If you're not getting your hair colored or brows done at this place then you are doing life SO…read morewrong! I've been searching for so long for a good place to get my color done at and a place that i actually want to go back to and i FINALLY found it! I've followed Natalie on social media for some time and shes so beyond talented, when i saw she was opening her own place i HAD to give it a go. After turning brassy at my previous salon i knew i needed to come here to get my ideal color and cut and I can't express enough how happy i am that i did. I called with intentions to see pretty much any stylist at this salon, all of them do great work. When i called to book my appointment the girl who answered the phone asked if I had a stylist in mind and i informed her no, and ended up booking with her. Appointment day finally came and as i walked in i was greeted by an adorable doggy and the girl at the counter, the salon is not very large and is an open concept, love that! It is a bit hard to find but parking and the entrance is in the back! Bri came over and introduced herself and we got to work. I discussed with her what i was looking for and told her the most important thing to me was to get rid of any existing brass and go lighter. She was super fun, friendly, and informative...personally i feel its important to have a good vibe between you and your stylist and im happy Bri and i got a long quite well! I loved how all of the stylists and clients were all in one big conversation at one point, it's like a big family of girls there and im so jealous that their day is like that every time they come to work. The girls and conversation alone made me want to come back. My hair also turned out AMAZIN! Bri deff worked her magic on my haor and i was so thrilled when i left! I can not wait to go back in the next few weeks and see what she does, to me its perfect but she told me that is will look even better next time i come back in now that all the brass in my hair is gone! Thanks so much to Bri, all of the ladies who worked there and the adorable fluffy door greeter! (Check out her Instagram account hairbybri7)

Overpriced, underwhelming, and not worth the time or money. It's more image than true expertise…read more It's not upscale!! It's sloppy at best and feels predatory in practice. I gave Hair Reformation multiple chances, hoping the next visit wouldn't feel like a rip-off. BIG MISTAKE. I went in May as a new client, after not having done my hair in 10 months. Cheyenne recommended I get their "The Works" an all-inclusive package where she could do whatever was needed: full highlights, glaze, haircut, the works. I agreed, hoping for a real transformation. They took before-and-after photos for Instagram, which I didn't want but went along with. The total was $490 with tip. The color was ok but my white hairs still showed, and the highlights were so subtle that when I pulled my hair back, it looked mostly like my base color. The haircut was minimal, just trimming the ends AFTER drying the hair. They told me to come back about 1.5 months later for a glaze, so I did. I went back for my second appointment with Cheyenne as advised, and received a simple glaze TONER and blow dry for $212. After the second visit, I went back and forth about canceling my next appointment but, against my better judgment, I decided to give them another chance. A month and a half after that glaze appointment, I had my third appointment. On that day, I found out I was scheduled with Elise because Cheyenne had gone on leave. Cheyenne had put me with another stylist before leaving. I went in expecting a half highlight and a cut at a reasonable price, but was charged $300 for a "half highlight," $100 for a "haircut". The haircut was exactly 4 quick snips AFTER blow-drying, really the audacity they have!! Plus I tipped $72 (the tip is prompted on the payment machine with suggested amounts, and the staff are standing there watching while you choose) the total was $472. The half highlight covered about half my hair. And my hair ends were still damaged. When I returned home and checked my credit card statement, I realized the price was almost the same as the "Works" visit--only about $18 less. I called them for clarification, I was told a "half highlight" is basically two foils, there's just one price regardless of amount of hair highlighted and Elise "just charges more than Cheyenne." None of this was communicated in advance. They brushed it off as a "miscommunication" and said next time they'd tell me. If I had known the half highlight was priced the same as a full highlight, I would have done my whole head -- not paid nearly $500 for a partial job just to be told to come back in 2 months for "THE WORKS". In just six months, I paid a total of $1,174 at Hair Reformation. They're trying very hard to create the image of an upscale salon. They make you sign a contract before service, use Dyson hairdryers (which I have at home), use Iles hair products, and promote them for clients to use at home (Cheyenne tells every client that if she could drink Iles product she would, same pitch to everyone ) they sell those products in the salon as well. This place hides behind a fancy image while nickel-and-diming clients. To top it off, even the consultation is a paid service ($35 for 15min) unlike most salons where it's complimentary. AND after the consultation they charged for part of the service. Charging for something as basic as a consultation shows just how money-hungry they are. I've had far better service at international salons for a fraction of the price. Save your money and avoid the disappointment. I hadn't intended to write a review and was planning to keep this to myself, but what happened last was the straw that broke the camel's back. They sent me a message to confirm an upcoming appointment, which stated that by confirming, I agreed to their policies. And it also said appointments will not be held without a confirmation. I chose not to confirm because I had already decided not to return. When I called to double-check that my appointment was actually cancelled, they said I would be charged 50% of the service. I was so frustrated that I told them I would dispute any charge if they tried to bill me. And they ultimately did not charge me. That final experience prompted me to write this review so others are aware of how they conduct business and handle customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars because they don't even deserve one.

Have you had extensions in the past that required hours of heat styling to blend. Or, It's a humid or rainy day, and you're out in public with straight hair extensions sticking out of your naturally curly hair (that's never a good look). While most stylists will work with only one company, I source my extensions from all the globe. I have the most beautiful natural blondes and coppers from eastern Europe, finest hand tied wefts from India, and the sleekest keratin tipped strands from Asia to meet my client's individual needs. Whether you just want to fill in an unfortunate haircut situation, add a bit of youthful volume, change your color without commitment, or transform yourself into Repunzel, I can help. Fun fact: Hair is believed, by many cultures, to hold onto positive and/ or negative vibes. So, to be on the safe side of the universe, every vendor I work with has been carefully vetted to meet ethical source standards. Un-fun fact: The hair extension industry is full of false advertising, and silicone coated fried hair. Don't waste your good money on bad hair extensions. The store was neat and full of hope with a pretty good selection of both. We were greeted by Mary, the sole employee on the floor this particular afternoon. We told her precisely what we were looking for and she told us the extensions were a bit expensive and probably wouldn't work for what my friend wanted. My friend told her cost wasn't an issue, so Mary then told her that their selection of colors was limited and it would be tough to match her hair (my friend's hair is light brown with some natural highlights). At this point, I'm feeing like this girl absolutely doesn't care if she makes a sale today. The three of us started looking through the extensions, and within two minutes found a perfect match to my friend's hair color. My friend said she'd need two packs of the extensions, and asked if Lengths offered a service to cut them there to the length/style she prefers. (There is a salon off to the side in this store, so it seemed like a fair question.) Mary told us that no, they do not do that there, and explained that two packages of extensions that my friend was intending to "chop in half" would be very expensive. Again, she assured Mary she was willing to pay whatever the cost would be (It turned out to be less than $200). Before finalizing her decision, though, my friend wanted to try a hair topper to see if she could get the look she wanted without having to find a salon to cut it for her. Mary walked us back to where the toppers were and pointed out the ones that are made of human hair. My friend chose one from the top shelf, so Mary got it down and showed it to her. When my friend asked to try it on, Mary informed her it is $5.00 to try it on. My friend agreed to pay it and then Mary put it in her hair in front of a mirror. The cost of the topper was nearly $600, which, surprisingly, Mary never mentioned given her history of pointing out how expensive the extensions were. I happened to notice the price beneath the topper, but my friend did not see the sign. When I said something about the price, my friend decided to go with the extensions. Mary took the extensions to the register and waited for us as we walked through the store looking at the other products. She never offered to help us find anything else and stood there quietly while my friend and I talked about her hair and just random topics. Mary was not ever at one point friendly or helpful. If my friend had other choices, we'd have left and gone somewhere else. If you know exactly what you want, there's a good assortment here of extensions and toppers and wigs. They also have other hair accessories like brushes, shampoo and products. However, if you need help picking something out, this place is probably not for you.
