We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible!

I have only used the project functionality once before but ended up using someone else. My normal repair go-to did not pick up the phone so I thought why not? They literally responded in under a minute. What's that saying the early bird catches the worm? Normally, I check out the business and see how many reviews they have do a little research but I was in a hurry so I asked how much and when they could come for a refrigerator repair. They said they could come the same day, And the price was right comparatively. (Diagnostic fee is 95$ which will go towards the repair cost.) There was some back-and-forth about when they could come and we decided on the next day. Adam showed up on time, was very polite and fixed our issue! Our Refrigerator had a lot of condensation and it turns out the fan was not working. He could've just said we needed a new fan and charged us for it, but he went beyond that and went through the back panel and noticed there was something unplugged and then the fan started working in our refrigerator is working great! I have so much respect for honesty and integrity. I highly recommend using their service I believe from the other reviews that they are a new service and they deserve all the new business! Usually I would do these relatively simple tasks myself, but I had a busy work week. I used Yelp to reach out to all the local services that had 4 stars or higher. William was quick to respond. A few text messages here and there, and we made an appointment for the next morning. Now, I wasn't there at the time, but coming home I could see it was well done. My wife commented that they cleaned up after themselves and even put all the items we pulled out from under the sink back in. That's service! Communications: 10/10 - Extremely fast to respond and kept me up-to-date while I was at work Price: 8/10 - Competitively priced for the area. Replacement costs ranged from $165 - $300. Wall's was on the lower end of that scale. Service 10/10 - Simply awesome! I would highly recommend based on this experience and will look toward working with them again for future needs.
