She took all of my completely scattered & obtuse feedback, listened graciously, and baked it all into an amazing experience over the course of 3 consulting sessions: 1) teaching me about the different characteristics of diamonds (lab grown vs genuine) and rings (materials, designs) 2) custom designing the ring based on different design elements seen on my fiancé's Pinterest and her (vague) verbal hints 3) emailing back and forth until the 3D modeling was perfect! 4) picking up in record time... only 4 weeks! In the end, I came in knowing absolutely nothing about this world -- now, I have complete confidence in the ring we designed together and my friends have even asked me for advice as they go through this. Christine was amazing and provided the perfect amount of guidance to empower me, but also step in when I was uncertain. The proposal went perfectly and my fiancé LOVED the ring. It was a bit loose, so we made use of the little ring adapter that Christine provided to keep it snug while we were traveling. A short and sweet review for a quick and great experience at Aires! When my daughter was born my husband ordered me a bracelet with her name on it. The name plate was good quality but the bracelet itself was poor quality and the clasp broke. I took the name plate into Aires so that they could help me create it into a new necklace. The salesperson was very helpful and presented me with a variety of options for the chain. It only took a few days to make my necklace and I'm very satisfied with the end result. My husband made me a necklace for Mother's Day. I just had a baby and wanted the initials of my daughter and older son on a necklace but due to Covid-19 it was hard to get anything. My husband was on a mission. He made it on pennies. Each penny was made in the year that each child was born. He smoothed them and stamped it with their initials on one side and left the year they were born side intact. It was better than anything he could have ever bought me. The amount of time and thought he put into this gift still has me blown away. When Aires opened up after the quarantine he called to check if they could rhodium plate dip the necklace so it wouldn't tarnish. My husband explained how the necklace is made of pennies and what he wanted done. The woman on the phone gave a price of $125 and said they could do it. When he got to the store, the woman claimed she didn't know he wanted both sides dipped. (Well not sure how you just dip one side?) And said it would be more money and charge my husband $100. She clearly had no idea what she was talking about. When he went to go pick it up it was completely ruined. They gave the necklace back unpolished, scratched up and with knicks in it and claimed it was the best they could do. They claimed that they should have never taken the job and that WE ruined $300 of their rhodium! My husband asked them to polish the necklace in which they argued with him but finally did it. Once it was shined, there were knicks all over the necklace. They tried telling my husband what the person who made the necklace did wrong NOT REALIZING my husband made it and what they claimed wasn't anywhere near what he did to make it. THEY WERE COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! We are disgusted that they knew they couldn't do it, took the job anyways and ruined a beautiful gift he worked so hard on. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Christine was very friendly and helpful. She made the process very easy. My wife needed a custom wedding band to fit with her engagement ring. They listened to what she wanted, gave her options, and in the end she got a ring that fits perfectly and looks like it was a matching pair she would have gotten together. We wanted to redesign my wife's Sapphire wedding ring and visited Aires Jewelers to discuss possible alternative designs. Chris discussed various options that would address the issues my wife had with the ring. Chris did a few sketches and shared various ideas and we settled on an approach. Chris agreed to do a CAD drawing to confirm the design and indicated that the sapphire needed to be sent out to be cleaned, refinished and committed to have everything done before our anniversary. The CAD drawing Chris sent over the holidays was just what she wanted and we couldn't wait to get to the finished product. When everything was completed and we saw the ring for the first time we couldn't believe it was the same stone and in its new setting it was absolutely MAGNIFICENT. I have to write about the most amazing experience I had with my ring that was redone at Aires Jewelers. Everyone in the showroom treated me and others with the upmost professionalism and respect. I worked with Ron and he designed the top setting of my ring. I am hard to please and probably was not clear of exactly what I wanted. (He didn't see the way the ring was before the stone fell out and was damaged). He made the ring for me and I was not excited. He was so kind and took the time to listen to me and go around the showroom until he knew exactly what I wanted. In all this time he spent with me, he was not frustrated and said he would remake the ring for me with no additional charge. He stated " he only wanted me to be happy".
