Wow, this was the best smog station experience ever. They are so friendly, I'm definitely making this my go to smog check place.

These people are incredibly nice and run a great business. I saw they had such good reviews on Yelp and decided to call them even though it said they were closed. Sure enough, they answered and said I could come in whenever. When I got there, I was greeted very a very pleasant lady who made sure I felt comfortable in their shop. She was extremely kind and nice to talk to. The service did not take very long and was fairly priced. One thing I noticed, there were multiple repeat customers there that the business owners referred to by name. I think this is a testament to the good business they run that people keep coming back. It's such a pleasure to have a necessary task flow through enjoyable and smooth. Hence the name, nice and easy smog - it was indeed. I went for a short run while they checked my car. Great customer service. They we're quick and friendly. Provided a pre-check with digital diagnostics before wasting time with inspection. I recommend this place if your in need of a smog check and I'll coming back for my other cars when they need it. Oh BTW bathroom, and establishment was clean. I had a great experience here yesterday. I brought my SUV in for its first smog check. Service was unbelievably fast. It felt like 10-15 minutes. It might have been longer because I was having such a nice time that maybe it felt like the time just flew by. What made this place different than any other business in the area was how friendly the owners/family were. Without a doubt the friendliest group of people I have met since moving to the Temecula area. The waiting area felt more like I was in the living room of their home and I was an invited guest. I actually really enjoy getting a smog check now that I've found nice & easy. I went 2 years ago and received such great service that I wasn't hesitant to go back again this year. You walk in and are greeted by the owners. I went in the middle of summer when it's roasting outside but they have the air on and it's very comfortable. There is a table covered in puzzles and interesting books. Not boring old magazines that nobody wants to read. My favorite part is they have a dog who just chills in the office. There were a few people ahead of us and I figured it would be a while, so I enjoyed petting the pup. It was very calming. It only took up to 15 minutes at most with at least 3 people ahead of us which is amazing. My partner spent his time playing with the puzzles and getting excited that he figured them out. They also have a TV that plays science videos. While petting the dog I would listen and watch and actually learned some pretty cool stuff! Upon checking out the service was so spectacular! I did not have my dmv forms as they got sent to my old address. They had everything on file so they said it wasn't a problem and they sent it right over. They offer other dmv services and she even offered to change my address for me while I was there. The owners were so sweet and only had beautiful things to say. One saw my Buddha on my dashboard and she gave me a lovely little book with quotes in it, and the mother saw my partner enjoying the puzzle so she gave us some to take home. Not only did I get my smog checked and not mind it, we left there feeling extremely grateful. The energy and love that they put into their business can really be felt. Not to mention the price was amazing! If you're looking for a good time and a nice and easy smog check, this is the place to go! I was joking with my partner that I just went there to hang out and didn't need my car checked. read more

We had our second visit with second vehicle on Wednesday. I will never go anywhere else for smog checks. What a great operation. They also offer other services, so please ask them about all the things they offer. They are so friendly and the service is quick. Also, I hope everyone gets to meet Turbo the pup, he is as friendly as everyone else at Nice & Easy. Too bad I can only give 5 stars. Had my third vehicle serviced about 3 weeks ago. They haven't changed. The computer on my truck had to be reset and I was told to drive to Bundy Canyon and back at 55 mph. Did and they were able to test and the truck passed. I wonder it others would have done the same. The dog is great the toys are okay, but I want honest and great service and that is what you get here. read more

Made the mistake of messing around with anther place and boy what time and money I wasted, I was frustrated and my family highly recommended me to Nice & Easy and was blown away from significant difference I could feel walking in and being personally greeted by everyone. They know what they are doing and are ready to help you with anything when it comes to smog. What can I say about Nice & Easy Smog that Yelp reviews haven't talked about. My experience with Nice & Easy began with my sister 1995 Toyota Corolla. The car would not pass smog instead of writing us off the owners discussed the DMV buyback program to get crash for my sister car. The owners helped us by walking us through the steps of the program and by the end my sister was paid cash for the old car which she put towards a new car. My family has been going to to Nice & Easy Smog Check for a while and We're always welcome to warm greeting and people who care and take the time to do the job correctly and if ur vehicle does not pass smog Nice &a Easy will direct you to taking the right steps for the car to pass whether it's a trustworthy mechanic, or government programs. What a wonderful experience! I'm almost disappointed my visit wasn't longer! These ladies are aich a blessing. I went in simply to smog the car, while I was there they offered their DMV registration services which I jumped on (I mean who really wants to spend 4 hours at DMV?!). They did smog and title transfer registration in less than an hour!! And cheaper than I ever expected. I will definitely refer them for any vehicle service they offer!
