Our party was also moved from our original table to much smaller tables that did not provide enough space for our group. Throughout the event I had to repeatedly go back and forth with staff to clarify these issues, which made the experience frustrating and unenjoyable. They also attempted to charge us an additional $200 for a game that I was clearly told was included in the mixed birthday package -- something I confirmed with them at least three times prior to the event. In addition, the facility itself needs serious attention. It was not clean, masks were falling off the kids' faces, the venue appeared dirty, and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Overall, the space does not seem well maintained and requires much-needed upkeep. It felt like the venue was overbooked and unable to deliver on what was promised, with many inconsistencies throughout the event. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

One of the things I loved most was that the room booked was pre-decorated with an under-the-sea vibe, which ironically went perfectly with our theme. The food was great! The main thing that stood out to me was the lack of customer service. When we left after about 30 minutes, there were two staff members at the check-in desk talking, and we weren't acknowledged or thanked for coming. A simple goodbye or thank you can go a long way. I'm not typically someone who writes reviews to complain, but customer service matters a lot to me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning.
