I don't like writing negative reviews, but this experience requires one. I hired Jeff Tomazin to clean and seal grout in two bathrooms, and clean two chairs and one area rug. He was relatively on time and completed the work efficiently. Unfortunately, after he left (and was paid, and tipped) I discovered the toilet room area of the master bathroom looked like it had not been touched. I have spent the last two months trying to get this rectified. Tried one more time and set an appointment with Jeff for this morning. No show, no contact. Jeff did a absolute flawless job on my garage floor, I like that he uses heavy flake because it looks incredible alot of other company's won't use as much flake because it's expensive. But Jeff does an expensive job at a reasonable price. The garage floor looked so great I ask him to put it in the pool room as well and it works fantastic when we get out of the pool and come inside there's no worries because the epoxy is indestructible and completely waterproof. Jeff also gave us a military discount which was very pleasing. A few months later I called Jeff to do my pool deck resurfacing and he and his crew delivered a home run on that as well.
