 Stars... I would recommend this place before any others. read more

Here is the best place. If your car have any codes or the engine light is on, just go there. Diego will give you the best advice. my car had a code and other places told me that it is not gonna pass the test, and asking $700 to fix the car problem before test, but Diego said that it will pass, and it passed. Fantastic smog place. Everyone on the staff is very kind and helpful. I failed smog my first try in my 78 280z and Diego recommended what I needed to fix. I went home and adjusted a uncalibrated part and it passed when I came back! Not to mention the very cute dog and nice waiting room. I will be coming back next time for sure. read more

Everyone at Nice & Easy Smog Check we're very nice. My car did not pass the first time. But Diego recommend a good mechanic to fix my gas leak. And the my car passed the second time with no problem.
