To date they have fiddled with every small component in the house and system, replaced the outdoor compressor 3 times and replaced the entire outdoor unit once just last year. And this spring they have yet to answer their phone or return any calls. We drove by their location to see if we could talk to someone in person by the windows are shuttered and there's a for sale sign out front.

The list of critical failures during installation is too long to list here, and in fact one of their technicians (the only one who actually fixed the critical issues) was fired for suggesting that I seek recompense for their haphazard installation. But the most alarming concern is the obvious avoidance and deceit by the ownership. I paid for seven MHK-2 remote thermostats, totaling nearly $3k. Those thermostats were never provided, and no refund was ever issued. Jonathan nor anyone at MVP has responded to multiple calls and requests to provide the hardware. Only ghosting. I hate leaving negative reviews but this is beyond unprofessional. It's criminal.
