Had to bring in three times for partial repair, had to install all personal data myself. They did not know how to clear original personal data taking up memory. Technician was not just ignorant, but also evasive and unable to articulate problems/solutions. Problem reoccurred a week later: Staples identified and fixed problem in one day. Moral: avoid Primisy's at all costs--better to buy new computer if necessary.
