My flavorites here are: Steakbomb calzone. A large probably weighs in excess of 5lbs. Loaded with cheese meat and veggies. 20something bucks but totally worth it. Lamb tips are bomb. Rice pilaf is yumbo. Salads are awesome. I think they are extra huge when you eat in. They also make a mean chicken tender. I ordered the New York Sirloin Steak, for delivery and I ordered the steak to be cooked MEDIUM. The food was delivered to my hotel where I was staying for the night. When I opened the container I could tell just by looking at the steak that it was cooked "WELL DONE ". I called them back and told the man that I couldn't eat the steak because it was over cooked and dry. He told me he would send me another one, so I made sure to tell him to make sure it was cooked more to the medium RARE side instead of well. They brought me the second meal and it was "WELL DONE " again but not as so dry as the first one, but there was still no pink at all! Only reason for giving the 2 stars: delivery time was accurate and pricing was good. Now for the reasons Nick's only receiving the 2 stars.....the food was mediocre at best. Both pizzas were undercooked (in the center) and extremely greasy. We ordered a small meat-lover specialty pizza and another custom thin-crust pizza. Also ordered a clam chowder and a Greek salad. The salad dressing was tasty, however the Greek salad had 2 olives, 2 cherry tomatoes, 3 slices of a bell paper and about a pint of red onions. This is my message to the owner I'm hoping this email makes it to the owner of this place. My family and I order food from here alot. Over the last few months the quality of the food is horrible. Every time we order something is not right. Last week the delivery driver delivered the wrong food we had to chase them out the door. The time before that our food took an hour and a half to get here and when it arrived it was all wrong and cold. When I called to tell them the manager Ravi told me our next order would be on the house. I called tonight to take him up on the offer for him to tell me he would give me 25 percent off. That is not what he told me and now he goes back on his word. Seriously so I said something and he offers me 50 percent off. We just got home with our food and its the worst its even been. AGAIN it was not correct we specifically asked for our fries to go in a bag NOT a takeout container any real cook would know this makes fries soggy. My fiance steak tip sub was over cooked and the sub was soggy. My Italian sub was drenched in watered down mayo. I have pics to post on yelp. I will never eat here again. This place is fairly new so I understand if it gets a bit tricky. I have been there three times, tonight being the third. The first two times I went in, everything was fabulous. Great food and awesome service. The staff brought over the food and also even checked to see that everything was okay, unlike most ordinary sub shops. A word to the management however: Tonight I was very uncomfortable and distracted as the 'boss' (as he called himself) was seemingly busier yelling at the entire staff in a demeaning way than actually preparing any food. Granted I'm sure the phone orders were overwhelming, and there were people coming in and out the whole time I was there, that still is extremely unacceptable for anyone to witness/deal with. At one point I even noticed other customers sitting down noticing how loudly the person was yelling. I even heard him at one point say 'I'm the boss I know what the **** I'm talking about' This made me want to wrap up the rest of my sub and go home. I also felt bad for the staff which seemed to be doing just what they needed to do! On the other hand, each and every other person that I've spoken with has also agreed that the food here is great, which I also agree with. I'll still recommend this place, but I just hope they got their yelling over and done with TONIGHT so no one else has to be that uncomfortable. read more

I ordered a chicken fingers kids meal, a chicken salad sandwich, and pasta. The pasta was great, but the bread was old/stale; the chicken salad was not good, the chicken chunks were too big and didn't taste like chicken salad; and the kids meal was HORRIBLE. The chicken fingers were so tough I could barely eat them, let alone my son. He ate a bite and gagged and spit it out. The fries arrived cold and clammy. We ordered the fried fisherman's platter and breaded buffalo wings. They even have fried lobster in their platter which is the first time I've seen that. The staff is friendly and bring the food to your table after you order at the counter. They also do delivery and have a drive-thru. The clam chowder is good, but I've not ordered much of it since they jumped the price up to $8.75 for a 10-12 oz. portion. The subs are quite good and worth their price, filled with meats or tuna and the toppings you request. They'll also accommodate special orders. I really enjoy the food and experience when I eat at this establishment that is why I gave it 3 stars, but everytime I have ordered I have been disappointed. My food is either cold or all of it isn't delievered. Tonight I ordered and paid $16.00 for an egg salad on syrian bread (actually just pita bread at this restaurant not syrian) I never got the rest of my order. When I called they said they would put a note on the computer to make sure I get all of my food next time. Although I appreciated that, it did not make me feel better about the money I just spent on a sandwich. I kept checking the status and it changed to on its way.. after being on its way for over 20 minutes, I contacted the online costumer service to check in and ask what's going on. They came back saying that the restaurant tried to call me and I didn't answer so they went back to the restaurant. Which is bs, it's a rainy Sunday, I'm sitting on the couch on my phone if they called I would've known, or there would be a missed call on my call log, there is not. I said at this point I just want a refund, they come back with well the restaurant said they will bring your order right now. I did not want the cold food I wanted a refund so I said just that. The they replied to check and make sure the food wasn't on the stairs outside.. it was, it sat in the rain. I brought it inside and let them know it was there but it was soggy and ice cold. The food is great. They have Lobster Mac & cheese that that is not on the menu, but it is phenomenal. My complain is not about their delicious food but rather customer service. Incident 1) I was ordering twice a week (I know I am chubby) but they keep forgetting the soda. Last time the delivery guy said, I will be right back and never came back, I called twice and they kept me waiting and never came (I can't have dinner without soda, it ruins the experience). I called the next day (it is about the principle more than the actual soda) they were not apologetic, and told me that if I want my soda, they will deliver between 4-5PM because they get busy after that. Really ticked me off so I hang up. Incident 2) My wife loves their delicious grill chicken dinner so now we order pick up from my phone because she is afraid to order from hers (that's where I argued from regarding the soda). I know I have an accent but I am not hard to understand at all. I order a grilled chicken dinner and she was like, what you want fish. She kept asking me to repeat myself like 10 times and at the end she still didn't get my order right. I corrected her and she gave me some serious attitude.
