They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. I ordered, paid and was given a delivery date. The day of delivery, I get a call that there are no pearls inbound. There was no advance communication between the time I ordered and the day the delivery was to happen. They offered pearl earrings, I accepted and paid the full consideration. Not only were there no pearls, but there would not be for 1 1/2 - 2 months. The current state of inventory control technology likely means that they A) they are using archaic inventory methods or B) it's bait and switch to upsell you. I am not keen on being disrespected. I also dislike bait and switch and the suspiciously long wait period reinforces this theory. This experience takes T&C off my shopping list for Christmas and all other occasions. I thought the reputation was for quality and customer service, when reality was quite the opposite.

I've never been so in embarrassed in my life! so while in the bank, I called the corporate office and a couple of other stores.
